[IC] Alien: Fall of Earth (Sci-fi roleplay, 3/10)

Miles looked to the container and then back to Kiley. "This stuff is for you, Elyana, and Hotaru. Kevlars like mine and ammo." He then gestured with his head at a extra rifle. "Hopefully, your sister will be able to use this. She should be able to ,but if she freezes like she did before. It wont matter. " he said. He then shook his head. " she is supposed to be the older sister though, yet your the one keeping her in line." He wasn't so much disappointed in Elyana. He was concerned. Kiley won't always be able to save her ass. Miles looked around and then back to Kiley. "Anyhow, it was pretty hard finding a Kevlar small enough for Hotaru. Wish we had something automatic that was small enough for her too. Oh well."

Back at the Erika's room, Hotaru understood Elyana desire to visit home. She slowly began to wonder if any one of them would go back home. Those things could be every where already. Well maybe they wouldn't spread that fast but eventually they would. Erika was listening to the conversation until she began to hear something. Something outside was moving. She could hear it crawl against the wall. When she looked to Hotaru she could see she wasn't the only one hearing it. Erika didn't like it one bit. She picked up her assault rifle and kept looking towards the ceiling. Then a slam came at the door. A slam hard enough to leave a dent in it. She rose up her rifle and aimed at the door.

. meanwhile outside, the military base was being attacked. With few Xenos getting in. While Miles was carrying the container and as they turned the corner. He saw the Xeno trying to get into Erika's room. he placed down the container as slowly as he could and drew forth his assault rifle and took aim. Then a thud could be heard behind them. He quickly turned around and brought his rifle across his chest in time to block the spear like tail coming at him.

Kiley ducked just in time to dodge a swing of another grabbing a Kevlar and Shooting Xenos trying to attack her before turning and about to shoot the one trying to break into the room, but The sound of a crash Kiley knew the door was already open. As of now keep Miles alive, Thinking this Kiley shoots another Xenos coming up on Miles," Back the fuck up," She growled

Elyana pulled Hotaru back behind her as the Xenos broke in. Starring at it in complete and total shock her heart rate speeding up. The sounds of gun fire from outside made her worry about Kiley but the sound of her voice not to far away made her relax just a bit. Of course Kiley would be okay, Its these two and herself she needs to worry about.

just as the door came crashing down revealing the Xeno on the other side Erika pulled the trigger. Bullets ripped into the Xenos chest dropping it to the floor quickly. Erika didn't even stop. She ran to the door and looked to see Miles kicking a Xeno away from him before filling it with holes. She made sure to step over the corpse of the xeno and took aim at the door leading outside. The rain had stopped but she could tell the clouds still hung over. The doors burst open and four Xenos began to enter. Two crawling on the floor while the other two crawled along the ceiling. Once more she opened fire.

. Miles looked to Kiley then back down the hall they faced. Opposite of where Erika was. He saw more coming his way and began shooting them. "Kiley, get those Kevlars to the others. I will hold them off. Just get back quickly.

. Hotaru could hear the gun fire. She felt useless here, hiding with Elyana. While out there Miles, Kiley and Erika fought for there safety. She looked to the bed and saw her fathers gun and the gun Miles gave her. She pulled herself away from Elyana and stood up. "Sorry, but I am not going to sit and hide and let it all happen again." She said. She moved and grabbed her fathers pistol and the pistol Miles gave her. She shoved the .32 in place between her skirt and her hip. She then left Elyana in the room and exited into the hall way. Just as she did she saw a Xeno getting way to close to Miles as he ordered Kiley to get the kevlars to them. She took aim and fired. The shell blew apart the Xeno's face dropping it. Miles saw it and rose a brow.

Kiley ran to the room and grabbed Hotaru's arm," Can ya come in an' cover me? Ya don' have ta but I'd like back up in the room," She asks before shooting a Xenos,"Stay safe kid," SHe says before running into the room. She grabs a shocked Elyana who was shaking,"Ely! C'mon we gotta go!" Kiley says trying to pull her sister but she was frozen on the spot. Kiley growls putting the rifle of her shoulders grabbing remaining ammo putting it into her pockets before picking her sister up and putting her on her shoulders like their Pa did with them,"Damn it! Ely I swear ta god ya get killed I'mma drag ya back down an' slap ya!" Kiley says while walking out the door with her. Praying loudly in her head for whatever power above to keep everyone safe and alive.

Hotaru noticed the container of Kevlar and quickly put it on. She tightened it and moved the .32 into a holster on it while fitting as much ammo as she could into the pouches. She looked to Elyana and shook her head. She ran back out and saw Miles backing up every so often as he fired at Xenos. She looked the other way to see Erika doing the same. Suddenly Erika stopped to eject the magazine and refit it with a new one. As she did so a Xeno came at her to take advantage of her distraction. "Oh no you fucking don't" Hotaru said, raising the .44 up and blew away its face before it reached Erika. She then opened fire on two more of them.

. "Thanks" Erika said. she was a bit surprised by Hotaru's courage. She cocked back the spring until she heard a click and continued firing. "We will be exiting out the front and fast. The jeep is still out there and it has a .50 caliber on it. If I can get on it or just one of us we could give the others enough time to get in it. Then we ditch this fucking place." She explained. Hotaru nodded and fired her last rounds into the crowd. She shoved her .44 in the other holster and drew out the .32 and began firing. Giving cover for Erika. Erika also proceeded to advance towards the doors. Once Miles cleared the hallway he joined them. He got a glance of Elyana once more slowing down Kiley. He frowned as he saw it and kept at the door. "She picked a perfect time to freeze on us..... " he commented.

. With the help of Miles and Hotaru Erika was able to get to the jeep. As she climbed within and into the spot where the .50 caliber was she began to open up on the hordes that came their way.
Hotaru was the first to exit. She fired at the Xenos as she made for the jeep.

. Miles looked to Kiley and Elyana. "That's you cue, get out there and into the jeep. We got you covered." He yelled.

"Goddamn it fuckin' Elyana Imma give ya a fuck shit storm!" Kiley said as she pushes her into the jeep. She climbs in and comes next to Hotaru showering the Xenos with bullets.
Mean while Elyana watched the whole scene in shock and still shaking starring at all the monsters out side of the jeep.

"I thought Pa said they didn' exist Kiley. Jus' apart o' our imagination," Elyana whispers in shocked.

"Damn it Elyana not now!" Kiley yells while still firing

It was now Miles turn to get to the jeep. He took the front seat and started the engine. He waited for everyone to get fully inside. Hotaru climbing over into the passenger seat. She rolled down the window and stuck her arm out to fire at those she could.

Erika heard Elyana's denile of what was going on and shook her head. She continued to open up on the Xenos. Once Kiley entered the jeep Miles kicked into gear and drove off. As they were driving off Erika caught a glimce of something that looked like the Queen. However, closer inspection made it clear that it was just a praetorian. This just make her feel it was just as much a loss. She opened fire on it as they drove off. Making sure she at least wounded it. She knew one thing for certain. Her and Elyana were going to have a good talk. One that ended with smacking her across the face.

After exiting the base Kiley turns and smacks her sister up side the head knocking her out of whatever trance she was in. Elyana grabbed the back of her head starring at Kiley in total shock," YA NEARLY GOT US KILLED! AGAIN!" Kiley yelled.

"I-"

"DON' EVEN FUCKIN' SAY IT ELYANA GODDAMN IT!" Kiley yells obviously pissed.

"Kiley ya know I'm-" Elyana starts

"Scared? An' ya think I'm not! I'm fuckin' petrified Ely! I'm shakin' still!" Kiley growls glaring at her sister," I've been protectin' t'is whole fuckin' time Ely! It was different when we were by ourselves but now we got others! So fer fuck sakes Woman up and stop actin' like a wussy!" Kiley yells before turning away from Elyana and out the window.

Elyana stared at her sister tears in her eye," Ya know why-"

"Yeah I do an' it happened ta me ta Ely," Kiley says glaring at her sister," but I don' use tha' as a fuckin' excuse to freeze up in the middle o' a battle!" Kiley says before turning away from Elyana again," Le'me alone if ya know wha's good fer ya," Kiley growls looking out the window trying to hide the silent tears slipping down her face that she kept wiping.

Elyana remain quiet and scoots away from Kiley her eyes down cast. Kiley hadn't always protected her, but when she was 20 and Kiley 15 they got into a little incident with some people in the alley way and since then Elyana had turned into the one needing protecting and Kiley was left to protect her. Kiley is right she does use it as an excuse, and its because she just doesn't have that will that Kiley has to fight anymore. To be honest, Elyana lost that many years ago but Kiley was the one to keep her going always having to protect her mentally and physically. Elyana feels Like shit for it but it is something that can't be stopped especially for Elyana.

As soon as they got clear of the military base Erika quit firing. She took a deep breathe and looked towards the base. Even at this distance she could hear the gun fire and the screams. The Xenos attacked so suddenly and unexpectedly. They had so many of them as well. Where did they get so many in such a short amount of time, she only assumed it was due to all the homeless people that wonder around the dark tunnels underneath the city. Even after the leveling of manhattan there was still so many of them. She knew right away that the whole damn city was lost. They would have to drive and keep driving. It won't be long before they caught up with them again. She disliked the idea ,but it was inevitable. She lowered herself into the jeep and looked about it's occupants. It was quiet. Hotaru sat in front checking her ammo. She looked over at Kiley and then Elyana. It seemed they already had the conversation she was going to have with Elyana. Except she was going to say something far crueler. It was best Kiley did so for her then. Elyana was slowing them down, at some point they may just have to leave her behind.... It was a dangerous thought but sometimes those thoughts make the most sense. She simply squeezed into the seat and looked to Elyana. "That best not happen again,... for your sake. I will not let you jeopardize our chances of surviving this. Do not make me have to choose between you and us." Was all she said. She then climbed into the front passenger seat and lifted Hotaru up slightly. She kept the girl on her lap and looked to Miles. Miles was staring right back at her and he was frowning. She knew he thought the same thing she did and it frightened her. It frightened her a lot. She knew Kiley probably wouldn't approve but she didn't care. They will likely find more survivors out there, they will rely on everyone able to stand their own. We can not afford to carry anyone right now.

Hotaru looked to the back seats and then back forward. She did well, at least she believed she did well. She looked outside and frowned. "Will there ever be a chance of escaping those things?" She asked. Erika patted her head and sighed. "No, I don't thing there is much running we can do. We will have to find some place to hide and build up our defenses. We won't be able to run forever. Soon we will have to stop and build our own safe haven." She answered. She then looked to Miles. "Hopefully we will find more survivors and we can make somewhat a stand against those things." She said.

Kiley remained quiet the whole trip and kept her eyes pealed for movement on the streets. Fortunately there wasn't which was good for her cause now she can take a breath. Kiley then got a feeling of dread her eyes moved among the buildings," Erika, I think we're bein' fallowed," Kiley mutters glaring at the moving shadows," An' it looks like a lot," She says.

Elyana moved to look and saw the movements as well and her eyes widen and she backed away from Kiley when she glared at her. Elyana sighs watching out the other window seeing movement as well," They're over hear too," She whispers.

Erika raised up her wrist and touched a spot on it. What came up in holographic form was a globe with a white dot in the center. Around it were four other dots. These represented those in the jeep. As she messed around with the display and widened her range and set it to detect movement. What she found were no Xenos. She looked outside just to make sure if the device was accurate. She did see shadows but not of Xenos. She sighed and patted Hotaru's head. "Don't worry those are just people." She said. There was too many of them. If Xenos where not focused on this location yet they soon will be. They needed to get farther ahead. She continued to use her display to find them such a place. What she found was a police station. She rose a brow and looked to Miles and pointed at it. He nodded his head and made a quick right turn.

"Hopefully there are survivors,.... " she said rather doubtful.

Meanwhile in the deep far dark tunnels underground there was a cocoon. A rather large one to be exact. It had been growing for a while now until finally the creature within had grown and evolved into something new. The cocoon begs to crack and tear as the creature had reached its final stage. From it Nine emerged, she was not the tiny warrior she once was. She was now a praetorian. A much larger creature then the simple warriors. Yet not as large as a Queen. Nine looked around to return to it it's barring. Once it had done so it sent a message telepathically to the Queen letting her know it was done. The Praetorian then began to take its journey back to the surface. As she did she already took note of the job the drones were doing transforming the terrain into more suitable for the hive. She found one such exit. It was a drain for the streets when it rained. She quickly used her head and strength to Break through and emerge. She wasn't the only Praetorian but seeing as one was lost during the assault on the pink skinned creatures. Three or four of them escaped from what she had gathered, but oh well. They meant nothing for now. Eventually they will be used as hosts to further increase the size of the hive.

[Dark Light]

A smirk rose upon Clay's bored lips as from his tired position behind the sturdy bars of a small lockup cell he eyes a police car hastily pull up to a sudden halt just outside the small old station.
He rises quickly, nearing as close to the entrance as his confinement would allow.
He eagerly awaited any kind of interaction or update.

It had been hours now since Clay found himself left alone. Just him and the still silence of his own company in an otherwise empty office, not a single officer nearby, surely that was against protocol.
Judging by the commotion and the urgency in which they all vacated earlier after heavily loading up with weapons, Clay knew something big was defiantly up, and he wanted to know exactly what.

Clay spots two cops hop out either side of the car. They looked the privileged sort, tall, muscular jocks. Probably had rich parents and became law enforces just to pull chicks with the uniform.
One strode with a tense angry purpose, opening the rear door of the car, reaching in and pulling out an odd looking, short, balding middle aged man wrapped in excess dark material. The other officer went to the boot where he removed a large ninja sword.

Clay couldn't help but break out into a soft chuckle as he pieced the two together, this man had obviously been watching too many ninja action Hollywood movies. Clay's laugh ended when he saw blood on the blade, lots of it.

The cops bring the man and his murder weapon inside.
Whatever this odd man had done it was clear that these two cops were not happy about it. Clay noticed the handcuffs digging into the mans hands so tight his skin had began turning blue. The bruises on his face and split skin on his forehead, judging from the way they violently pushed him about, probably them too.
It became all too clear how he got those marks as the main behind him raised his knee and pushing off with a powerful malicious kick sent the bound defenseless man awkwardly sprawling belly first hard onto the floor, unable to stop the impact.

The cop stood over the helpless man, drawing his baton and raising it over his head. "She had a demon..." The man on the floor desperately muttered on sobbing breaths having noticed the raised baton.

'Thwack!' Something blurred off to the side in Clays peripheral vision coming from between some tall cabinets. The threatening cop stood dumbfound in shock, unable to move, then collapsed lifelessly before them. Before Clay knew what was going on gun fire loudly echoed out, thundering as the other cop shot wildly at something just outside of Clay's vision.

Then he saw it, a sleek deadly monster, slick haunting skin and spiked features. It was made from nightmares. It screamed a horrible hiss at the cop who continued to pull the trigger of the gun that was now only clicking on empty chambers.

Clay saw the fear in the cops eyes as he looked down the beasts screaming mouth. He could smell it too as the running dripping of liquid fell from his uniform pants to the floor.

Suddenly something punched out of its mouth and right through the cops head. Then the creature turned towards Clay. The cops body thumped as it hit the floor. Frantically, wide-eyed a fearful Clay stumbled back against the wall, he was shaking, adrenaline burning through his veins like rocket fuel he could feel his heart beating madly, he continued to push himself against the wall.

Suddenly the alien stopped. The arrested man on the floor had stood himself up, both hands now in front of him and held the hilt of his bloody sword. Clay couldn't watch. He closed his eyes tight as the alien monster raised a strong claw-like hand. Clay could do nothing from his confinement and fear except wait for the bone shattering squelch and tear... Only it never came.

Clay opened his eyes.
The guy wasn't all Hollywood fantasy, he had moved quick, quicker then Clay thought possible for him. He had ducked the swing, swept up under the alien and pierced his blade up through the creatures skull. Clay had little time to rejoice in this hero's victory. He heard it the same time as the smell reached his nose. The sizzling of melting flesh. Clay watched on horrified as the monsters blood melted through the mans skin and face. Flesh falling away as he moaned in an awkward agonising pain.

The moment didn't last long, before the duo collapsed in a heap, the image however was burnt into his mind forever and would come back to haunt all his senses at the fall of every night, for the rest of his life, however long that would be.

The alien was dead, the cops were dead, the hero was dying and Clay could only curl up in a ball and lay in the corner of his cell awaiting a rescue or his death. Whichever would come first.

Kiley moved around to the front seat to see the map," Where 're we goin' boss?" Kiley asked looking at the hologram," Damn, I'd never though' I'd say this but can I have one?" Kiley asked childishly starring at the hologram.

"Wha' so ya can break it?" Elyana's voice came from the behind her only to dodge a half assed punch from Kiley while smirking.

" Nope!" Kiley said," So I can put a tracker on yer ass an' keep an' eye on where ya go," Kiley said with a smirk on her face as well.

" Wait a fly pickin' moment missy!" Elyana said making Kiley laugh," I don' need no damn tracker on my ass thank ya very much!"

"Hell yeah," Kiley said wiping a fake tear from her eyes while Elyana pouted.

"Sorry, this specific device is expensive. More then both of what you two make in a year. Plus it is not all that ready for the open market. They are still making changes and updating it and things like that. I am one of the very few who signed up to be a lab rat in their beta testing. Just recently they had to make adjustments actually." She answered. She then looked to Elyana. "You would need to be tracking of all of us. The whole you freezing up was proof of that. See the Xenos won't kill you. They put you down just enough so they can drag your ass to their nest. Then one of those facehuggers attach themselves to you. After that, .. A hour or two later, give or take, you will wish they had killed you." She said. Not all of it was for mirth. She was serious. If the Xenos kill you, you were the lucky one. Those who got dragged off will go through the most worst event in their life.

. She then patted Hotaru on the head once more. She was glad that at least she was capable of fighting back. All they had was one person that may end up dying or getting killed along the way. Or worse get Kiley killed. Kiley still cares for her older sister. Erika sighed. "As for our destination. I chose a police department. If we barricade it and get its defenses strong it would be a great place to set up shop. Even better if there are survivors there." She said with some hope.

Nine had made her progress to the military base that had once housed Erika a d her party. She was investigating it and making sure no one was hiding or in hiding. Humans were sneaky that way.

"Damn well if we make it through t'is shit storm I want tha' fer my brithday if t'ey have it out by then a'ight Ely?" Kiley says looking at her still 'pouting' sister who sobers up to answer her.

"Depends how much it cost Kiley," Elyana said nervous," We barely made any money-"

"Imma be join' the marines after this," Kiley said earning a very surprised look from Elyana," What?"

"What happened ta wantin' ta be an Architect?" Elyana whispers.

"T'ey said they're gonna train us. Ya think I'mma just go back ta a normal life after sayin' ta Erika I'd do anthang ta repay 'er fer savin' yer an' my ass while savin' 'ers. Twice? Nah, plus I'm not gonna be able ta go back ta bein' normal after this," Kiley says shaking her head but her head snaps up at the sound of going to the jail house," Which one?"

Elyana stared at her sister with a worried expression and sighed. Kiley's a fighter and would make a wonderful Marine, but she'll have to work on fallowing orders and not being a "curious scout" as her dad would call Kiley. She held back a smile, all she knew was if Kiley was going to be one of Erika's "men" she is going to have one hell of a time just training Kiley.

[The Emperors Blade]

Subject 10

The clicking sound of 10’s talons echoed through the hall, her tail waving in the air. She held something in a clawed hand a round object trailed by a thick form leaving a trail of red ichor. Turning her head she sensed another nearby, a praetorian, specifically the ones the humans had designated 9 and the one mother had put in charge when she could not communicate commands to the rest of the hive. Dropping the marine on the ground with a wet thud she twisted and leaped onto a wall running down a hall filled with the gore of dead humans and several other Xenomorphs that had been killed. She knew they would be replaced though and the hive would only prosper with the hosts they had taken.

She crashed through a window and then moved through a door stopping several feet away from the praetorian and hissed loudly towards her as she stood up to her full height which would not match that of 9, but she would show her resilience and strength regardless simply so that the Praetorian was aware that she was still a useful asset to the hive, and not a hinderance. She stepped towards her clicking slightly as she did wondering what the Queen’s next step was and simply awaited the commands she would obey from the Praetorian when they came. A clawed foot stepped onto a human’s head the weight of the Xeno crushing it into a pulp that spattered out across the floor. She tilted her head slightly jaws dripping with thick clear liquid that puddled upon the ground mixing with the blood and gore.

Subject 4 “Blink”

The tunnels of the sewer gave the perfect environment of the expansion of the hive. She ran on four legs over the concrete darting back and forth from the wall to the walkways built around around the waste water that the humans has so disgustingly poured down here. She stopped as she heard a noise from above and slowly climbed up a ladder to a manhole. Using her strength she pushed open the manhole and crawled out into a parking lot full of vehicles, one of them had a open door with music blaring loudly. She crouched and walked on all fours between the cars looking for any possible signs of life that might be a proper excursion for the hive to retrieve more hosts and food. She stopped though as she heard the sounds of a vehicle off in the distance and darted away to slide underneath a large swat truck and hissed slightly as sshe waited tos ee what would arrive.

The jeep finally reached the police station, the occupants within unaware of Blink underneath the swat truck, Miles pulled the vehicle into the parking lot and drove it over the side walk and stopped directly in front of the double doors. Him and Erika turned to look inside. It was quiet,.... too quiet. She sighed and leaned back and looked to the ceiling of the jeep. "Why can't anything ever go right?......" She said. She then lifted up her rifle and prepared to exit. Miles climbed out the front first and was located directly in front of the double doors. He walked up and peered inside. He could see no one or no bodies of police officers within. Except for one fella who was still handcuffed and dead by one of the blue chairs closest to the far right. He could tell from the signs on the mans body that the xenos had hit the place. He lifted up his rifle and turned around giving Erika the signal to exit as well. She nodded and squeezed out from under Hotaru and proceeded over the drivers seat and out onto the concrete steps. She got her rifle poised and ready for anything that would pop up. She then turned and bent down so she could see the others. "Alright here is how it goes. Hotaru will be right next to me. Kiley you will be behind me to my left. Elyana you will be directly behind me and you will follow behind me. We will not stop to hold your hand. You freeze and you will be left behind." She said. She then stood up and looked to Miles waiting for the others to get out. Hotaru was already out and next to her without question. Erika looked towards her and nodded as Hotaru pulled out her .32 and got in a ready position.

Once everyone was ready she gave Miles a signal ,being that of a simple nod, Miles nodded back and then kicked open the door and stepped forward using his body to keep the left door open. He immideatly took aim down a hall in front of him. Erika moved past him and in between him and the right door. She then aimed at several doors and another hallway as she moved within. She then began to steadily move towards the front desk and looked over it. Papers and even spilled coffee along with the cup it was in was on the floor as well as shoe marks. This told her the police immidiatly retreated into perhaps other rooms are deeper into the police station. She took a deep breath and then shouted. "This is Lieutenant Erika Brauns and I am with the United States Marines. If there is anyone alive in here please reveal yourself or make yourself known!" She said loudly. She waited five minutes and sure enough she heard voices deep in back and up the stairs as well on the second floor. They were either police officers or criminals or civilians or all three.

"Oh thank god!.... We thought we would not make it alive. We fought off a good number of them off and barricade ourselves in. Are there any of those things down there?" The voice said back to her. Erika immediatly answered back with "We are not sure yet,... we will let you know once we have made a quick scan of the place." She then looked to those behind her and began to figure out how to deal with this.... "On second thought. I am sending my partner to you and two girls." She said and got a acknowledging "Alright". She then looked to Hotaru. "Your coming with me,... We will scope out the left hall and down into the cells below. The rest of you will take the right hall and scope it out on your way to the top floor." She said.

Nine was quiet only for a second until she told every Xenomorph to avoid the police station right now. To focus on non combatants for now. She understood some already had and died in the process for their connection to her was disabled. She then looked to Ten, her concentration now on her. We will attack the police station when we are ready. The Queen wants us to clear and gather more hosts. The ammount of humans at it is not worth our time right now. If the humans within do prove to be a problem they will be taken care of. For now we will hunt and grab all non threatening humans and other lifeforms to the nest. She looked around where she stood and took note of the bodies around her. Many were lost but in the action many were also taken. survivors of the manhattan take over had made camp within the base and around it. Those who did not fight were disabled an taken away, those who did fight back were killed and eliminated. Well those that she could see. She looked back to Ten. Is every organism here taken care off? Has every building been checked? she asked.

Kiley nods to Erika looking at her sister who was shaking a bit. Kiley sighs before looking back at Erika,"Yes, Ma'am," she says smirking cocking her gun," Maybe we'd fine somethin' intrestin'?" She said with a laugh

Elyana was taking a few deep breaths keeping in her mind that she wanted to make up for being useless weight. Also to prove she'd be valuable to everyone, but the only way to do that is to stop freezing. Cocking her small hand gun she had her hand shaking but Elyana nods and groans at her sister," Don' do anythang reckless a'righ?"

"I won',"Kiley said to her sister before looking at Miles," I'mma go ahead an' take point," Kiley said before walking down the hall appointed to her and the other two. Elyana lets out a shaky breath and fallows after her sister gun pointed down but ready.

"'M behind ya," Elyana whispers all she got was a grunt in response.

Miles shook his head as he saw Kiley advance, these two are going to get me killed, he thought. He began a routine check of doors on his way to the hallway. First was the bathroom in the lobby for public use and that of the police in the lobby. He opened the door and took a look within it. He saw a Xenomorph on top of a corpse. It had been repeatedly biting it making double sure it was dead, or perhaps it was eating it's prey. He rose up his rifle and gunned it down in a heap of lead and smoke. He then exited the bathroom closing it. He then proceeded to Kiley's location. "Good thing you girls are checking every room, wouldn't want one of those things hitting us from behind." He said rather sarcastically. He then pushed forward making sure he was ahead of the team, not Kiley. He then began checking doors by first opening them slowly and looking inside. The second door was just a regular room. It looked like a break room for the officers. It had everything, donuts, coffee, and even a few refrigerators. There was nothing he saw that was deemed a threat in his eyes. He then backed up and into the hallway. He then checked the door opposite of it. It was also safe. The room was decent size but it was empty. Nothing of worth inside. He then went forward once more. Each time he reached a door he checked it and each time they were empty. Except for one room, the one right close to the stairs leading up. He saw several dead bodies of police officers and even a few children. He sighed and backed out. Not wanting to continue looking at it. It would be the first room he would clean up while they stayed here.

He then proceeded up the stairs making for the second floor of the police building and hoped that a good number of the officers were still alive......

Erika proceeded on the opposite side with Hotaru ever covering her back. Making sure not a single one jumped out from no where. They came across one such room, the room was full of all kinds of guns. They had a few M4 assault rifles and even a few MP5s. They also carried handguns and nightsticks. The other side of the room they had shotguns, sniper rifles, and even a few grenade launchers. Along the back wall they had body armor and even riot shields. This police department must be one of the larger branches of this side of the city seeing as they had weapons that the swat teams use as well. Erika gave a quick nod and went to close the door seeing one such Xenomorph in her path. Hotaru dispatched it however before she could even raise her rifle. She sighed and blew a bit of air up into her bangs. She then proceeded forward reaching the stairs. Each time she reached a door she checked it and received little to no opposition. She then proceeded down the spiral stair case piercing the deep down underground floor of the police station. What she saw to her left was the large evidence room and private cells which were meant to hold those criminals who needed to be separated from the others. She proceeded forward until she reached the regular cells and saw the two police officers dead as well as a xenomorph who had emptied all of its entrails onto its opponent whose face was completely dissolved. She looked to her right and noticed one prisoner in his cell. He currently was favoring the fetal position which would not help him much against the enemy. She looked to the police officers and walked over removing their keys and proceeded to unlock it. She then swung it open and moved inside. "Look I don't know who you are or why your here and I don't care. If you have not noticed shit has seriously hit the fan. Now get your ass up and come with me. Unless you like the thought of death." She said. She waited and rolled her eyes and looked around. She even took a peak outside and saw a few xenomorphs moving into a building across the street. Once more a sigh followed and once more she began to think that this place would not be any safer however it was safer then being out there. Here they had guns and plenty of them.

Nine was continuously receiving countless feedback from the packs that were sent out. What she was currently doing was moving a lot of the man made machines. Machines they used to get around. While she did this drones went about transforming the military base into a new base. Within it and in the center was the Queen laying its eggs. The drones not assigned to decorating the place were moving and arranging the eggs so that they were all spread out. The drones were hard at work building the new hive and attaching the pink skinned humans to the walls. Not all of them were pink skinned though. There were those who had dark skin and some with a bit of a tanned pigment to their bodies. The Xenomorph race did not care though. Each one was more then capable and acceptable for becoming hosts. However, not only humans were brought here. Dogs big enough to form Xenos of the size of Blink were located here as well. They had taken plenty of them from the first attack on the police station before it got fortified by the police still within. Nine looked to her brethren giving each new one their orders and updating those that had brought more to he new hive. She quickly removing the doors from the vehicles next. It was almost as if she was making places for Xenos to lay and sit. Which would fortify their own defenses. That's what Nine was helping create. A wall of defenses to help protect their queen. The drones making any finishing touches on the vehicles with their spit. The drones even began constructing a dome like roof over the military base. Every so often they would leave to get more resources and come back and continue. There were so many of their kin providing what little help they can. More praetorians were created as well to help guard the Queen or to help Nine with moving things around.

Elyana turned pointing the gun behind her shaking as she walked backwards after her team. Her eyes wide and looking around back and forth she bumps into her sister who had stop at the stair way.

"Kiley why'd ya stop?" Elyana asked looking back at her sibling.

Kiley stared at the door angry, okay adults yeah she gets but kids! Kids! Kiley lets out a shaky breath as the door closed and grabbed Elyanas wrist and pulled her up the stairs. Kileys anger rising thinking about those kids, then the marines back at the base, and-

"Kiley, yer hurtin' me," Elyana said in a soft voice. Kiley released her and marched farther up the stairs. She stops at the door with a small window peeking through she saw nothing. Kiley adjusts her eyes to the dark and saw a police officer leaning against their desk. She send a silent prayer that he doesn't have a face hugger on them. Or worse an Xenomorph.
