Sometimes I do it by accident but no one ever says anything because I'm the GM and so I always ask.

@Aintitfun1997 yeah I got one rule, player characters such as Erika, Miles, and Hotaru are off limits to kill off. Same with your characters. Your character's deaths are entirely up to you.
