Appearance: Average size for his age, with blackish brown hair and blueish greenish eyes. He's caucasian, sporting a blue jacket with white T-shirt underneath. He has blue jeans, with a belt that has a holster for both his Duel Disc and Cards.
Personality: Being exposed to Turbo Duels at a young age, he's a giant fan and wannabe of the sport. Every day he dreams about designing his own Duel Runner. Other than that he's a pretty friendly guy, he can get along with just about anyone. He can get anxious in duels, which results most of the time in him losing.
History: All my life I knew I had a need for speed. Soon after beginning Dueling, I discovered the sport of Turbo Dueling, and fell in love with it. I would always pretend that I was a top Turbo Duelist, attatching my Duel Disk to my bike from time to time and pretending to be in a Turbo Duel with Jack Atlas. Soon after I turned 15, I watched the Epic Duel between Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlas, and both became my Idols.
I'm 17 now, and Nowadays it's common to see reruns of them dueling for supremacy on tv, and I catch every single showing no matter where I am. One day, I hope to become as great as these two, which is why I'm heading for Duel Acadamy, to become the very best Turbo Duelist and face off against them one day.

@Shiny Keldeoit says there if you don't have a custom structure deck delete this... unless you have plans to make your own structure deck you'll have no use for that section.
also starter decks and structure decks cant really be considered the same thing.
@Shiny Keldeo *laughs* You didn't actually have to replace Accel Synchron, you know. Accel SYNCHRO monsters are not allowed until you learned how to use one, which is a synchro tuner + a synchro monster. Same with Delta and Limit Over Accel synchro. (3 and 5 synchro monsters respectively). I find it a funny screwup though, so you're allowed to keept Turbo if you wish. Anyway, replace Solemn Judgement with a warning, notice or a scolding, and delete the "Custom Structure deck list" section, then you should be good to go.
Also, @LancerOfBlue. I'd appreciate it if you'd make a post within today or else I might replace you, considering the person I am currently waiting on is you. I'd prefer to keep this RP up to a moderate pace, because if it's not like that I can see it dying out very easily.
I personally prefer 8000. Especially for my archfiends who will bleed me dry in a couple turns if we're at 4000.
Seems the vote's in for 4000, unfortunately. I'm willing to compromise though, let's say any costs 600 or above are Errata'd to be halved for your archfiend deck. Is that okay?
Personality: Mary is the living incarnation of Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry, Be Happy". She's always happy and willing to help others. She never worries about anything, even if, say, her chair broke. She'd just spend the day fixing it, or more likely, just accept that it's broken. She does hate it when she is called her full name, however, seeing how absurdly long it is.
She is rather nurturing, seeing how she had to take care of a bunch of children while growing up.
Mary is the last person that you'd expect to be a ninja. She is never sneaky or does any standard ninja practices in public. Instead, she chooses to practice the ancient art of cooking. Which is one of two of her talents.
Her other talent is the ninja arts. While she chooses not to be a ninja and instead a chef, she is noticeably the most talented member of the Ael clan in terms of pure skill. She tends to use ninja arts to counter other ninja arts, ending up in ridiculous stand offs between Ael clan members. Like Venwyn, she has the tendency to add "Ninja Arts:" to whatever ninja-ish action she does. After all, her younger siblings (really just any anyone younger than her in the Ael clan) learned it from her.
History:
Mary was born into the elusive Ael Clan. She was the oldest out of all of her siblings (which were all children in the Ael Clan, no matter their biological relationship), and as such, was the role model for all of them. As the oldest, she also grew up the fastest. She had to take care of all of the other children. As such, she became quite skilled at cooking.
As Mary grew older, she strayed farther and farther from her ninja ways. She wanted to become a chef, not some sort of top-secret ninja-spy. She left the clan without warning, and then became a chef in a small restaurant in a town far, far away.
A year passed without any contact from her roots, but then Mary received a letter from the Ael clan. Apparently, they wanted her to do one last mission. Mary was afraid, but was instantly relieved upon seeing what the final mission was. She had to look after the rest of the Ael clan members to make sure that they didn't get into any trouble and bring shame to them. Seeing how it would be a great chance at seeing her sibs again, she accepted.
The next few months consisted of studying Dueling Monsters for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Her mind was filled with temporary knowledge about the game and she managed to get into the prestigious Duel Tower. And thus, she began her mission of making sure that Venwyn and co. wouldn't mess up.
Now this is a story, all about how, my life got flip-turned upside down, and I'd like to take a minute (just sit right there) an' I'll tell you how I became a master chef of cooking
In the top secretive Ael Clan, born and raised Spending my childhood in the Ninja Ways Sneaking, Fighting, Ninjitsu all cool Teaching some sibs outside of school
When a couple of kids, who where up to no good Started getting hungry in my neighborhood I told my parents what I wanted to do And they said "You're leaving the clan to cook some stew?!"

Hey ammokkx how much are individual Chaos emissary's. My deck needs that search. After my duel with grey I realised the slightly lackingness of the deck
