There aren't any ritual spells other than Advanced Ritual art that would actually allow you to summon your Doriado... And I can't really give you another speed spell either. SHIT.

A quick fix is just to create a speed spell for Doriado's blessing following the same remove 4 counters thing. Otherwise Doriado is a Completely dead draw with no way to summon her.

Effect: Activate only if you have 3 or more Speed Counters. Remove one Speed Counter, then Ritual Summon one 'Elemental Mistress Doriado' from your hand. You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 3 or more from the field or your hand.

We never did get the effect for Speed World - Neo. They never even used a Spell Card in the one duel it showed up in.

Shun used RUM's. They most certainly did use spell cards.

Well, Speed Worlds were just straight-up was not affected by other card effects in the World Championship series.

Like, you play Giant Trunade and it bounces every card except Speed World. They also could not be targeted.

But yeah, in that case the Neo text is just redundant.
