This effect cannot be negated by the effect of "Necrovalley". Destroy this card at your third End Phase after activation.

Effect: Activate only if "Necrovalley" is on the field. Target 1 card your opponent controls, shuffle this card this card back into the deck, and if you do shuffle the target into back into your opponent's deck. You can only activate 1 "Endless Sands of Necrovalley" per turn.

no clue bout that GHOUL.
@The Grey Dust Ghoul's way too good of a wall while Necrovalley is out. Maybe reduce the graveyard summon effect to once per duel, because otherwise you literally can't get over that card if Necrovalley doesn't get dealt with... And if you're smart, you basically have six copies of it in your deck (Terraforming).
Scratch that, nine necrovalleys with that new card =P. All other card 'cept ghoul seem fine to me, though hourglass is definitely being limited to two if I do let it through.
