I don't like Overwatch. Feels too restrictive in play style.

I swear I'm trying to work on it. I'm going to be honest, however, and mention I'm really burnt out on writing for this. Not dropping the RP levels of burnt out, but more burnt out in the sense of 'Okay, I have this idea, now how do I put said idea into words'. I've also been playing a lot of paladins.

Just looked this up. Man, yugioh is getting some new stuff and I can't keep up now that ygopro and duelingnetwork are down.

Yup, those two were my main ways of staying up to speed for yugioh. And now they're gone.

This is why I use DevPRO.

I tried it a couple times, I just could not for the life of me figure out how to make it work.

I tend to get most of my news from ygorganization, since they tend to get it before anyone else, update on a regular basis, and have YGO news not just related to cards.

Maybe, though I'm not sure if I have the time for Yugioh nowadays.

Okay. So, I'm going to be honest with you guys. I am not feeling this RP at the moment, not in the slightest bit. It's a combination of writing fatigue and a general burnout on YGO, which makes me unable to form my thoughts into a proper post.

It's not that I don't know what to do; hell, I could tell you guys straight up what's supposed to happen next if you wanted me to. But the issue isn't that I don't have ideas, it's that I'm currently not driven to convert them into words on a screen. I'm honestly not having much fun writing for this at the moment, which isn't helped by the fact there's some more work behind the scenes (e.g., create villains/npcs with their own motivation, deck and personality).

I'm not going to drop this, screw that idea. What I am going to do, though, is probably put it on hold for a bit. I don't WANT to, but it's either pretend to be doing things I'm not doing or getting so burnt out I do end up dropping it.

I've toyed around with the idea in my head of temporarily relegating most of the writing to someone I'd assign as a co-GM, but I feel that I'd be shoving work onto you guys due to my own incompetence and lazyness. It's the only other option I can think of, however.

I'm sorry to be asking so much of you guys, but what do you think is best? Should we put the RP on pause for a bit, long enough for me to get my groove back, or should I assign a co-gm to take part of the workload off of my shoulders?

I fell that taking a break is more effective then having a co gm create scenes for us. I mean no offense but you ate the best at writing plot and characters if you need a break I say take a break. We can start this back up at any time.

We could just say end of season one when we take a break anyways.

@Ammokkx yeah man, take a break. You sound like you need one. To be honest, it seems like we do too, considering our writing quality of posts lately.

If this roleplay needs to be put on hold while you take a break so be it. I don't believe anyone here is capable of keeping this rp going as GM. So in my opinion it's either break or drop.

I think a Co-Gm is a good solution if someone is up for it. Off-handly I'm not jumping for at the chance but if people want to keep going and nobody feel like doing it I will. ^.^

Having been in a similar situation where I took a break from the rp because I had Lost my Groove in Yugioh. I get where you are coming from. So It would be best if you took that break and not dropped. Due to the complexity of some of the scenes you may have conceptualised.

So in all I am for the break option. @Ammokkx

Yeah, if you feel like you need to take a break, go ahead. I'm sure people are busy with school or work or whatever anyway.

If you feel like you need a break, then by all means, take one. I'm not opposed to having a Co-GM, but I think that you'd do a better job overall.
