3 According to the pokedex, 'Boiling blood, like magma, circulates through its body. It makes its dwelling place in volcanic caves.' If his Legendary pokemon is so hot that magma is inside him, why not he himself?

Well Germaine is beating his head against the wall inside the Hospital - but you'd have no real cause to go there.
I'm fairly certain you'll be able to watch the tourney though, being an Avatar grants you that right.

@NightmareInd Sure he could. That just means that he's not participating in the fights.

Plus, it wouldn't be that hard to prove he's an Avatar, which makes for a pretty good all-access pass in this tournament. Or at least I think so.

@Leos Klien He doesn't want others to know that easily he is an avatar. Also, technicly Magcargo's body temperature could be 18.000 F while his skin is actually far less hot. I mean, humans have a much higher body temperature than our skin feels like.

Its got to be at least boiling if rain turns into steam. Though its probably at least around lava temp since his body appears to be lava. POKEMON THEORIES ASIDE I WONT BE PETTY AND ARGUE ABOUT IT PAST THIS POINT. ^.^

I put Rebeca as having a base body temperature of three times the human norm, if that helps with anything.

I think that, considering magma has on it's lowest a temperature around 650 °C and Charlie is able to radiate heat, a bodytemperature of 10 times a normal human one would fit him well. Ofcourse his skin feels much colder than that when not angry, but it would still feel like he has a all-time high fever.
