[IC] Caldwell's Academy of Magical Talents and Draconic Arts- Year 3-redo

[Aisling]

"I'll take the water hazard route. See you there, I hope..." Mystique walked in the circular door only to find herself to nearly falling into the water.
Don't came through yet! There is no floor here on this side. I'll have to ....


Then there was a water devil coming at Mystique. She pulled on of the platforms to her by telekinesis. She stepped lightly on the platform and headed for the other side.

There is a water devil in here but there are platforms to pull towards you. The water devil is very slow.

[Ninkitty]

"I supppose I'll take that route too. The other one sounds way longer...." Ayaka started walking toward the door to that room as well only to notice there seems to be no floor. She looked around and saw that there were platforms around the room and decided to use those to get across.

[Aisling]

Lady Violetta followed Ayaka's steps except that when was through the door, she did a dive into the pool but as she dove, Lady Violetta turned into a parrahna and swan to the other side of the pool......

[Aisling]

Level 3 Students In the Fire Room

"Please open your PLTs and find out what Fire Moves we are working on this level." Lady Violetta spoke once her three students arrived in class.

Mystique open the PLTs and read what it said:
Fire Techniques:
7) Fire Blast- a fast stream of fire aimed at an object or creature
8) Flame wall – a wall of fire that surrounds a person or object
9) Fire field- a large area of fire that burns steadily
10) Flame wave- waves of fire moving towards a target

Ayaka opened her PLT as Lady Violetta had asked and read about the fire magic that they will be working on. Well this will be fun trying to practice. Ayaka decided when it came time to practice, that she'd try and find a place in the room away from the others in case something goes wrong. She knew how dangerous fire can be, which would be why they were in a dirt room to practice it.

[Aisling]

"Everyone find a square that is marked off but leave your PLTs on your podium. Each square has a shield where fire can't escape the square. I will be able to drown any fire in here if it gets out of control." Lady Violetta spoke as she placed her PLTs on a podium stand.

"For the first one, you start out making a large ball of fire. Then you throw the ball at the object which will be a gollum. As the ball of fire leaves your hand, add a tail of fire to the ball so that you can feed the fire ball."

It was good to know that fire won't be able to escape. Now Ayaka only had to worry about getting onto a marked off square to practice. She listened to Lady Violetta's explanation about making a large ball of fire to throw and adding a tail of fire to it after throwing it. After the head mistress was done speaking, Ayaka found a square to practice on. To start off, she started trying to make a ball of fire, which she head some difficulty with. As she went to try and throw it it a gollum, Ayaka tried adding a tail of fire to it, but it didn't work out, which in all honesty, wasn't too surprising. She just continued to work on it.

Deep under the castle where there was a well of magic had been hidden, small tremors began to form. These small tremors could barely be felt by anyone except for the creatures in the castle. The tremors slowly opened minute creeks which allowed the various magics to push their way into the them. As the magic pushed against the dirt which is located under all of the lands and waters of the planet, the small creeks began to grow and grow. Each Magical Ability was determined to have it's own stream and so each Magical Ability found a softer spot to form it's own path. The various Leys and Weys are slowly being formed underneath everything.

[Krinos Solstice]

Dar was brought out of his stupor when he felt a tugging, noticing Aura was cowering behind him and tugging on her leash, almost as if she were trying to escape something. "Dar! Please! We need to leave, now! I don't want to be here anymore, it's too dangerous!" Aura's voice sounded in his mind. He looked at her, it was the first time in a long time he had seen her act like this, "Aura, what's wrong?" he asked mentally. She remained silent, tugging a little harder on the leash. Dar saw a flicker of movement in the window of the pet shop, turning his head he saw the animals were freaking out as well, the shopkeeper having a hard time keeping them calm. Animals were always able to sense disasters before anyone else, if that's what's going on, then is there a disaster about to strike us here? he thought. He looked at Aura again, "Aura, what's going to happen? What are you picking up?" he asked her. She stopped tugging and looked in the direction of the academy, "There's an earthquake going on, and I fear it's going to get even worse before it stops...I'm afraid the academy will come down! Please Dar, we can't stay here!" she insisted. He shook his head, "No, I can't just abandon Lady Violetta and the others, they need to know what's going on. Come on Aura, we have to do this...we're the only two who can!" he replied.

After hesitating, Aura finally followed him to the academy, passing through the Grand Doors, "Thank you, Grand Doors." he said. They must be on the higher floors...I think Lady Violetta is teaching the third years at the moment, so she likely has no clue what's going on. he thought to himself. He instructed Aura to stay where she was before bolting for the stairs, heading to where the students were being taught, bursting through the doors. "Lady Violetta! I pardon the intrusion, but this is an emergency! It seems there's an earthquake going on outside, but I have no idea how widespread it is! I fear for the safety of all the students, the academy may collapse if it becomes severe enough! I recommend we evacuate the students and creatures immediately before things get worse!" he exclaimed, almost out of breath.

[Aisling]

Lady Violetta turned to Dar in astonishment. She slowly closed her eyes and reach out with her hands as if she was searching for an unseen forced.

"Blast it all! Not yet! I am not ready ready. Dar, the leys and weys are awakening. We are not exactly in danger since the Castle is made of a special wood called Speckled Tree of Essence. Here is it's description.

This tree is an unusual kind for it never grows old or decay. It's molecular structure is very complex and yet very simplistic. The wood is very flexible and very durable as well as colorful.
Another aspect of this tree is that it is very rubbery and stretchy. Once a building is built with it, it will not fall down as long as the Creator of the building lives.
The speckles are of the colors of the rainbow.
It's magic is complex for it depends on the maker. If you want anything of this tree, you must be the one who grows it, make the items from it and cares of the tree itself. This tree is sentient as well.

We will be safe in the Academy but we need to house everyone in the basement. That is our worry now.

Young ladies, class is over due to this news. We will open the basement of the Academy to everyone. We must have guides and I am counting on you young ladies to guide and find a place for the creatures downstairs in the sub basement. Villagers will go to the empty student floor. Work as a team and Dar and I will send everyone this way.

Come Dar we must start the evacuation to the Academy. I'll tell you more later." Lady Violetta spoke as she typed rapidly into her PLTs to allow the young ladies a temporary pass to almost all floors.

Quickly she placed her cloak on her shoulders and her PLTs in her belt as she fled to the Village.

Ayaka was still working on her fireball. It took her a little while, but by the time Dar had come into the classroom announcing something about an earthquake she had managed to do it. Lady Violetta seemed calm about the whole thing though sure that the Academy would hold up during the earthquake. Under the circumstances, Ayaka was worried about her own pets. She knew creatures can sense things like this and figured they were probably freaked out. After the headmistress left she said, "I'm worried about Rikami, Skye, and Dusk."

[Aisling]

"Same here. Let's go up and check on them before we get ready. We probably should wear our cloaks and be looking professional. Let's go...." Mystique lead the way back through the swimming pool. The gollums were gone.

As the Leys and Weys were forming, an old man was watching and documenting what he saw and felt as it happened. He was not afraid of what was happening for he knew the reasoning behind all of this. The world was expanding and new countries would be opening up. A new Rule will begin with an old and yet young person. She was not the best Ruler or whatever Title she would take but she was consistent with her rulings in her own way.
In some ways, he was happy while in other ways he was not happy about this person coming. He would take each day one at a time. He would make his decisions the same way- one decision at a time. Time was the only thing that he had plenty of but not any peace at all. He will dread the time when it came.

Ayaka followed the same path Mystique took. As soon as the two of them were on the bedroom floor, she went to straight to her room, knowing Mystique would be doing the same thing. She found all three of them were indeed freaked out. Trying to stay calm so they didn't get any more freaked out, Ayaka said, "It's ok guys." She put Rikami and Dusk on their leash and grabbed a leash for Skye just in case. After putting on her cloak, she walked out of her room with the three of them and waited for Mystique.

[Aisling]

Mystique went to her room where she got treats for everyone.

"It's ok but we need to go downstairs. The quake will be over and we will be fine. Fiona and Damion, are you going down with us or staying up here. " Mystique asked as she got the leashes.

~We will stay up here. Please hurry back up.~ Damion spoke quickly as he wrapped himself protectively around Fiona. The secret will wait until later.

"Ok....Here is some extra food and treats. Let's get the leashes on because there will be a lot of scared people from the village coming in..... Now for my cloak, wand, Grimoire, treats and a snack for me to eat while I go downstairs. Let's go." Mystique spoke as Ember and Chichi led the way to the door. Thor sat down on Mystique's shoulder so that they could get outside.

Lady Violetta sent a soothing spell with a touch of urgency in it to the villagers and creatures in the pet shop. Once she arrived with Dar, everyone naturally were attracted to them.

"Everyone needs to follow Dar to the Academy where we will be safe. Please follow him while I go help Titus with the creatures." Mystique spoke then turned to Dar
"They are yours to guide. I'm heading to the pet shop."

The raicho Ayaka had gotten after her test was sitting on Rikami's back, so she didn't worry about him too much. She recently decided on naming him Mist. It seemed the bird was a lot calmer when he was with the other animals in the group right now, so Ayaka left him where he was. While waiting for Mystique, she made sure she had everything she may or may not need and went back in her room to grab whatever she found to be missing. By the time she felt ready to go downstairs, Mystique was coming out of her room as well. "Everyone ready to go downstairs?" she asked.

[Krinos Solstice]

Dar nodded as Lady Violetta left him instructions, turning to the townsfolk left in his care, "Alright everyone, you heard Lady Violetta, let's head to the Academy. Calmly and quickly now, we don't want to hurt one another. If anyone needs help, please don't hesitate to ask myself or someone near you. The sooner we get to the Academy, the safer everyone will be." he said, leading everyone. He checked every few minutes to make sure everyone was okay and that they were all keeping pace. Another quake shook the ground, causing Dar to almost lose his balance, This is getting bad, if we don't make it there soon, I fear we may have more injuries than we can handle. he thought to himself, checking on everyone again. He stopped to help a few people stand back up, checking to make sure they weren't injured. He was relieved to find they were only shaken up, but otherwise, uninjured. They finally reached the Academy, where Dar made sure everyone was able to get inside, "Please follow Aura, she will take you to where you need to be." he told the townspeople, motioning to the dragon. Aura turned and led them up the stairs, leaving Dar by the doors. He turned his attention back to the town, Please be alright, Lady Violetta, don't do anything to endanger yourself. he thought before heading upstairs to tend to the townspeople with Aura.

[Aisling]

"Yes, and I think that we should hurry. I thought that I heard something downstairs. You want to go downstairs and send them up to the empty student floor where I can guide them to various rooms there?" Mystique spoke as she hurried to the stairs.

Titus had a lot of the animals in cages in a cart but there were a few grown creatures- A griffon, a paired Nunbolas and a Night Glo Dragon- so Lady Violetta went to the Miniatures and loaded them up after getting supplies for them. Only 2 fairies and 2 Book Worms were left. Once she had what was needed, Lady Violetta went out and placed the Nunbolas in the cart.

"Let's go Titus. Let's use teleportation for the quakes are getting to be very strong." she spoke.

"I agree and Ladies first and I'll follow exactly 60 seconds afterwards." Titus spoke.

"I'll fly there." The griffon spoke and left for the Academy.
"I'll teleport there" said the dragon who blinked out.

"Don't.. too late.. explain after we are there." Titus spoke.

Lady Violetta nodded and teleported to the doors.

"I am here with part of the animals!" Lady Violetta spoke to Dar. "Did a Night Glo Dragon arrive safely here?"

Now that Mystique mentioned it, Ayaka thought she might have heard something as well. She had no idea how bad this earthquake was right now, but she didn't want to wait until things were worse. Mystique was right about needing to hurry. "Sure," Ayaka said as she hurried downstairs. She knew her pets would help out too. Once downstairs Ayaka took the leash off both Rikami and Dusk. "You guys don't mind helping out right? We need to send the creatures down here upstairs to the empty student floor. And Rikami, don't forget you have Mist with you."

Her dragon, shadow cat and frost wolf all three decided they'd help. Ayaka started doing as quickly as she was able.

[Aisling]

Mystique went upwards to where there were more bedrooms. Each bedroom on this floor had a bathroom. She waited for the villagers to arrive. She also spoke to her pets about helping out for there may be children involved.

Meanwhile, Titus and the Griffon had arrived at the Academy. They went inside and looked about.

"Ayaka, we are happy to see you. Tell me what to do and where my animals can be housed...." he asked.


The person was also watching for it was this person who was directing the Leys and Weys to their final destinations. This person was responsible for the planet to form. The person was also responsible for the system of retrieval of students, teachers and now for a couple people to rule new countries. This person was the one who actually was responsible for making everything on and in this planet. This person even developed The Essence of Life and The Magicks which will control each continent on this planet.
The quakes began to grow in strength and the cracks grew in straight lines either horizontally or vertically. The Magicks follow the cracks then each crack was sealed off once the lines were formed. The rest was sealed off and hidden away. None will be told so no one could be the one to tell the secret.
It was now the time for these Leys and Weys Lines to rise upward towards the surface of the lands and waters but no closer than a thousand feet of the Surface. The Surface is where the edges of land and water meet and is considered Ground Zero. Everything was at Ground Zero or Above Surface or Below Surface. No water was deep than 900 feet and no mountain was taller than 900 feet. No creature was larger than 20 feet high nor more than 30 feet long for this planet cannot handle anything larger.
As the Lines rose to the limits, the quakes grew stronger and lasted longer between each shaking. Many things will fall to their end for it was an end of an age and the start of another age. An Age where there will be more freedoms.

Titus arrived soon after Ayaka got started with getting everyone upstairs. She was glad to see that he was ok and hopefully, his animals were too. "I'm trying to get everyone upstairs to the empty student floor where Mystique is waiting to guide them to various rooms. Your animals can probably go up there as well." She waited to see what he'd say.
