In the lovely world of equestrian, the tales of the mane 6 are known far and wide across the land. But this focuses in the town of gallop-pollis. It is an early morning for a black Smith as he awakens. "This project will take a few more weeks before it is finally finished." The blue creature said running his claws through his black hair as he casts a disguise spell on himself. His other non-pony feature turn into normal pony features except for his metal mask. He then picks up a Dragon head shapped hammer.in its mouth is a amber coloured gem, the front of the head results in a square face, and the eyes seem to come to life with the details in it. Off the nose is a curved horn hooking forward. The blacksmith grabbed the hammer from the back of its head where 2 more spikes jet off the back. Shifting from the back of the head to the handle, the early awakener pony starts slamming away on a hot piece of metal. "Well, better open up"

At the early hours of the morning, another creature rests in their house, sleeping until the sun was to arise and wake him. Oh how busy yesterday had been and the quiet streets seemed like a lullaby to the earth pony, which was just ever so slightly remixed with the rhythmic slamming of hammer on anvil several blacks over from his house.
It was a good night to be alive.

The blue Pegasus walked around the shop performing multiple tasks at any given second. At 1 turn, he was putting new wood into his metal kiln, bottling freshly purified sap, putting freshly made cupcakes into his oven, and hanging new leather up on the wall. at another turn, he would get a log ready to be turned into a plaque, get his stool ready to slide around everywhere, and get belts ready to be fixed. After he finally finished all his tasks, the young pony walked out his front door and looked around from left to right as his eyes fixed on his shops sign "dressage of all trades". He breathed in the fresh air and exhaled, Tim to open up shop. He said to himself in a gruff normal voice. The pony knew that once he opened up shop, he would soon get consumer's flooding in as his shop has drawn quite the tourist attraction. The pony walked back inside, flipped his sign to open, walked behind the counter, locked it behind him and started his iron works fan. The shop was an unusual one in the fact that it had so many different things to do inside but 1 pony to do it all. Many have asked to help him but all the times they would ask, he would say in a sharp bark "no". No one knew why but after asking, no one would question. Though he had a lot to do, he dint seemed bothered by all he had to do.

The sun broke over the horizon as the young buck during out of bed with a fresh step. He faced across the room and looked at his re-reflection in the mirror. His Brown mane stood as a testament of bed head. His white coast was still donning his clothes from the night before and his green eyes were on fire ready to face the day. After putting a few of his personal things in order, he changed into a fresh pair of clothes.
As he opened up the doors to his small house, he stepped out onto the bustling city streets as ponies travel to work, go to the store, or are doing thirty files off at school. With him, it didn't matter. Compared to Manehatten or Baltimare, this town was quiet, it was slow, and it was unassuming. Just the way he was, and he liked it.

as the sun started to rise a dark blue colt with silverish blue streaks would be walking through the village his eyes one as purple as amethysts the other as yellow as a topaz as he walked his hooves would crush the dirt beneath them he would keep walking his mane the same color as his fur and tail as his horn shimmered due to being a unicorn he would relax carrying a duffel bag on his side the bag weighing at least 45 pounds or more so his speed was hindered slightly even with the bright sun shimmering in his eyes it didn't bother him at all.

As the earth pony was walking away from his house, he took a moment to glance up the road. Sure there were things going on, and seeing ponies traveling through town on hoof wasn't rare, he had never seen the unicorn around that was wandering into town. Nothing suspicious about that, ponies came from everywhere to see the authentic smithing shop, but something was off about this unicorn, so he flagged him down.

-the unicorn would walk up to the colt that's flagging him down as hes curious as he has been traveling for months on end to reach gallop-polis as a place for a new start and a relaxing enviroment as he steps up he makes sure to step aside for other ponies walking past him until he reaches the pony and stands there before speaking to the one that flagged him down- "can i help you sir?"

"Actually, I was going to ask if you needed any help." The earth pony said. "Trust me when I say that I can tell you're not from around these parts. So, what brings you out this way?"

-the colt would smile to the earth pony before speaking- well my main reason for coming was a new start i used to be a temple guardian and ever since the temple went down under i packed up my gear and came here for a new start. -he would dig into his duffel bag pulling out a 3 gold bars and a bag of 100 bits but before he zipped up his bag a glimmer of silverish armor with blue markings like on his coat would show before vanishing due to the zipper being closed- do you know where i can go to purchase a living space?

The earth pony began scratching his head. "Well," he said, "there is the housing developments between Eastern Ave and Chestnut Street. There are a few trailer like parks to the east. Smaller hosting developments between Hubbard and Dolphin, river side houses on first street, normal community on second street, and more run down houses on fourth street. You can also pick a house on the outskirts of the neighborhood as well. It all comes down to what your preference is."

well what kind of living space will 3 gold bars and 100 bits get me? -he would speak as he tilts his head not knowing where any of those places are as hes still new to the neighborhood.- i have no preferance to be honest just somewhere nice. -the wind would kick up as his hair would flow in the wind as it is quite long but very well managed-

"Well then, that is about enough to move onto second street. All you need to do is go down the road here until you reach first street. Take a turn to your right and the next street up is second street. Can't miss it." The earth pony moved his hooves on accordance to what he was saying as if he were drawing a map in the air as to which direction they needed to go. "Oh and when you get onto second street, take a right, not a left. Left just takes you to more businesses."

-he would smile- "it would be simpler if you just showed me kind sir just till i get used to the area." -he would relax putting the bits back into his bag along with the gold bars he would take out an old map in his bag showing most of equestria when it was ancient as his horn glows releasing a beam of magic updating the map and puts his hoof on a little blinking dot showing his location as it zoomed in revealing the streets- "ok then."

The earth pony just sighed. "Follow me," he said as he started walking down the street. He pointed out every landmark on the way and, in about 15 minutes, they were arriving on Second Street. "Now we are here, just want to quickly make sure you're okay with something, hire so you handle sounds early in the morning?"

he smiles- well anything will do and sounds dont bother me but high or low i do thank you. -he smiles walking to the door to find the person to talk to about purchasing the home-

Hello" a quick talking business pony said to the ornate blue unicorn, I see you are looking for a house, look no further, just as of today, this house is open to any pony wanting to buy it." He said in a slick tone

his eyes narrow at the slick tone as he speaks- are you the one i talk to about purchasing this living space? cause if you are id like to know how much it will cost for it as i have limited money as i dont know where a money converter as i have come from half way across the world for a change of scenery and a start at a new life.

Well, I am the pony you want to talk to, and this nice building could be yours for 100 bits." He said with a sense of honesty

he nods and takes out the bag of 100 bits and hands it to the colt- is there anything i need to sign before i start unpacking?

The colt hands over a clipboards a pen. On the clipboard is 4 pieces of paper fild with multiple words with 3 different empty blanks. "Just fill those out, ill take out the sign, and it shall be yours.
