Gunnery Sergeant
>Fireteam:
Fireteam Leader - Warrant Officer [2nd Grade] Oslo-G935
[Though proven to be on decent Terms with Grant, Oslo is simply considered as a Comrade, as he does with Grant the same way. Disciplined to one another, and respectful, at the least.]
Fireteam 2IC - Sergeant Major Hannah-B130
[Though it is nearly the same as Oslo's relationship, Grant and Hannah got on exceptionally well. More than simple acquaintances, these two aren't strangers to one another.]
Fireteam Member - Gunnery Sergeant Grant-G419
Fireteam Member - Gunnery Sergeant Vicki-G421
[Vicki and Grant had been through most of this thick and thin together, they were relatively described as Best Friends and shared a strong bond with one another.]
Fireteam Member - Corporal Juan-B311
[Juan had been on very good terms with Grant. Like the rest below, he looks up to Grant as an Older-Brotherly figure, or even an understandable friend.]
Fireteam Member - Corporal Burnie-G618
[He's on relatively good terms with Grant too, looking up to him as a good friend, comrade and brotherly figure.]
Fireteam Member - Corporal Bella-A951
[With Juan, she's on very good terms with Grant, and sometimes is prepared to recommend his decision, respectively standing beside some of his suggestions.]
Fireteam Member - Lance Corporal Vladimir-B141
[Relatively good terms with Grant. Looks up to him, respects his decisions, yet is not afraid to counter his suggestions.]
Fireteam Member - Private First Class Barney-B834
[He was too on Grant's good books. Looking up to him, despite being less of a Spartan to the rest, and trusting him with great care. Even with an Older-brotherly figure, he kept him close to his side to correct his mistakes. Grant cared for this Spartan greatly.]

>Personality
For Grant, the Typical-Drill Sergeant is out of the window. Yes, he's the one of the more Experienced Soldiers amongst the earlier groups of the Spartan III programme, but that doesn't stop someone from having their own individuality. Unlike some of the surviving Spartan IIs, Grant has had character alongside him throughout his career. Like most Soldiers, death is something that comes and goes. It does rip him apart on the inside, but it is something he has been known for trying to remove as a threat to his performance. Nevertheless, it has, on some occasions, set the man back a few paces in the line of Combat. This is what has held him back from any further promotions thus far. Not considering himself to be Charismatic, or anything along those lines, he tends to try and remain at a smaller Sociable line with the newer or more confident Spartans. In this way, he only actually enjoys socialising with those who work alongside him more overtime.
One might take notice of his high respect for Soldiers of lesser rank. Whether they are brave, strong, or even weak, frightened and prone to accidents, each one deserves respect in his eyes. This definitely is headed towards the Spartans lower than him. The respect has mainly been forged around the activity within Fireteam Chariot, as many Spartans have been in this group. Sometimes, his respect and care for the lesser experienced has put his own life on the line, admitting in interviews that some actions he's committed were in favour of his comrade's safety, disregarding his own. He, however, does fear certain scenarios, which has shown to be a rather odd concept for a Brave Spartan. Developing more over his career, with the resulting deaths and replacements of his Fireteam, this fear also contributes to certain flaws in his Combat effectiveness. As other previous Spartans have raised the concerns to ONI command, they have denied any forms of punishing the Soldier, due to his contributions not involving this issue.

>Armour Enhancements
MKII Enhanced Drop Shield [Moderately higher Damage Resistance, with a metre wider Radius.]
An individual Male A.I. System that has been in use for 4 Years, not yet reaching the age of Rampancy. Created during the VICTOR INCIDENT, as by coincidentally named, it has only thus far served Grant-G419, being his replacement from Cario, a previous female A.I. Construct captured and dismantled during the VICTOR INCIDENT. Used for Information Gathering, analysis and Battlefield Assistance, He's proven to be most useful to the user.
>Positive Traits
A Decent marksman, for Mid-to Long ranged encounters [Not within Sniper Rifle Range], with an ability to manage CQC Scenarios as a side track. Good for working alongside, disciplined and true to good Comrades, he's not the worst to come across when in a Near-Death Scenario.
>Negative Traits
There are possible Emotional attachments that he can develop with comrades, even one's that are just working alongside him during a single Operation. This reduces his activity in most Socialising Tests during training and Off-Field scenes, sometimes hindering the communication with team-mates. Getting too close to Grant, if a fellow Spartan, can be rather easy, and can change feelings drastically. Self-Esteem has sometimes come across as an issue, though is rare on most occasions.
>General Likes:
Musical Engagements, planning ahead and a reduction of casualties would make a high Like-Rating for the man. Other things such as the smaller aspects like Humming, and relaxing sessions can also get to the Man's approval, making him one of the less interesting personalities. For a greater like, he particularly enjoys his Comrades, if they are the likeable type, and what there is to know about them.
>General Dislikes/Fears
Stereotypically, losing someone to combat is a hateful crime to anyone's life. To Grant, losing a Comrade is just as bad as Losing a Friend. The term Cannon-Fodder, sometimes used describe UNSC Marines, extremely irritates the soldier. For a more general perspective, he fears the outcome of the Human-Covenant War, and sometimes even the Forerunner Constructs that have been proven deadly or unknown. He also seems to hate going head-to-head with larger, outnumbering groups of hostiles. He also hates the odd-job Spartans who think way too highly of themselves, which are to be expected in the Scenario he's been plunged into.

>Notable Training Records
Induction Phase, Week 1: "I've seen certain individuality in G-419. Many of the Children have been uneasy with the new lives they've been brought into, and some have even questioned about their old lives and family whereabouts. This individual, however, seems to be...far from disturbed. Though he doesn't show some of the physical strengths his surrounding comrades may prove, his mental state seems rather powerful enough to engage his way through the upcoming tests. If he makes it past, and survives, the augmentation procedure, I assure that he'll prove to be an asset worthy of Gamma Company." - Doctor Ludwig Van Baron, on the Extraction of Gamma Company's Children. [Some Companies recruited those older, reducing training times.]
Classroom Phase, Theoretical Battle Planning, Week 103: "Once again, G-419 has shown interesting ways of moving a team around a map from a commanding spot. We've thrown numerous obstacles in front of his pathway, and he has managed to move past these with succession. However, unlike some of the daring tactics or common-sense ideas the other passing members have shown, ideas like Espionage-Related Camouflage, improvised use of equipment and Interesting path-finding have all been used by him. I like his thinking, but whether or not it'll be good for the Combat Exercises will be something worth placing bets on." - Corporal Bernard Harrison, on the Successions of Class H Trainees.
Combat Scenario Phase, Defensive Battle Training - Final Examination, Week 194: "There has been a substantial confusion amongst some of the Training Staff. During our objective, Defend the Downed Air Transport, Grant-G419 seemed very concerned about the Team he was put with. Now that we are Fireteam Chariot, one of the larger groups, we've noticed how much he's been focusing on us. Using stun-rounds generally fitted for training, we've learnt that he pictures them as live ammunition. This does sort of remove the idea of carelessness, which is a positive action, of course! Yet, he's been using himself to support those who are perhaps in more need. Working alongside our Exercise IC, Rick-G271, he developed an idea of selecting a few individuals who don't stay in a particular post, and move around based upon where the heaviest Hostile Activity is being focused. It worked, yet, however he took a hit to the shoulder, temporarily making him less able in the exercise. Still, we had minimal casualties, compared to other practice runs, and I feel with only a 8% Rating of confirmed deaths and injuries, we've done well for our examination." - Trainee Vicki-G421, on Peer Debrief on Defensive Examination.
OPERATION: STINGER
Objective - To Successfully Field Test the first batch of 200 Deployable SPARTAN-IIIs against a major Insurrectionist Outpost on Onyx.
Outcome - Mission Successful
Casualty Rate - 0.5% | Someone shot their own Foot, comically.
Forces Involved - Gamma Company's Spartan III Units | 5th Air Transportation Squadron, Gamma Company Branch
Notes - G-419 was sent in with the Original Fireteam Chariot. Under the Command of Rick-G271, he was involved in the forward push to the Gate's highly defended Rear Gate. The Team proved exceptionally well, and have placed themselves on Possible Advancement.
OPERATION: DIRE CONNECTIONS
Objective - Four Gamma Company Spartan III Fireteams were to infiltrate a Covenant Research Camp, as a first contact between the two forces, and retrieve Valid information on UNSC and ONI files.
Outcome - Mission Successful
Casualty Rate - 25% | Fireteam Juliet were unfortunately taken down upon Extraction. Their bodies were found by Covenant Search Parties and were executed through Live Helmet Feed.
Forces Involved - Gamma Company's: Fireteam Juliet | Fireteam Chariot | Fireteam Warlock | Fireteam Cosmo
Notes - G419 seemed greatly effected by the full execution of Fireteam Juliet, hindering his thoughts of ease when fighting the Covenant Threat. On other terms, his performance in Defending Janet-G257 during her Intel Retrieval showed more potential.
OPERATION: HAWKEYES
Objective - Fireteam Chariot were to be put to the test, being sent behind the enemy Lines on multiple Outer-Colony Planets in reconnaissance and intelligence gathering against Covenant Occupation Forces.
Outcome - Moderate Success
Casualty Rate - 28% | Fireteam Leader Rick-G271 was confirmed K.I.A. from Blood loss on the Extraction | Peter-G039 was K.I.A. by Covenant at CQC solo engagement.
Forces Involved - Gamma Company's Fireteam Chariot
Notes - We've learnt about Chariot's coping abilities. Two of their missed members had sacrificed themselves for the good of the objective, showing how Chariot could go up against the other Spartan Fireteams. Though they did seem effected, especially Vicki-G421 and Grant-G419, they managed to keep their sorrows inside. After this crucial Operation, with partial success, Chariot were moved into Gamma Company's Special Warfare Group, at some-what near levels of accomplishment such as Future Noble-Team.
OPERATION: BLACKFOOT [Referred to as the VICTOR INCIDENT]
Objective - To recover found technology discovered by Fireteam Cosmo, resisting approaching Covenant Expeditionary Landing Forces.
Outcome - Operation Success
Casualty Rate - 60% | Fireteam Chariot Lost Several Members, including Corvax-G113 and Christine-G163. A Severe drop in Chariot's members since its creation.
Forces Involved - Gamma Company's Fireteam Chariot | Fireteam Cosmo [Pre-Operation]
Notes - An A.I, held by G419, was dismantled by a Covenant Field Marshal present on the Operation's defensive stage. Unfortunately, the fragments weren't retrievable, and repairs weren't able to be made. More than half of the Team's members were K.I.A. in the Defence, which has lead to a replacement and build up of newer members to the Fireteam, based upon high-performance units from Gamma Company. A new A.I. Construct, more advanced in terms of processing abilities and information analysis, called VICTOR, was constructed with the technology's fragments recovered from the package in replacement for the lost A.I. It was given to Grant-G419 for field Testing, proving successful. This Operation, as well as the previous, was what brought Fireteam Chariot its fame, not only in Gamma Company, but the Spartan III Programme.
OPERATION: TRIBUTE
Objective - Defend Tribute from Insurrectionists
Outcome - Unauthorised
Casualty Rate - Near Total
Forces Involved - Unauthorised
Notes - Unauthorised.
OPERATION: GREY AXE
Objective - Eliminate Fleet Master, as well as disrupt the Occupational Fleet through the Destruction of The Vigilant Redemption Flagship.
Specified Objective - Fireteam Chariot are to be in possession of the Exclusive Package. Their performance has proved them to be chosen with such responsibilities, even with the great dangers that come with it.
Outcome - Operation Failure
Specified Outcome - Unknown
Casualty Rate - Unknown | Predicted over 90% Of Ground Personnel involved in the Operation.
Forces Involved - UNSC 8th Fleet's Stranger of Darkness, Nimble Spirit and Burning Hope | 4th and 5th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Regiments | 91st, 92nd and 94th UNSC Marine Corps | 4th Armoured Ground Division | 124th, 194th and 202nd Atmosphere Ariel Squadrons | Spartan III Programme | Gamma Company Special Warfare Group
Notes - Many of those involved in the Mission are reported K.I.A. We are unaware of the current Status of G419, but we know that Fireteam Chariot had a confirmed 4 K.I.A. Reports during the conflict, before the evacuation was called. G419, Fireteam Chariot, and many of the other unknown Soldiers left behind aren't in connections with, and have been reckoned by Officials as a 'Lost Cause, that took a Brave Sacrifice'.

Fireteam Demoman: Cpl Sal-C222 (On decent terms with Aura, not as swept up in her 'elder sister' act as the other fireteam members)

Fireteam Heavy Gunner: Pvt Jack-C098 (Good terms with Aura, enjoys having her as a sibling)
>Personality
For better or worse, Aura has been molded by her experiences as a Spartan. She's seen people die, and has taken plenty of lives herself, and as such has an intimate knowledge of death that few possess. She is very caring, in her own way, and takes it upon herself to ensure her fellow Spartans survive. For some, this manifests in the form of a hard, drill-sergeant like personality to keep the team motivated. For others, it is a soft, doting big sister, taking care of her beloved younger siblings. Truthfully, she'd love to always fill the latter role, but she knows sometimes people need someone hard, larger than life, to motivate them to keep going as opposed to the soft touch she wished she could always provide. Solid and dependable on and off the battlefield, Aura is a social enough beast to check in with her teammates and make conversation, but not so social as to overwhelm them. As a result of her elder sister complex, she has a hard time admitting when she needs help, and has a habit of chronically downplaying her own issues.
>Equipment

>Notable Training Records
Classroom Phase, Theoretical Course, Week 5: Cadet A023 is recorded as excelling in tactical and strategic courses, as well as theoretical understanding of other subjects. A023 consistently scores within top 1% of class, given day off by instructor to see if cadet was consumed by own success. Cadet A023 is recorded as utilizing day off to tutor less-capable students. Those who were seen speaking with A023 were seen making repeated return visits after exercises and receiving additional aid. All students thusly tutored showed 15% increase in scores, bringing some to the minimum requirement to remain in the program.
Survival Exercise, Survival Course, Week 13: Cadet A023 was inserted approx. 15 kilometers from nearest fellow cadet. Cadets were given no indication of other cadets position, nor were they instructed to work in groups. Surveillance drones depicted cadet A023 deviating from all optimal paths towards extraction or shelter towards fellow cadets. Cadet A023 was next seen assisting problem candidates with survival, to the point of delaying her own extraction to do so. Cadets assisted by A023 later showed marked increase in scores on both theoretical and practical exercises.
Simulated Warfare, Crucible Course, Week 22: Cadet A023 named leader of Team Nodachi by program head, dispatched into jungle armed with training rounds. Objective of exercise was to capture flag from instructors, cadets given no specific instructions to interact between fireteams. Encouragement to compete/deviate from group behavior given in form of extra incentive to first fireteam to acquire flag. Cadet A023 lead team to objective point, appearing to be operating within expected parameters. Instead of planning or launching assault, Team Nodachi intercepted other teams and coordinated. Cadet A023 was able to lead combined assault of approx. 75% of total remaining cadets on instructor position, resulting battle ended in minimal casualties for cadet group. Flag was given to least physically capable fireteam, supplementing their rations with additional food.
OPERATION BLACKHAWK:
Objective: Destroy Covenant Factory facility
Outcome: Operation Success
Casualty Rate: 97%
Forces Committed: Spartan III Alpha Company
Notes: A023 distinguished herself by personally destroying the facility using hijacked Covenant Ordinance. With the usage of a standard UNSC issue jetpack and procured Covenant explosives, the facility's support beams were destroyed
OPERATION CATHARSIS
Objective: Recover UNSC Asset Dr. Hideo Marazuki
Outcome: Operation Success
Casualty Rate: 0% (EDITOR'S NOTE: Why don't these things include wounded? A023 was in sick bay for two months after this!)
Forces Committed: Spartan III Alpha Company Fireteam Nodachi
Notes: Dr. Marazuki insist that without A023, he would be "As dead as my specimens", and credits her with the reported destruction of a Covenant Armored Squadron impeding the unit's path to extraction. A023 receives multiple commendations for Valor
OPERATION SHADOWED HILT
Objective: Recover UNSC ODST Special Forces unit stranded behind enemy lines
Outcome: Operation Failure
Casualty Rate: 50% (EDITOR'S NOTE: Again, the wounded aren't included, does HIGHCOM even read these? A023 and the other survivor of Nodachi, A142, were in sickbay for a further three months
Forces Committed: Spartan III Alpha Company Fireteam Nodachi
Notes: A023 showed signs of psychological trauma in the aftermath of this operation. Was ultimately cleared for duty by psychologist.
OPERATION WAR HORSE
Objective: Investigate Covenant "Black Site" Location
Outcome: Operation Success, See Follow-up operation
Casualty Rate: 0%
Forces Committed: Spartan III Alpha Company Fireteam Nodachi
Notes: Fireteam Nodachi came together as a team much quicker than originally theorized by the personnel department. Complaints were filed following this operation, citing that assets like A023 and A142 were best spent training the next generation of Spartans, not being sent on possible wild-goose chases
OPERATION BLACK SUMMER
Objective: Destroy Covenant "Black Site" Location
Outcome: Operation Success
Casualty Rate: 56%
Forces Committed: Spartan III Alpha Company Fireteam Nodachi, Spartan III Charlie Company, ODST 101st Btn
Notes: This was expected to be a much more lethal operation by command, reasons for lower casualty rates are unknown. Fireteam Nodachi's members each received more medals than I'll ever see for valor, with enemy equipment again being used to destroy their own facility. (EDITOR'S NOTE: No better place to put it, so I'll list it here. Following this, Fireteam Nodachi was reassigned to train new Spartans until present time)
OPERATION GREY AXE
Objective: Assassinate Covenant Fleet Master, destroy flagship "Vigilant Redemption"
Outcome: Operation Failure
Casualty Rate: Unknown, Theorized to be 90%
Forces Committed: Mixed Spartan III Task Force, ODST 89th Btn, UNSC Marines 43rd Btn
Notes: Current fate of A023 unknown, theorized to be KIA (EDITOR'S NOTE: Yeah, we'll see. Our girl will pull through again.)

>Personality: When you first meet Alicia she seems to be very standoffish and very sarcastic and very blunt at times, but that is only to those who are not a part of her fireteam. Due to her sarcastic nature at times it has gotten her into some trouble with commanding officers but she still follows her orders no matter what they are, but she is known to question some of the orders given to her. She is best known for her skills as a sniper and actually enjoys taking out targets from a great distance. Alicia is very close to members of Fireteam Erebos and cares for them as well, the members have gotten used to her sarcastic nature and joke around with her as well.
However during a mission when she is assigned to sniping she is very quiet and actually takes it seriously, she is also known to have a series of tally marks etched into her armor for each kill she has taken.

Sabine just as sarcastic and known to make witty comments, made and assigned to Fireteam Erebos three years ago preferring to be with Alicia as her handler. Mainly known for assisted targeting, infiltration, hacking, gathering, spying and sabotage for Fireteam Erebos.

>Positive Traits: Friendly to those of her fireteam and other Spartan III teams, known for her comedic approach to certain grim situations, loyal to those she works with. Great in long range combat, and stealth missions.
>Negative Traits: Alicia's sarcasm has certainly gotten her into a lot of trouble with her superiors, rumor has it she has been demoted numerous times but no one truly knows, if asked she will either simply ignore the question or change the subject. She is not as proficient with close quarters combat, if she is ever in a position like that she will try and gain as much distance as possible.

Induction Phase One: "This one has quiet a spark to her, very defiant and does not know when to listen and questions nearly every order. She has been punished multiple times. But eventually after several beatings she can actually learn to listen to orders given to her.
Weapons Training Phase Three: Alicia B-169 is very proficient with long range combat it seems she hits nearly every mark with a sniper rifle which is good. Midrange combat she is good with as well, however close range combat appears to be the hardest, but able to hold her own for some time.
Team Training Phase Six: Alicia B-169 has been assigned to Fireteam Erebos, she works pretty well with her usually as the main scout for the team, during a round of capture the flag she was able to pin down a fellow Spartan team long enough for her team to take the flag.
Survival Training: Alicia was dropped off furthest from her fellow teammates, she seemed to follow alongside a small creek and quickly found tracks of fellow candidates. Then she was able to regroup with her team and the team leaders of each fireteam worked together to get to the extraction point.

In fact, I think he feels that way about all of Gamma Company- I think Dr. Haley must've slipped him a note or something. So until this guy gets it together, we're stuck with own drill sergeant nasty."

"Our team's obligatory edgy wolf, spending most his time either skulking moodily or talking behind your back. Why do snipers always have to be such snobs? It not like you jerks get a higher kill count or anything, so maybe you just don't want to associate with the guys who've seen actual combat. I swear, one of these days he's gonna backstab us so hard and we won't even feel it."

>Appearance:
>Personality:
Typically level-headed and rational, with a certain pension for empathy. Loyal enough to follow orders and rebellious enough to take them loosely. Marcus isn't terribly expressive, but frequently shows emotion - typically in the form of dry wit or snappy quips. He doesn't always have a lot to share, but he'll offer what he can. Most importantly, he knows well where his respects lie, saving his snark and anger for the enemy. As such, Marcus is often observed to be an aggressive, almost excessively violent soldier while on the battlefield.
Such bouts of aggression seem to be a more controlled response of the illegally-administered 009762-OO drug within Marcus-G214's Project CHRYSANTHEMUM augmentations. It has taken him a while to reach this level (with the help of his regular administrations of counteractive drugs), and Marcus is quite determined not to lose his progress. Moreover, it is not like he is completely in control, either, as he may still yet be prone to random instances of sheer anger or frustration- those rare times when he actively seeks to avoid social interaction lest he risk inflicting undue injury.

>Armor Enhancements:

>A.I.:
Blank
A 'dumb' A.I. designed for SPARTAN-III units observed with rampant aggression issues (primarily as a result of the illegal operations set upon Gamma Company). The smooth male voice offers psychological aid, anger management, voice of reason, and stress diffusion, monitoring chemical levels in the brain to anticipate and record mental patterns. Blank's core routines have been integrated into MJOLNIR armor issued to such given SPARTAN-IIIs, so it may continue to function to a limited degree even when ripped out of the A.I. dock. Blank does not use a projected form.
>Positive Traits:
- Boasts increased pain tolerance and durability in addition to the standard SPARTAN-III augmentations. In a pinch, Mark is able to draw upon reserves of adrenaline that can drastically push his physical prowess up beyond even his limits as a Spartan, at the risk of straining his own body past the breaking point.
- Fairly sociable and generally easy to get along with, outside of combat. On the battlefield, fights with a certain strict, almost businesslike fervor- at least, until he gets enraged.
- Boasts notably outstanding distance judgement and depth perception.
>Negative Traits:
- Gets temperamental every so often, making him unpleasant to try and reel in. Blank is designed to help mitigate these effects within combat situations.
- Explosions just tend to lead to collateral damage every so often, by nature. So please, take care around him.
- Frequently leans toward brash and cynical comments within active operations, which can get very grating to some.
>General Likes:
Good comrades, people who share his sense of humor, success, hard cider, chicken
>General Dislikes:
Falling, seeing friends die, losing to the enemy, insects, bad comrades, his dangerous temper, salad

>Notable Training Records:
18/09/2537, Post-Induction Phase - In the relatively brief period following the induction of the new SPARTAN-III candidates, Marcus-B214 has lended much promise to our care. From our expanded genetic selection, Marcus found himself extracted from a relatively average background compared to the average of candidate before him, and we anticipated him to be especially unwilling to join the program. Rather, B214 proved himself to be willing to the idea of becoming a SPARTAN, almost being unreasonably excited- an unfortunate fact in the face of his below-par performance, even given his age. It is suspected that Marcus has yet to grasp the impact of becoming a SPARTAN supersoldier, or even his particular reasons why. If he does truly want this, however, then we have faith that he will discover his reasons and see his training through to the best of his ability.
03/12/2538, Yearly Evaluation - It has now been over a year since the candidate approval for the SPARTAN-III Beta Company. So far, Marcus-B214 has nearly doubled his physical performance, due in part to his natural growth and what we belive to be a greater level of determination on his part. B214 is still marred, however, by his application of predictable tactics and an inability to process information quickly and suitably enough. We understand it has been especially more difficult for B214 since we have raised the bar yet further, but such is absolutely necessary. If this one cannot keep up, then he will be eliminated from the ranks, simple as that.
11/04/2541, Primary Vetting Process - Marcus-B214 has been rigorously tested in every aspect of the expected SPARTAN-III operations. Of these projections, B214 has performed outstandingly in active combat exercise and range accuracy, but failed to meet the qualifications in field survival and tactical cohesion. B214 bears a mild issue with unwitting disobedience, attempting to adopt a mind of tactical diversity only for his actions to go against the detail of the mission. We cannot deny that Marcus has tried especially hard to improve, and has arguably done the best in doing so of every trainee we asked, but he cannot be accepted for the final augmentation procedures.
On a personal note, it does break my heart to see such ambitious souls as his being turned away from becoming a SPARTAN - that they tried their best and it could not be enough. Of the refused candidates, Marcus has seemed to take it the best, however. He's already started packing, but I don't know if I have the heart to tell him he won't be returning to his original home.
08/08/2543, Gamma Company Selection - At the behest of Lieutenant Commander Ambrose, a 13-year-old Marcus Johannes has been granted the offer to be re-introduced into the SPARTAN-III program as a member of Gamma Company- not as a drill intructor, Ambrose very firmly specified. Though it is undeniable his previous experiences within the program would stand as an invaluable example to him and others, we are once again unsure of Marcus's inclusion in the candidates given his age, time of leave, and his particular circumstances under the past couple of years. Kurt seems to expect a message of acceptance from the boy, while others among us are doubtful.
22/01/2544, Operations Training Phase - Marcus-G214 clearly possesses an above average sense of range and accuracy, but we are surprised he chooses not to pursue profession as a team marksman. Kurt theorizes it could be due to his outgoing social nature among his fellow trainees, especially the older age group of our candidate selections. Although G214 does try to keep his word professional whilst in the exercises, it seems he cannot help but try and get along with his assigned teammates, and this may serve as a boon for morale it is otherwise detrimental to vital field communication etiquette.
07/02/2551, Final Evaluation - Marcus-G214 has demonstrated a noteworthy improvement to his behavior and outlook since his time in training for Beta Company and his induction to Gamma Company. While some of us are still questioning whether or not he has become fit for duty as a SPARTAN-III, but Ambrose has made it quite clear that he intends for every one of the 330 selected candidates to pass and survive the augmentation process.
Doctor Cruz assures me the special addition to Project CHRYSANTHEMUM this time around will be introduced cleanly and quietly, and serve well for Gamma Company as a whole. He even has gone so far as to say that the likes of Marcus would benefit even further from the operation due to their naturally-induced puberty and personal adaption to it so far. For God's sake, I hope he's right.

>Specified Service Record:
OPERATION: STINGER
Objective - Eliminate the Insurrectionist prescence on Onyx using a field test of combat-ready SPARTAN-III units.
Outcome: UNSC Total Victory
Deployed Forces: Gamma Company | 5th Air Transportation Squadron
Notes: Barring a certain friendly fire incident, the SPARTAN-III fireteams deployed came out with no fatal casualites. This test of power proved an overwhelming success, and we will expect just as much from Gamma Company in the future. We believe Marcus will serve well among Fireteam Warlock.
OPERATION: DIRE CONNECTIONS
Objective - Four SPARTAN-III fireteams will infiltrate a Covenant researching outpost and extract all valid information regarding the UNSC. It is of utmost importance to discover what they know of us.
Outcome: UNSC Strategic/Tactical Victory
Deployed Forces: Gamma Company - Fireteam Juliet, Fireteam Chariot, Fireteam Warlock, Fireteam Cosmo
Notes: The preemptive loss of Fireteam Juliet is extremely unfortunate, and their fate has stirred some conflict among the other present fireteams. Sometime following the execution, Marcus-G214 performed an excessively daring feat of clearing out several Covenant groups in bloody no-survivors combat, allegedly to clear a path for his team to exfiltrate. We suspect his aggression is beginning to manifest much more apparently, but we still respect hi efforts to keep it restrained to combat environments. G214 will be extracted from Fireteam Warlock in the meantime to monitor his health.
OPERATION: BLAZEFIRE
Objective - Sabotage a Covenant forward base within Inner Colony space and disable the capital ship Object of Temperance.
Outcome: UNSC Tactical Victory
Deployed Forces: UNSC Brave Return | Gamma Company - Fireteam Fortune
Notes: A battle on two fronts, with the Brave Return executing a blitz attack on the Object of Temperance while Fireteam Fortune infiltrated the establish Covenant outpost and destroyed their operations. The team was tasked with disrupting communications, obtaining strategic data, and then destroying the base with a tactical warhead. The operation went awry when unprecedented reinforcements arrived, forcing Fortune to exfiltrate or die. They did both: Harper-G102 sacrificed himself to distract the main offense long enough for Marcus-G214 to deploy the package. Although the Requiem of Consequence ultimately escaped intact, Fortune's brave efforts granted them a significant promotion.
OPERATION: GREY AXE
Objective - Intercept the newly-discovered Shield World, Assassinate Covenant Fleet Master Grazo 'Lovamee, and destroy the flagship Vigilant Redemption.
Outcome: Total Loss
Deployed Forces: UNSC Stranger of Darkness | UNSC Nimble Spirit | UNSC Burning Hope | 4th / 5th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Regiments | 91st / 92nd / 94th UNSC Marine Corps | 4th Armored Ground Division | 124th / 194th / 202nd Atmosphere Arial Squadrons | Spartan III Program - Gamma Company

>Personality
A voracious character with a big personality, Novena is extremely outgoing and boisterous and is definitely not a quiet individual. Frequently loud in the company of friends, she loves to make jokes and is definitely a fun-seeker when not on duty. Highly observant and cautious, her movements are confident and fluid, putting thought of consideration in her actions. While on duty though, she sheds her humorous nature as she becomes an incredibly focused and determined individual who is not only practical but is also a keen problem solver apart from being highly adaptable to constantly changing situations and circumstances. Highly optimistic and often referred to as the team's source of morale support, her cheery and energetic personality is a boon to any team in dark times as she frequently encourages and motivates her fellow team mates in times of need.

>A.I
A female A.I. system that is three years old, it has not yet reached the age of rampancy. It's appearance and personality is designed similarly to the A.I. known as Serina that served onboard the UNSC Spirit of Fire and thus speaks with an English accent in a sarcastic manner. There are however, a small number of modifications that set its personality apart from Serina. Unlike its predecessor, Cera is kind and caring. The A.I. is mainly used for information gathering, tactical analysis and battlefield assistance.
>Positive Traits
Specialising in close quarters engagements with her pair of submachineguns, she is also an adept marksman with her rifle when CQC is not an option. Determined with an iron-will, she is dauntless and possess a great amount of control and flexibility in her actions. A true team player who is not only cooperative but disciplined, she definitely someone you want watching your back, or your front.
>Negative Traits
Prone to establishing close relationships with her squad and team mates, these emotional entanglements can potentially affect her decision making especially when involving said individuals. Being a highly emotional person, she is prone to having mood swings which may or may not be boon to the people around her.
>General Likes
A big fan of music, especially those of the classical and opera variety. She also tends to favour people with a good sense of humour, especially those who can join in or appreciate joking around. Food. She also loves eating delicious food, be they meat or bread.
>General Dislikes/Fears
She has a certain distaste for failure and leaving comrades behind. The losing of her team mates is something that she tries her hardest to avoid. Not a fan of mean pricks, douchebags and assholes, it is not surprising to hear of her expressing her distaste for such.
>General Background
Planet of Origin: Reach
Place of Origin: Quezon, Reach - Epsilon Eridani System
Date of Birth: 24/12/2522
Main Housing during Training: UNSC Camp Currahee - Onyx
>Notable Training Records
Induction Phase One: Ever since Nadia-G389 had been selected as one of the prime candidates for the new SPARTAN-III program, she had never failed to surprise her trainers and evaluators. Coming from a relatively poor and humble background had not been an obstacle that she had proven that she needed to overcome, instead the harshness of her life from before had greatly motivated her to work harder as she constantly tries to out perform the her fellow peers in the program, constantly putting herself in the top 5% of her cohort. She will be one to watch and I expect great things to come from her as she progresses through the training.
Survival Exercise, Survival Field Mission Course, Phase Four: Twelve cadets were inserted approximately fifteen kilometres from each other. They were given no indication of the fact if they were alone or if they were to work in groups. They were all given an objective and were expected to make their way towards it upon insertion. What the cadets did not know was that sometime during the course, they would receive a ping that would alert them to the location of their nearest comrade. The decision to proceed alone or work together would be theirs. Surveillance drones picked out the actions of all the cadets, showing that fifty percent of the total strength decided to link up with their fellow comrades, and Nadia-G389 was one of them. Thirty percent of those who had decided to go solo succeeded in completing their objective, while one hundred percent of those who went with a partner completed their objective. Nadia-G389 did not fail to impress once more.
Operations Training Phase, Phase Eight: Ever throughout the length of her training, Nadia-G389 has been one to keep an eye on. She had performed remarkably well despite initial pre-selection woes where fellow evaluators were not certain if she would make the training. I had a different feeling of this one and fought for a chance to be given to her. She has more than proven her worth, by being incredibly on-point, moving forth with speed and accuracy, be it in range or CQC engagements, although I notice that she tends to revel in the latter. A great team player, she proves to be an essential part of any team she joins in assisting them to complete their objective.
Final Evaluation: Nadia-G389 has proven to her detractors that she is more worthy in her own right in each and every turn, and I couldn't be more proud for her. It warms my heart on a personal level to see her emerge as the warrior and fighter I knew she would be, and she has proven more than noteworthy ever since her inclusion into Gamma Company. The questions surrounding her initial doubts of duty as a SPARTAN-III had been eradicated by multitude of successes in her training. Her spirit, will and determination alongside her skills will prove to be a worthy inclusion into the ranks of the SPARTAN program wherever she would go.
- Doctor Pavel Kruznov, on the results and evaluations of Nadia-G389
>Specified Service Record:
OPERATION: STINGER
Objective: Eradicate Insurrectionist presence on Onyx to field-test a batch of combat-ready SPARTAN-III units.
Outcome: UNSC Victory
Deployed Forces: Gamma Company | 5th Air Transportation Squadron
Notes: With the exception of friendly fire, there was no further casualties. The performance of the SPARTAN-III units exceeded expectations and G389's performance in Fireteam Cerberus was exemplary. We look forward to seeing more of her in action.
OPERATION: STORMFOOT
Objective: Three SPARTAN-III fireteams will infiltrate a Covenant researching outpost and extract all valid information regarding the UNSC. Information recovery is absolutely vital for further operations.
Outcome: UNSC Strategic Victory
Deployed Forces: Fireteam Foxtrot | Fireteam Hades | Fireteam Cerberus
Notes: Despite loss of half of Fireteam Foxtrot, the SPARTAN-III teams managed to secure and extract a host of information that would prove critical to further operations against the Covenant. It was also reported that G389 was the SPARTAN that managed to assist in the evacuation of the teams along with the remainder of Fireteam Foxtrot.
OPERATION: FIRESTORM
Objective: Fireteam Cerberus was sent to a Covenant-occupied planet in a Hostage Rescue mission.
Outcome: Tactical Victory
Deployed Forces: Fireteam Cerberus
Notes: Apart from the loss of SPARTAN Jameson-B256 and SPARTAN Petra-C241 during Covenant engagements while escorting the Hostage to evacuation, the mission was considered a success as the VIP returned safetly into USC controlled territory. Despite being affected by the loss of two comrades, G389 handled her grief better than was expected of her. Again, she never fails to surprise.
OPERATION: GREY AXE
Objective: Eliminate Fleet Master, as well as disrupt the Occupational Fleet through the Destruction of The Vigilant Redemption Flagship.
Outcome: Total Defeat
Deployed Forces: UNSC 8th Fleet's Stranger of Darkness, Nimble Spirit and Burning Hope | 4th and 5th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Regiments | 91st, 92nd and 94th UNSC Marine Corps | 4th Armoured Ground Division | 124th, 194th and 202nd Atmosphere Ariel Squadrons | Spartan III Programme | Gamma Company Special Warfare Group
Notes: UNSC forces that did not evacuate from the mission planets are deemed as K.I.A. The status of SPARTAN-G890 is unknown, but before a total evacuation was ordered, Fireteam Cerberus was known to be down to half-strength. UNSC forces left behind are hence forth regarded as heroes that sacrificed themselves for their mission.

During Operation NIGHT HARMONY He became emotionally unstable, it is evident that Leo and B022 had a bond through training, and it is highly possible his Emotional state was affected by this mission.

Week 1 notes: B021 Seems to have made quite an impact on the staff at this facility, Within the first few moments he had already started squaring up to another member of the company. This instructor believes that his intensity in combat was certainly notable and dangerous but believes there is room for improvement. It is not unusual for the children to be Anxious but this was not anxiety, nor was it fear, it was like a primal instinct. This instructor believes that if, scratch that, when this trainee goes the augmentation procedure he will be a keen fighter. But his team skills will certainly need improvement.
Week 3: B021 Has compromised another subject, the subject was knocked unconscious and sustained major injuries to his cranium. Whilst B021 seemed to gain no damage at all, this trainee has potential, I just wonder how long it will take to break him, And if the risk will be worth the reward. I and the other staff at this facility believe that after some Behavioral Training He could certainly be an asset to the company
week 112: B021 now nicknamed 'Twenty One' by his comrades has once again shown aptitude in my class, Although his tactics are shown to be aggressive they are effective, although not original he has a tendency to reference the ancient Greek and Roman strategies. We will soon be adding obstacles to see how He deals with failure. I believe that when it comes to Live training B021 will certainly be able to show us his abilities.
Week 153: Supervision of training exercise 45: Spartan B021 has shown enthusiasm in spite of all odds. It is odd to see such a change of heart in a trainee. In the exercise the Spartans were split into unbalanced fire teams, B021 was in a team with the lowest achieving trainees and was deliberately not put in a position of power. Although showing some resentment, at first, he soon adapted to his situation, he started taking on more enemies to ease the fire upon his comrades. Although the mission was a failure it has shown us B021 capabilities in combat and in a team scenario
Survival Training: Upon arrival B021 was dropped closest to the objective. But somehow managed to arrive last the events of the training are unknown but some trainees explained to the instructors that he had heard a scream from another of his assigned team. They continued to say that they had been attacked by an unknown species of Big Cat B021 squared up to the creature and, using an emergency ration pack he had been provided with at the start of the mission, he distracted the creature providing them with enough time to escape. B021 and B223 refused to disclose any details to their commanding officers during their debrief.

Amber is the only other Active member of Prosperity, she’s an NPC who I’ll be playing along with Thomas.
>Appearance:5’ 11”, 167 lbs. Green eyes (the picture lied).Slim, athletic build.
[/armor]
>Personality:Thomas is a kind-hearted soul. In fact, if you ask the ONI, they’d say he’s too soft. Thomas couldn’t hurt a human if he tried, and he doesn’t revel in the killing of ailens. He’s generally likeable, though his incessant chatter drove Rich-A196 up the wall. He makes friends easily, but he’s often considered childish. He sincerely cares about his teamates, and to a greater extent, everyone. He’s devastated over the almost complete destruction of his fireteam. As a result of Prosperity’s status, he’s grown protective of Amber, his only surviving teammate. As it stands, Tommy’s only goal is to make an awful situation better, difficult as that may be.

>A.I: Chauncey (Shawn-see): A AI with a sharp tongue and a pessimistic attitude. His logical outlook on situations provides an antithesis to Thomas’s naively optimistic attitude.

- Fire (Brother killed in fire when 4, general aversion to fire since)
- Spartan Lasers (“Too heavy, too loud, too situational”)
>General Background: Born on Eridanus II in 2529, Thomas’s childhood was mostly happy. The single defining moment of his pre spartan years came about when he was four. While his parents were away, the house caught fire. Thomas managed to drag his twelve year old brother out of the house, saving his life. He then helped his sixteen-year-old brother control the fire. Eventually, his oldest brother sustained severe burns and Thomas was left to fight the blaze alone. By the time help arrived, Tommy had gotten the fire under control. He was not able to save the life of his oldest brother, and developed an aversion (perhaps irrational fear) to fire.
This incident, combined with his intelligence, drew the attention of the Spartan program. He was taken from his home and enrolled when he was six. He was trained and augmented without incident, making friends with Amir-CA22 (currently MIA,status unknown). He proved to be a fairly average soldier in terms of skill, but he excelled in boosting the morale of his teammates. After the completion of their training, Amir and Thomas replaced two fallen members of Fireteam Prosperity, later joined by rookies Amber and Adam. They served competently through multiple operations, eventually being selected as part of the force for the Oman operation. The Fireteam’s pelican was shot down by Covenant forces. Amir, Adam, and Jane were nowhere to be found (though evidence suggests that Adam and Jane were likely killed) and Rich died while defending against Covenant forces after the crash. Tommy healed a wounded Amber and fled from the crash site.
>Notable Training Records:
Induction phase
Subject: My Spartan Group
Dr. (REDACTED), I was made aware that you asked for a report on my Spartan group. Most of them are acting exactly as expected, lots of crying. I have noticed that two of them, Amir and Thomas have already begun to converse. They dealt with the shock through companionship. I just hope to God they know they can't rely on that.
Early testing
Subject: Testing Report
Early testing has eliminated six of the original thirty-two. Most of them were are at about the level we expected. Amir proved to be extremely agile, and a crack shot at that. Thomas appears to be fairly average in most categories, but he displays remarkable intelligence and people skills. He also has a high affinity towards medical skills. It's a damn shame that he's a Spartan, he'd make a great doctor. A good politician perhaps. Either way, those are the only two that stuck out to me.
Augmentation process
Subject: Augmentation Report
I used to wonder if what we were doing to these kids was wrong. Now, I don't wonder. I know. If there's a hell, we're well on our way. Granted, we'll likely have saved the human race, but still. Of the twenty-six, twelve rejected the augmentations. 8 of those twelve died, the rest are deformed beyond use for the program. My two star pupils took to the augmentations perfectly. Amir is blindingly fast, I'm willing to bet that he'll give (REDACTED) a run for her money. Thomas has continued to show high intelligence and mediation.
Final Testing
Subject:Deployment.
The Spartans are ready, as you so kindly demanded, Admiral. We've determined that all of the remaining 14 are fit for duty. I request that you deploy Amir and Tommy into the same Fireteam (Prosperity has two open spots?) as they work wonderfully together. That, and I fear that their performance will decline should they be separated. Thomas would probably best fill the role of a medic or an advance scout. Amir is exceptionally skilled and would make a fine general infantryman.
