@Wraithblade6 Possibly. I'm not sure if I should rejoin with Victor or make another character. Dawn and Kane are out though because in comparison to the other groups and even general characters they're trash. Sooooo the Dawn HQ collapsed in on itself and killed all personnel, and Kane froze to death in bird form because he got cold. That's the canon. xp

Well, the important discoveries will be done by HQ. There's not much vampire activity in the daytime usually, due to illusionary veil drawn. Plus Solider is known to be in the area on the underground channels, so the vampires are on alert. That being said, you guys will receive a tip from HQ to check out the nightclub...

This is by far not by best writing and I am so not proud of his backstory at all. It's not very detailed, and the sentence fluency and general writing quality is pretty subpar. On the other hand, while I'm no Shakespeare, I'll prove through the actual RP that I know what I'm doing with this stuff.

Name: Asher Aeronwen
Age: Ancient
Species: Vampire
Goals/Faction: Asher remains incredibly vague as to what his true motives are, but he seems civil enough with SOLDIER.
Backstory: The only thing Asher knows of his past is his heavy Welsh ties, where he spent much of his life. Asher has grown in power and skill through centuries of killing other powerful vampires. During the Nightwars, he fought against Magnus but not, per se, with the humans. He has selfishly guarded his unique bloodline for himself.
Powers/Skills: Asher is incredibly strong at night, and nears unfathomable levels of power during solar eclipses. He is about as strong as a somewhat above average vampire in broad daylight. He also boasts a resistance to holy items, and the story of how this resistance came to be is not a pretty one. Away from the supernatural stuff is his superb swordsmanship and skill with handguns.
Equipment/Weapons: A simple black but deadly hand a half sword, a colt .45 shooting silver bullets, and a silver cross hidden under his clothing.

Hi, um, this application as it stands has no shot of Approval. It needs to be fleshed out quite a bit to explain how your vampire fits into the story. We can't have ancient vampires going around willy-nilly and having their stories explained within in the story without a point of reference as to how they got there in the first place. That being said, do give us some form of backstory other than a black mystery box. If you wish to develop it, over time, this is fine, however an ancient vampire would be known by other old bloods therefore we actually DO need this. So please designated an age, a bloodline (if not create one) and a relatively logical backstory while integrating yourself into this world.

Please be aware there is already a Welsh vampire in England, and this may be a conflict of interest for me, however if you read over my Character, you will find stark similarities to your current concept. Which is fine, although do note the backstory of my character for integrative purposes. Since more than likely, if your character is Welsh and is operating in Wales, why has Bedivere allowed you to do so? A reasonable explanation for this would be much appreciated.

That being said, your character powers are far superior to anyone else's thus far. Namely because you have failed to include any form of weakness per say, leaving the character unbalanced. See my character also has vast powers in utter darkness, however during the day he becomes weakened to that of a normal human, furthermore he requires rest to maintain his powers, leaving him inactive during the hours of daylight mostly. There is also the hitch about silver being able to harm him significantly, Thereof I would like to see some attempts at balancing your character and/or your bloodline (unless you wish to enroll into the Pale Lady's bloodline, thus producing a reasonable explanation of why we have 2 rather similar characters running around).

All in all, I need to see more of the character you have in mind other than a "mysterious powerful old blood that no one knows about but is super powerful and for some reason hasn't attempted to take over the world yet." Since most of the truly powerful old bloods are actually very active due to the shadow cold war they are engaged in. That is to say that they know of each other, and their abilities, hence if someone tries to make a move, they will get pulled into a war with the rest of the old bloods who all have gigantic egos to match their unbelievable amount of power.

@The Grey Dust I kinda just took Victor's app and changed a few things about it, but I understand. My mind was fried last night and I just kinda wanted to post something up. I'll fix it.

EDIT: My main fear of having a super detailed backstory was that I didn't want to seem pretentious and make other characters have done things in their past not stated just so mine can fit in.

@BurningCold Just real quick before I leave for work. Do come up with a backstory, and if you have a powerful oldblood, do come up with a turning story and reasons for where he is and what he did. I also want to know What his opinions are of other vampires, Soldier, and humans. ie. what are his goals. Why didn't he make any vampires after him? Did he never get lonely?
