I'm trying my best to limit the 40k-ness in this RP although I will admit the GHU is a lot like the Imperium of Man with its background and stuff although that's about it for its direct comparisons. I don't plan for the RP itself to be nearly as grimdark and edgy as 40k and instead going for more "lighthearted" approached relatively speaking. Fantasy world is going to be more of mishmash of a bunch of different things.

As for the Inquisition, don't worry about them for now, they'll become prevalent later.

Stupid question. Do each world have their own way of speaking. I know they speak one languge but like accents and slang and stuff or even a local languge and the standard. Not sure why but this was bugging me so I had to ask.

They do but the way I thought of it is that they simple sound different in voice but not on paper, you could probably guess what some of these accents would be like purely by their names/appearances of their respective homeworld. There's no slang and stuff since I didn't want to add that into an already info heavy word dump.

As for Deaus, same story its just that the gods of the Arcanum gave them all language so they effectively speak the same language universally but with their own twists and accents and stuff.

Srsly tho, I won't let you play a direct expy of Sanguinius (namely since I only have a loose concept of who he is). If you want you can try for some holy knight or the kind lord of some small time holding within the empire as a minor vassal, if you manage to impress me enough you might be able to be an Incarnate although that would require a lot more coordination with me and time invested into the RP as a whole.

I had a feeling. This honestly reads a lot like someone who just discovered what 40k was last week.

I'll give you a little loredump.

Sanguinius grew up on Baal, an irradiated wasteland. Due to his exposure to the warp, he mutated a pair of functional angelic wings. He brought the desparate tribes known as the People of the Blood to a peak of civilization, and lived as a god among them. When the Emperor arrived on Baal, Sanguinius swore loyalty immediately, and worked hard to become one of his favored sons to make up for his mutated form. Other Primarchs were said to have elements of the Emperor's strength and personality, but Sanguinius had the best blend of all of his qualities. However, he and his Legion harbored the dark secret of the Red Thirst, which turned them into bloodthirsty berserkers in battle. When the Heresy erupted, Sanguinius was tempted by Khorne to pledge himself to chaos to cure his sons of their curse. Sanguinius stayed loyal, though, up to fighting Horus personally in the final battle, where he was struck down by his former best friend.

Tl;dr: pure, perfect angel that was also a literal vampire, and turns into Doomguy in battle. Died for your sins.

I basically want to play a fusion of angel and vampire as a glorious golden warrior. Noble, but savage and harbors a dark secret. I could do an Incarnate if you're willing.

@Dead CruiserI didn't know Sanguinius that well since I honestly never gave that much of a shit about Space Marines or the Primarchs or the Horus Heresy. I looked into more of the Astra Miliwhatnow and the Orcs.

One idea could be a kindhearted knight whose secretly a vampire or something like that. Again as I've said, playing an Incarnate would require an exceptionally well written CS and a good deal of time commitment of which I remember you saying you were tight on.

Personality

Like every Khorenheim person Markus is very strict and like every other Khorenheim he wears the uniform with honor and pride. He takes his duty very seriously even above his "average Khorenheim" and he views Khorenheim standards as the only standard that matters. "You succeed of you die." To Markus that is the only standard worth anything. To question orders is question the Primarch himself, the only result is to be shot like a dog in the street. when it comes to religion and duty it is very black and white, and many that he served with both feared and respected that part about him. having said this, Markus is a very good person. There are many who would vouche for bravery and self sacrifice in combat, He will fulfill orders, but he will do his best to bring as many of his men back alive. by Khorenheim standards he is soft willed, since he refuses to abandon or to waste the lives of his brothers and sisters in arms like many of his commander. Not to say his commanders were heartless, but they had very ridged ways of thinking. For many who look at his record they would see an excellent soldier with a soft spot and for the most part you would be right.
Most people from other worlds tend to believe people of Khorenheim as strict almost machine like in their every day lives. This is especially the case with Markus as he believes himself to be a born soldier, Due to his family status on his home world he was pushed to extremes to be of future service to the union. This has caused him to develop mildly sociopathic tendencies, even among a people that created emotionless soldiers who would gladly die in service to humanity if it meant the betterment of humanity he was a loner. He doesn't want to be a loner, but because of his upbringing he is unable understand the problems of his own people let alone issues that bother off worlders. The only people he was close to growing up was his older brother, and his high school training squad. To most off worlders at best he could be considered awkward and at worst weird and creepy. He does how ever have some good social points, as he is fascinated by animals often times spending his time with the kennels of the few military dogs are kept on his previous post. Lastly in battle he is a great leader, as he is not as narrow minded as most of his people.

History

Markus was born the third of six children of the Jager family. On Khorenheim the Jager family is well known as one of the loyalist most traditionalist families on the planet. During the war The Jager family served with distinction as they fought the Novogorod during the occupation. Having to live up to his great grandfather's example during the war, Markus was pushed ruthlessly to be the best soldier he could become. Alongside his mandatory military training, Markus was forced to follow a training regime created by his father.
