Goldibanne's ended up as the only active OC now that Lmpkio's basically gone. (hopefully not but an unintegrated character is a bit difficult to get past by, lest it's retconned...)

Keep Yourself Alive - Guilty Gear Sol's Theme Song

Name: Frederick
Age: Possibly over 100 years old if you go by his history, but appears to be in his late 20s to early 30s.
Gender: Male

Appearance: Sol is left-handed with brown spiky hair and with eyes that vary from reddish-brown or golden eyes with slit pupils (latter gives away his true nature as a Gear). He wears a red and black sleeveless jacket with a black undershirt with a cross going down his abdomen. His red headband bears the words “Rock You,” a reference to the Queen song, “We Will Rock You,” while his belt buckle has the word “Free,” another reference to Queen’s song, “I Want to Break Free.” His description further is of a six-foot, 163 lbs male, with fingerless gloves, red shoes, white pants, and a drape of cloth hanging down beneath his buckle and a multitude of belts.

World of Origin: Sol resides on an alternate future earth in the fighting series known as “Guilty Gear.” The first game of the series took place in 2180, in a bleak future in which its present time has just recovered from a 100-year-war against man-made bio-organic weapons called “Gears.” A Gear named Testament began a plan to resurrect Justice, the Commander Gear who has the power to control the Gears, and wipe out the human race. Fearing this, the United Nations began a fighting tournament in order to find fighters who would be able to defeat Testament and the coming revival of Justice, giving the winner the prize of being able to acquire anything they desire. As the combatants fight through the stages of the tournament, they begin to find out the true meaning of the tournament. After defeating Testament in the second to last stage of the tournament, the character aided Justice’s revival by being the sacrifice. After defeating the threat of Justice, order is restored with an uneasy peace. Well, that’s how it went for the first game. There are 21 games of history following that but you get the premise.

Personality: Sol can come off as rough. He isn’t friendly and tends to only speak to others when absolutely necessary. He can be rude and impatient towards others who wish to interact with him, whether they be friend or foe. If he’s in pursuit of a goal, don’t get in his way. It’s nearly impossible to change his mind. Despite this jagged and unrefined personality, he prefers to portray his true feelings in actions rather than words. He mocks those who speak of justice and yet he has taken actions in the past to obliterate threats to the world and peace. His actions demonstrate that he is rather compassionate in contrast to his antisocial persona. He has taken many fighters under his wing, and may even have deeper emotional depths than what he would normally display to people. When he isn’t on duty, he loves to just relax and listen to Queen.

History: Sol’s exact history is unknown, but what is known is that his real name is “Frederick” (few know him by this name). He was a scientist who majored in Magic Particle Physics and was previously working on a project known as Saint Oratorio before he joined the core team of the Gear Project. He was not only one of the lead scientists of the Gear Project, but was also the Prototype Gear from over a hundred years before the events of the Guilty Gear games. As a prototype, he is immune to manipulation. He cannot be controlled against his will by unnatural means. He has since been in pursuit of man known as “That Man.” That Man was the scientist who spearheaded the Gear Project, working with Frederick and his lover Aria. He is also the man who Sol believes was what led to Aria’s death and reincarnation into the crazed Gear known as Justice.

In retaliation against The Original Creator of the Gears, Sol as Frederick destroyed several Gear manufacturing facilities, which would give him the name “Badguy” as authorities could not properly identify him. He created the “Outrage,” which he called a supreme anti-gear weapon. It is not one but eight components called “shinki” (Sacred Treasures), which amplify their wielder’s magical abilities. The reason why the weapon was split was because it could not be controlled as a whole. The power of the weapon was limitless and could destroy the world without regulation. Only four Outrage weapons are known to be active and Sol possesses his trademark one that he wields in his left hand with a reverse grip, “Fuuenken” (Fireseal).

Abilities: Being THE Prototype Gear, Sol is immune to manipulation by unnatural means. He possesses longevity, having lived for several hundreds of years. He possesses degrees of regeneration as well as in some cases, invulnerability. While he isn’t a practitioner of any known martial arts, his own style makes him second to none. He is proficient in sword combat and doesn’t favor any particular type of blade, no matter the size. No matter how wild, hard and brawler his style may get, it can be assumed that the fighter never truly goes all out due to his laziness preventing him from mastering an actual martial art.

The Fuuenken allows him to generate high-power flames, which he can use to augment both his physical and sword attacks. He often fashions this fire into ground-bound projectiles. With the upgrade to Junkyard Dog MK III, he can use ammunition.

When Sol becomes serious or desperate, he may rely on his own latent Gear powers to give him an extraordinary boost in power. His body will flash a silhouette as if he is trying to contain something. His true transformation into that of a Gear.

Overdrive - Sol's battlelust can lead him to performing a colossal attack also known as an "Instant Kill" in the Guilty Gear series. Although it is designated as such, what determines whether the opponent will perish or not is that character's own resilience and the plot. Overall, you do not want to be around Sol when he is pushed to these limits.
__Branding Breach
__Napalm Death
__All Guns Blazing

Other: Headband: His headband is actually a gear-suppressor device which prevents him from giving into his Gear nature and losing his rationality at the cost of also suppressing his true power. It also conceals the red brand on his forehead, the telltale mark that would expose him as a Gear. If the headband was to ever be removed, he will transform into a dragon-like creature with his blade engulfed in infernal flames shaped into a sword. This form has allowed him to go toe-to-toe with the supreme entity and anomaly known as That Man.

@Holy Soldier: Well, let's check this out, shall we?
First: Characters are not aware of the existence of a Multiverse unless it has been explicitly stated within their own canons, and even then they are limited to what exists already UNLESS they're being pulled from an alternate continuity where that already exists.
Next: Feels like something's missing for 'Overdrive' there. Needs more explanation.

And, uh... Well, I'm not seeing many more problems after those.

I will delete the multiverse paragraph. I had wrote that to explain what he would have been doing, but I guess he is pulled into the Multiverse by a someone?

I'll look up more information about that Overdrive. I'm basically just regurgitating canon information and paraphrasing it.

Here is a example of an Overdrive. It's basically a Limit Break. Since the game makes them an instant kill, and I don't plan for them to have that same affect in the RP, I said in its explanation that the overall damage that an Overdrive does to an enemy will be dependent on that enemy's resistance to the attack, and basically the plot. Like, if we talked about how a battle will end beforehand. The explanation I found for the Overdrive was basically what I already had written so I was just coming up with a different way to explain it.

There are also some humorous Overdrives such as Elphelt's. :) Found here.

Adding the Faust Overdrive because that one is hilarious too. XD Here!

Would have been amazing if that character literally was Sol Badguy...

I planned to play him as Sol Badguy, so...I don't see how he isn't? I mean...he's Sol Badguy. I understand that I'm not the actual artist/creator of him, but I am playing him as Sol Badguy lol. Frederick is Sol's real name.

I'm going to add that Overdrive link video to the profile to explain them in case people need a visual reference.

Yeah I read that, but then people were all over the place, so I didn't know if the "start" for new characters would change or would we just play as though that scene has already happened.

You could start it off after entering one of the three worlds... Since there's not a lot to interact with on the hub world aside from the main lady and a bunch of in-actives...

EDIT:
Or you could possibly be the first to actually take advantage of a thing PKMN mentioned... And that is that the Hub World can have stuff other than being a Cathedral...

Went through that... In the end the story progression so far means it isn't that far fetched that you'd just drop in... Kekai Sensen team's pretty much not moved from where they started... Blazblue team's just finishing up a fight that's like a block away from dropoff point...

Resident Evil's the odd one out in that the initial team's definitely moved a significant distance away from the portal drop off point...

As far as how much time's past... that BB fight couldn't have lasted more than a few minutes...

Name: Mithias
Age: 700
Appearance: Yellow eyes, nearly white skin, long back hair.

World of Origin: Blood Compact/Hell's Coffee Lounge

Personality:

Distantly loving and peaceful. Lonely. Highly values 'family.' Loyal to a fault. Clings to morality but certainly walks the line. He has to drink blood and this of course causes moral conflict. He is protective of those who cannot defend themselves, particularly humans who usually get the short end of the deal with vampires. Although he is actually very pretty to look at, he knows he doesn't look human and more often terrifies mortals.

History:

Mithias was oblivious in his own world, fighting the eternal war between vampires and humans with the goal of establishing and maintaining balance between them. Some might say he was merely perpetuating the war itself and delaying the true peace that would come from one side gaining final victory. He had been at rest in his father's house when he awoke to find himself in a completely different environment with Lydia. he knew he had enemies on both sides but he never suspected...

Long ago he had been a Templar Knight, one of the last, and watched as all of humanity seemed to revolt against itself as the Inquisition hit. He owes the one that turned him, the one who in essence freed him from such mortal concerns and allowed him to save his former wife and child. Mithias has ever since been vigilant against corruption whenever an organization grows too big and powerful. He rejects blind faith. He entertained himself with protecting his descendants from the shadows for many generations, and since has become considerate of all humans, retaining a sense of kinship with them.

Eventually humans developed sufficient technology to potentially destroy the masquerade and threaten vampires directly and war broke out. One insane oldblood vampire named Magnus rose up to unite the vampires and take over, but he failed. Mithias had joined the resistance and had a hand in creating the "Soldier" organization which maintained the peace post-war. But the battle never truly ends.

Vampires:

Each bloodline has unique attributes. Mithias is harmed by Christian/Jewish holy things, but that's not always true with other vampires. He's ok with silver and can endure sun, but the light does dampen his senses and slow him down. He can heal rapidly and recover from injuries that would be lethal to a living creature. He doesn't technically need to breathe to survive, but he would probably pass out without oxygen eventually. Blood fuels his strength, power, healing, speed, enhanced senses. If you pierce his heart, he'll "die" but he might heal back and rise up again once you remove the object from his heart. You'd have to also chop off his head and/or burn his body to prevent that.

Abilities:

Mithias' mainstay defining ability is his complete control of his own mind. He cannot be spoken to telepathically, affected by illusions, mentally controlled, emotionally manipulated, or have his mind read in any way by any supernatural being. His mind is stealthed on the psyonic radar, a black void. In shielding himself this way, he has also negated his own ability to telepathically read others.

Mithias has some limited psychic control over heat. Think firestarter, pyrokinesis, but he can also remove heat from a substance. This power requires willpower and focus, and the amount he can do with it depends on how much focus and intent he can muster. He is easily capable of putting out a candle from across the room. He could potentially walk through a burning building without being burned, depending on how much of an inferno it is in there. He could suddenly redirect a flame thrower's fire to save his or another's life, melt a computer's motherboard, light his swords on fire to fight, generate light with a flame in his palm, ignite something flammable nearby, keep a person warm in a cold environment. He's not going to be able to stop an explosion, because it occurs too fast, but maybe he could shield off some of the heat from it if he's that close. Mithias could potentially be capable of creating a fireball or wings made of flame if he's extremely motivated and has fed recently enough.

Other: Mithias is fast and strong, but not as strong as a lot of other vampires. His bloodline is big on mental abilities and less physical. That being said, he has mastered dual-wielding swords and can fight using technique and speed mostly.
