I have an Android phone yes.
@Sionnie I suggest downloading an App called Fifth Edition Character Sheet so that you are able to create a character with ease.

All right.. What is a Tiefling?
<Snipped quote by Sionnie>
Tiefling is a humanoid class of partly-demonic origin. They have a bonus attribute to charisma which is +2. This is what they look like:
@Sionnie Their appearance is entirely up to you. That is the canon appearance for them and 'canon' doesn't really matter in D&D (other than their heritage, that is).
Tieflings also have an extra point of intelligence, and are more fireproof then other people, and have a few minor spells known to them. At least that's what the book says.
Anyways, I'm tired and need to sleep so I'll stop my random jumping in to say mostly pointless facts. Good night, Happy St. Patrick's if you celebrate it, happy random day of the year if you don't I sleep now.

Tieflings in the Fifth Edition are fire resistant. They take half damage from Fire-based attacks.
@Sionnie All of the said features of a Tiefling is inherited as part of their race. Being a rogue means you still get all of those benefits.

sry i just edited my previous comment.. here is what i asked: what would be the best stats to build a rogue based on crippling, blinding, bleeding, and stunning the mobs..
(I was hoping i could get to it before you replied. i try to reply really fast.)

The primary stats of a rogue are DEX and CHA. Although I'd say never neglect CON as that determines how much HP you have. Status effects like you mentioned are all dependent on what abilities you have at your disposal (in otherwords, you may not be able to do it in combat).
