@lovely complex I celebrate it in the sense that my partner and I buy some jelly beans and chocolate and have a nice dinner at the end of the day. It's like a mini Thanksgiving except we don't have to pick a family and listen to stories we've heard.

It's just one of those days where it's better to be away from ppl. I live miles away from my family so I don't need to get dragged to some party.

After Vicious gets his post up, I'd like things to wrap up so we can time skip to the more important time! Your characters don't have to agree or disagree, just end your next post where it seems like a complete scene (preferably be open minded because ideally, I'd like everyone to be at the get-together). They have a good amount of time to think about what they're going to do :P since the timeskip will fast forward to Friday in the afternoon.
