This is why I feel like I'm sitting in the other corner of the sandbox playing my own little game... While everyone has else their big colourful bright new plastic toys I'm playing with an old rusty danger ball.

I need more info, how does the alarm determine an attack? Where are they going after we beat them?

Kain wasn't originally intended to be an asshole but he can't handle how blasé everyone is about it all.
In less then 24hours an unexplainable giant attack rampaged the town then the next morning they were unexplainably targeted with attempted murder.

Annnnnnd no one is even batting an eyelid!
Kain is not accustomed to or ok with this, he is gonna find some of the weaker Meta's and try to make a smaller team within the organisation.

Like I said, just feel like I missed something in the intro...

She's been trained as a good soldier since before her first training bra. She doesn't like it and views herself as a press ganged member of the military but also sees the futility of complaint; very British don't you know.

Doctor Evergreen sees things more clearly because she's not a combatant. She thinks of people as all being caught in a petty cycle of their own creation and hopes they out grow it one day, till then and after then as a Doctor she'll repair the injuries brought before her whether caused by circumstances or conflict

Well I actually did state in a post that the HQ had a built in alarm but I didn't explain how it works. The R&D department is miles ahead of everyone else and it has built a sensor system that tells them when there is any kind of meta/superpowered being on the premises or in the air for a certain distance.

I also posted that Wicked's team at the agency was unsure if the attack on the city was part of the gates of hell being reopened or if it was the Enchantress. The attack by the Masters of Evil pretty much cements that it was done by her.

You shouldn't feel left out. I did post these things I'm guessing that you didn't read all of them. Whenever you are missing something just ask me. I have no problem catching you up. I try not to info dump everything all at once. I do put the info in my posts though. No one should be reading only posts with their name. Everyone should be reading all of the posts. You will miss alot if you don't, especially if you miss mine.

As far as Kain being ass asshole, if you don't want him to come across as one stop writing him that way. Kain is either part of the team or he isn't. You can't just create a new team. I did say he has to be part of the team and live in the HQ. That was in the first post I made in the OOC rules and there are no exceptions to that rule.

Jesse is a good soldier; well for the most part. She is as I've heard it said "Damaged Goods" and that's why she acts up from time to time. (She had a strange childhood)

But complain or resist she'll still be there when the call goes out. She is trying to make sense of her life like every other girl her age and like many still not quite there yet.

Kain is gonna try gather the biggest power hungry misfits from this misfit group and work them into a singular troublesome unit that plays nice enough to keep access to the facility but meanwhile seeks their own agenda.

His agenda is to ruthlessly prepare for the worst case scenarios meaning his group needs to reach their maximum efficiency and full potential and he will be merciless in this pursuit. He doesn't believe that is currently happening.

Power in numbers, Kain is currently only one and a weak one at that.
I think I'll target the bone/blade shifter first.
