Name: Keath Ross

Age: Fifteen

Grade: Freshman

Social Class: The Elite

Social Class Explanation: Born of talented and rich performing artists, Kaetherine Marie Rossen (also popularly known as Keath Ross) was considered the luckiest child. After she was born, her mother, afraid of ruining her figure, didn’t bear any more children. She and her husband, besides work, gave their only child all the attention and galore she needed and more.

She had her debut since she was a babe, appearing in big movies because of the popularity of her parents. When she was twelve, she started modeling for Children’s Wear. At the peak of her career, her talent for singing and composing was discovered. Since then, she had focused on her singing career and abandoned acting and modeling.

Personality: Like all other artists, she was moody. However, this certain attitude doesn’t show above her quiet nature and expressionless face. She is friendly, yes, but doesn’t like entertaining other people much. Sometimes, she even tends to forget the names of people who don’t qualify to be her friends.

History: She should be proud. In fact, she should be grateful for everything fate has given her. But that’s just it. She can’t be proud or grateful. As she grew older, she grew envious of other children. They were free---they could play all they want, dress whatever they wish, and do whatever they want with their lives. She never wanted to be famous, or to be rich. Her parents, though attentive of her needs, were too busy with their work. Singing was just a way of escape from the life she has been living up to now.

On her singing debut, her parents failed to be there for her during her concert. A few sensitive people even noticed the dark mood that has been enveloping her since the start of the program. After three years of lack of emotional support from her parents, she broke down. Without her usual stamina and inspiration, she failed to compose anymore. She was devastated. She decided to switch schools. Here, in Caelbury, she will live a new chapter of her life; a more independent life---a life without her parents.

Extracurricular Activities: She independently studies new dance moves in the Dance Studio, swims in the school’s swimming pool at dawn, and regularly exercises her voice in her dorm room where she keeps a piano.

Miscellaneous: She doesn’t bother making friends, and is usually seen sitting on a chair staring a nothing, reading a book, or humming to herself while walking aimlessly in the hallways.
Name: Keath Ross

Age: Seventeen

Race: Human

Gender: Female

Powers: Time-travelling

Weakness: If she stays in a certain time, say, the past, for too long, her memories of the future would be erased, and she’ll re-live the past again. She has trouble remembering dates and names of people who aren’t that close to her.

Background: Orphaned two years ago, an uncle from her mother’s side took her in. He had two others sons, who hated her, because their father preferred her to them. It was cruel, really. Keath’s uncle would give her everything she wanted because she was special, while his biological sons would be given nothing. Despite being in a very wealthy family, they were forced to work around the house for their daily allowance. Because of this, Keath was often bullied. Every day she overlooked the torment they gave her, but every day, it only got worse. One time, when they were out on the beach for a family outing in which Keath got all the attention from her uncle, one of her cousins tried to drown her as they were swimming out in the deep waters. She was an excellent swimmer then, and fought her adversary with all her might. Everything happened so fast after that. She thought of her parents’ burial, the crowd waiting in line to pay their condolences, the relatives who came to console her. She thought of her father’s best friend, a rich businessman, who offered to look after her. He had been kind to her and her parents before the accident. When he was still an apprentice, he’d go to their house, bringing cakes and cookies, and talk all day with her father about work.

She blinked. And here she was, back at the funeral with her father’s friend’s concerned face in front of her. He asked what was wrong. She told him it was nothing and immediately accepted his offer to take her in his care. She had twisted the puzzled pieces of her future---of everyone’s future.

That was the first time she had found out about her powers. Her parents, even her uncle, knew about it all along. Although she trusted her father’s friend, Mister Horacio Ross, she could never find it in her heart to burden him with the knowledge of something that was supposed to be impossible. Then, one day, as she was busy sorting out the mail, she found one letter addressed to her. She never had friends in any part of the world and, as far as she knew, her relatives never wrote to her all.

She decided to take it up to her room and, once she got ahold of the letter opener, unfolded it. She read and reread it several times before the words made any sense. She was accepted. She was going to attend the Magical Academy for special people like her.

Personality: She never shows her true emotions to anyone, not even her sister. She ignored the people who could possibly be her friend and despises people who pity her. She doesn’t talk much, but randomly gives good advices or answers when the situation would call for it.

Classes: She takes Runes and Runecasting, Blood Magic, Advanced Spells, Advanced Physics, and Math. During her spare time, she usually paints. She is interested in joining a band.

@0AngeldeviL0 Alright. So, first I'll address you're schedule issue. The way the RP flows, I don't know if once a week will cut it. If it slows down, maybe. But so far, we're getting a few posts a day from everyone. ( I want to say about 5 or so a day.) And you'd be left in the dust in the OOC. If you could make a post once a day, I'd say it would be reasonable to an extent but not that great. With the pace of this RP, you need to be able to get on everyday for about an hour or so just to catch up, much less make a post. If you still want to RP with us and are willing to try, I'll look over your CS and give you a few pointers then. :)

I'm on my summer vacation right now so I think I can post everyday. But, after two months of this, I could only go online once a week. I could freely post as much as I want then, but I doubt if you'd be online about the same time I'd be because of the time difference. If so, I'll post LONG monologues, since I would probably be a loner by then. But I hope you would understand my case because next school year, I'm working hard to be a class and student body president and honors student in my school, so... BUSY, BUSY, BUSY. But I really, really, really want to write during my free time. You could just pretend I'm "travelling through time" in the game so I could "find out what my real purpose in life is" or something like that. And if you're worried in case I may not be able to catch up in the IC, I can because I read fast (I'm not being smug about it because the effects of being able to read fast is boredom). And for the OOC, I guess I can catch up because I can't relate to most of the new messages anyway.
Anyway, I'd be glad if you'd accept me as one of your roleplayers. but I'll understand it if you don't want to because of the complication of my situation. Thanks :)

Damn I knew I should have forsaken sleep xD Loads more happens at night on here! @0AngeldeviL0 I believe you have to wait for the GM to approve your CS before you can post IC

Mkay. When do think she's going online?

Wait, super confused, if I don't post HTML, then how do you post images?

Insert the link between the [-img] and [-/img], but without the minus signs.
Do I have to get a confirmation from the GM before I could play the game? I've already posted my Character Profile. :)

Name: Keath Ross

Age: Appears and claims to be 16 (The reason is complicated and will be explained in her background)

Gender: Female

Species/Race: Human

Powers: Time-travelling. She closes her eyes and imagines a specific event in HER past (she can only travel through the time of her own experience), and---POOF!---she's there. Sometimes she does this subconsciously, so she looses track of the time, which causes her to re-live her past. This is how she keeps on living.

Weaknesses: If she stays in the past for too long, her memories of the present would be erased, and she’ll re-live the past again. She has trouble remembering dates and names of people who aren’t that close to her.

Personality: She never shows her true emotions to anyone, not even her sister. She ignored the people who could possibly be her friend and despises people who pity her. She doesn’t talk much, but randomly gives good advices or answers when the situation would call for it.

Background: Orphaned two years ago, an uncle from her mother’s side took her in. He had two others sons, who hated her, because their father preferred her to them. It was cruel, really. She decided to take it up to her room and, once she got ahold of the letter opener, unfolded it. She read and reread it several times before the words made any sense. She was accepted. She was going to attend Athalia Academy for special people like her.

Study: Keath likes to be involved in classes that interest her and not bore her, so she is usually caught skipping classes. She surrounds herself with books, what with being afraid of sports. She plans to be in the one of the seats of the Student Body Government, specifically the Vice President’s.

Uhm, I don't ALWAYS go online. On summer vacation, I go online alternately, or sometimes even twice a week. On school days, I go online once a week, because of certain academic reasons. Is my schedule reasonable and excusable enough so you won't "accidentally" erase my character?
I dunno. It depends, I guess, if the plot interests me or not.

Ohayou (It's still morning where I am from), minna-san~!
It's been AGES since I've been on this site. A while ago, I was trying to log into my old account and failed countless times. Then, belatedly, I found out about the "data loss" something or other. Anyway, I am excited to get started on a story, and I want it to be with ONE other player only. But I am out of ideas at the moment. So, I'd welcome anyone who is interested to be my partner for a Casual or Advanced 1x1 Roleplay. It'd also be a great help if you brought an idea with you.
Arigatou Gozaimasu~! =^,^=

#BTW ~ Are there no BBCodes anymore? You know, those [font] and [hider] stuff.
