Biography:

When Sonic, while in his super state, was caught in the Chaos Energy Cannon by Dr. Eggman, he had the Chaos Emeralds stripped from him, which renders him weaker as most of his energy was completely absorbed into the cannon. Eggman then reversed the polarity of the Emeralds and used a negative Chaos Emerald energy blast with the Chaos Energy Cannon to awaken Dark Gaia by splitting the earth apart. However, due to his proximity to the Chaos Emerald as the dark energy was expelled, a part of Dark Gaia's energy infected Sonic.[9] This caused him to transform into a feral Werehog for the first time. Shortly after his transformation, Sonic was rejected from the Chaos Energy Cannon's space station and plummeted down to earth with the powerless Chaos Emeralds. Along the way, Sonic's fall was temporarily broken by a mysterious power, although he still fell head-first into Windmill Isle. There, he found an unconscious Chip, who made Sonic aware of his new form. Regardless, once Sonic learned that Chip suffered from amnesia and could not recall who he was, Sonic agreed to help him regain his memories. Soon after, the sun came up, and Sonic returned to normal. However, Sonic eventually assumed his Werehog form again during the following nightfall, making him understand the nature of his transformation. He also discovered his form's ability to stretch his arms when he grabbed an ice cream cone that Chip dropped. Sonic the Werehog soon after saved Tails from some of Dark Gaia's Minions, before heading to Spagonia to find Professor Pickle. Tracking the professor to Eggman's base near Mazuri, Sonic the Werehog, Tails, and Chip broke Pickle out of Eggman's captivity and returned to Spagonia where Pickle presented them with a plan of action to repair the planet and stop Dark Gaia with: find the Gaia Temples and insert the Chaos Emeralds into them, which would heal both the Chaos Emeralds and the planet. At the same time, Sonic sought a cure for his Werehog condition. After globetrotting for a while, Sonic the Werehog and Chip returned to Spagonia, only to be found by Amy. However, Amy did not recognize Sonic as a Werehog and thus left them. Seeing Amy not recognize him (which was not made better by Chip's commentary), made Sonic feel down about his condition. Regardless, Sonic pressed on and eventually helped Amy when she got entangled with people possessed by Dark Gaia. After exorcising the people, Sonic could not face Amy and left before she could talk to him. However, he eventually came clean to her.
Continuing their adventure, Sonic the Werehog and Chip eventually found Chun-nan's Gaia Temple. There, they saved Zonshen, and Sonic defeated the Dark Gaia-possessed Dark Gaia Phoenix. Afterward, the duo restored their second Chaos Emerald and second continent, before saying goodbye to the restored phoenix. Later, upon finding the fourth Gaia Temple near Holoska, Sonic the Werehog defeated Dark Moray and restored the fourth Chaos Emerald and its associated continent with Chip's aid. Afterward, Sonic the Werehog and Chip went to Shamar, where Sonic the Werehog defeated Dark Guardian. In the aftermath, he and Chip restored the fifth Chaos Emerald and the fifth continent. When Chip later regained his memories and told Sonic that he was Light Gaia, Sonic turned into Sonic the Werehog again as nighttime arrived. He believed that it was Chip's influence that kept him from going bonkers like other people possessed by Dark Gaia, but Chip revealed that it was Sonic's own will that kept him pure, even with his Werehog condition. Afterward, Sonic promised Chip to help him finish the job of sealing Dark Gaia up once more. After restoring the final Chaos Emerald in Eggmanland's Gaia Temple, however, Sonic the Werehog and Chip were attacked by Eggman and his Egg Dragoon. After a heated battle that led to the core of the planet, Sonic the Werehog defeated the Egg Dragoon. However, Dark Gaia then appeared and knocked Eggman away before targeting Sonic and Chip. Sensing that Sonic had the last fragments of its power inside him, Dark Gaia forcefully extracted it from Sonic, thereby depriving the hedgehog of his Werehog form permanently turning the latter back to normal, until the rift appeared...

Sonic is said to be "like the wind", a drifter that is always on the move and is noted for being free-spirited and with an endless appetite for adventure,[10] whose motto is "Run daily whenever in the mood". Going wherever the flow takes him,[56] Sonic values freedom above all else and strives to live his life according to his own rules and whims rather than the standards of those around him or for the sake of heroism and duty, never thinking twice about what other people say or think. Because of this, he does not see himself as a "hero". Owning to his love of freedom, he is also a very independent guy who is willing to live and die by his own rules.

Nearly all life from all worlds have been sealed off and snuffed out. However, in a twist of fate, its power weakened and split just as our world was about to be sealed off. As the sky was split open with a void-like rift, as bits and pieces of those worlds’ inhabitants started pouring out in small discs that were seemingly unbreakable. Some say that you can hear voices from those discs. Armbands with what looks to be small disc players were commonly found along with these discs, bearing the ability to draw power from them and make it their own. These were called Drives, and those who use them were called Drivers.

From the ability to utilize their skills and powers, to becoming one with the beings within the discs--the armbands’ power were potentially limitless. So much so, that it gave rise to the Scratch. Rising mere years after the rift first opened, this rag tag group of mischiefs sported discs so powerful that using them would usually cause their own minds to be overtaken by the disc’s persona completely--this phenomenon is what they call Ego Break. However, as the world government formed a group of defenders known as Vinyl and captured some of the Scratch, they learned that their Drives allowed them to be immune from Ego Break completely, having received theirs from the Scratch’s supposed supplier--The DJ and his Twilight Collection, whom the world has not heard of, even after the Rift Opened.

To add to the growing tension between the two powered groups from the last 50 years, a new kind of Disc is starting to fall from the rift, which transforms into Monsters after some time, or when played on a Drive--this new type of Disc were now being sought after by The Vinyl and The Scratch alike, naming them the ReRuns. The ReRuns are monsters born from a Disc that represents an entire fictional world and/or universe--meaning that they hold incredible power that might rival even the Twilight Collection. When these monsters finally form, they bring a portion of the universe they represent with them--for example, Vale from a RWBY ReRun or Crystal Cove from a Scooby Doo ReRun.

You are one of the Drivers that will be recruited by The Vinyl. Will you join the fight for peace and order, or will you let the world be engulfed in chaos? The choice is yours.
