Alrighty then, I wish you well in your endeavors.
Havin some serious writers block..

Doing a collab with @Shikaru sounds like a pretty solid way to introduce your new character.

And speaking of which, when the comes, @Animus, are we simply going to do a collab post for the Isen'roy/Adrian action?
Just to make sure, @Torack, are you still alive?

And while I'm at it, do you still have any interest in joiningthis @LowKey123?
It dawned on Adrian that there was a rather large case of miscommunication at play. All he had meant was that he was comparable to either Ward or Coy on an individual basis, but certainly not both combined. But his scowl only deepened when he saw that Isen'roy was far past listening to explanations. This man is going to be impossible to work with if this continues.

With a shrug of his shoulders, Adrian relented. "Very well," he replied, with a voice that echoed his exhaustion at the entire situation. With a swift motion he set down Whisper's case and unlocked it. The golden monstrosity within was one of the most powerful manmade bows the Water Kingdom could offer and boasted one of the most ridiculous designs in history. To be completely honest, Adrian was almost embarrassed to be seen with it.

"I don't have any practice arrows with me," he warned Isen'roy, although he was sure such a thing would do little to deter him.
Hmmmm, to gender-swap Leon or not to gender-swap Leon. That is the question.

That's why I almost always write my posts in Word ._.

Definitely, but since the WiFi is super limitted where I am, I have been finding myself using the notepad app on my phone more and more. So if any spelling mistakes slip past me, that's almost defintely why :|
Aaaaand I lost all my progress...fml

That has to be one of the absolute worst of feels.
"Obedient dog." Adrian's expression was completely unfazed by the backhanded comment, but the words echoed in his head longer than he wished. It wasn't the first time he had been called such, but such a thing had long lost its teeth against him. But it was the testosterone filled challenge that caused him to pinch his brow, eyes closed, in exasperation.

"I seem to have offended you," he said, not sounding the least bit apologetic. "I assure you that was not my intent and I have no wish to spar with you." Adrian opened his eyes and looked Isen'roy dead on."But if it is any consolation, the gruesome deaths awaiting us should ensure we do not have to tolerate each other for too long," he remarked, his tone all too serious.
“Leader?” Adrian all but sputtered, an odd mixture of perplexed and borderline offended at such a proposition, “Hardly. I am simply one of the Water Kingdom’s few tactical minds that is actually worth a damn.” His tone had returned to its usual evenness as he continued, “Individually, I am probably of the same caliber in combat as either Ward or Coy, but my tactical sense is supposedly going to make up for being one person short.”

Adrian took a moment to consider Ashaad’s question before stating rather matter-of-factly, “You haven’t heard of me for good reason. The battles I engage in don’t make for good stories,” he said, leveling his gaze at Issen’roy, “And I don’t paint myself a hero by going out of my way to save people and puppies,” he finished, shifting his attention to Ashaad. While his words could certainly be taken as condescending, there was no hint of self-gratifying superiority in his voice. To Adrian, he was simply stating the truth as he saw it. "I'm a soldier first and foremost and I am here because I was ordered to, nothing more."
Adrian was indeed talking to himself, as his break had rather quickly devolved into noticing flaws in the camp's layout. His legendary scowl deepened with each one. "Having these tents piled on top of each other is just asking for trouble," he muttered, adding another item to his list. The unflattering analysis would have continued for quite some time, had he not noticed Ashaad gesturing for him to come over. The resulting grimace that etched itself on his face was a thing of wonder, as he considered just how unbearable his new teammates would be. Steeling his resolve and picking up Whisper, Adrian trudged over. At the very least, I’ll get to see if the Sand Stalker and Phoenix live up to their lofty reputations, he quietly thought to himself, already sizing the two up.

“I’m Adrian Somberwald,” he announced when he got close enough, “The Water Kingdom higher ups, in their ever brilliant wisdom, decided to send me here to take over for Ward and Coy.” His voice dripped with sarcasm at the mention of his superiors, who by and large were fools in his opinion.
