I'd like to see more info, the picture gallery of military personnel and vehicles fails to explain the concept of the faction to me and it seems that for the past couple weeks it's almost entirely what you've worked on. Sure they like war and are likely militaristic due to their origins, but I know nothing of their society like why they're a elective monarchy or how their culture has developed.

I am aware you app is a work in progress, but you need to progress your app in other areas outside of military before I can do any early acceptance.

Everything is in check; while technology has no information the culture and military sections explain well enough what their tech is like and I am aware of the .1c propulsion which for your guys is fine due to their unique circumstances.

The only area that i'd like to see filled out more is their history section, however I know the basics of it through chatzy enough. However you probably should fill out the history section so other players know that some people from their fleet deserted while they were at Eridani around 2310 or so.

As colonies began to spring up through the moons, earth began calling for resources to sustain itself. At first the Jovians were more than happy as they were just a colony of their home world, earth. As time went on an they became more and more abused, a sort of national pride kicked in and they began a bid for independence. Families of the miners of Jupiter and Saturn began leaving earth which bolstered numbers and the ships they brought seemed to bolster the Jovians resolve. The taxation of heavy metals and gasses began towards earth did not help the situation on earth. When the Solar war began, the CCZ arrived in large numbers to take over the resource rich moons and machinery that at the time, has been untouched by the war. They were somewhat well received as the Jovians felt like they had some security. The GIU would tear that security down in a heart beat as they arrived in force, causing fighting right in the Jovians living room. As the two fought it out, various colonies were occupied by marines from both sides until the third earth faction arrived. An NAU fleet arrived and for a while, they fought it out but as they began to tire, the Jovians made a move on the occupied colonies, from within. It was luck that the colonies weren't bombed from orbit as they began liberating the worlds, the fleets started receiving word of earths fall and that their war was over and a cease fire was created. The Jovians were now in the middle of a culture war as the earth forces began merging peacefully in to the colonies they once occupied militarily. At first it was harsh and people didn't trust one another but after two hundred years, the old wounds had healed as the old generations died out. There would still be some finger pointing to this day and the occasional extremist would raise their voice but one thing would always arrive to snuff it out, the Jovian military. Made up of all factions, the military grew into a juggernaut with a sole purpose of not allowing another solar war to ravage the only home these men and women have. The population count of the city you have seems a bit small; feel free to up the numbers to a couple million if you want.

And as a note, feel free to make the plants any color you like; Isotope's genetic engineering of plants has opened the door for more radical modification of plant life. Not to mention already today there's plants that glow in the dark.

Watson also stores routines in its drones, as well as in data center spaces that it rents from local governments under a shell corporation, "Watson Data Industries". Any forces Watson has are defensive in nature. These mainly consist of a few land, air, and sea drones near Tyre. There is also a micro-satellite parked in geostationary orbit above Tyre. In the bunker itself, there are lethal laser and machinegun turrets, explosive traps, and blast doors. Most of its technological innovation is in the digital medium. Most of that is just Watson's day-to-day processing of information. While Watson has a small fleet of unmanned vehicles, they aren't quite enough for complete independence - Watson sees humanity's infrastructure as sufficient and more economical for most of its purposes. On top of that, its drones swing from making incredibly elegant decisions one moment to making incredibly basic mistakes the next. Usually these mistakes are a result of unaccounted-for external variables that Watson can't react to in time.The other main technological innovation that Watson has are the advanced PDA's that he distributes to his human agents. The PDA's have powerful communications antennaes, many digital, audio, visual, and chemical sensors, and have been locally adapted for power and data ports. They are Watson's eyes, ears, and mouth.

The ships seem a bit advanced in design; although this may due to the deisgn more than actual advancement.

Looks good to me, although the early accounts of the history seem a bit dubious with the any weapon aspect; genetic modification has advantages, but a guy with a rifle is going to take down a super human who is bare handed unless the weapons used were like, swords or something.

Name: The Navitas or simply Navitas Government: OligarchyThree Ruling Members; Rostov Vasieli, Gerrard Halcroix, Anil ChandaHistory: Following suit with the rest of the solar system, the Neptune colonies declared independence shortly after Mars. This declaration went largely unnoticed however due to the other conflicts closer to earth, leaving Neptune out of the loop. The Neptune colonies weren’t completely spared from the violence however. Large Naval battles were fought around the planets and large scale land campaigns were fought over control of its moon colonies. The conquest of Triton by Chinese forces left the colonies on that small moon obliterated and littered with destroyed military hardware. While the numerous naval battles around the ice giant itself have left hundreds of destroyed ship carcasses in orbit around the planet . Although the battles around the ice giant were very bloody the colonies in the planets atmosphere remained mostly intact and unscathed. This allowed for a new government to be adopted quickly and without much distraction. Three major national groups make up the majority of the colonies: The Russians, French and Indians. These three groups formed an oligarchy and have one representative from each national group that come together to debate laws and make policy. This relationship has been a friendly one, Russian and French paramilitary along side indian military troops defended indian installations on the triton and participated in naval battles above the planet. The combined military of Neptune was nearly decimated however and for defense the planet now relies on paramilitary groups to act as both the police and military for the new Navitas colonies.Society: Navitas is largely “sea-faring” community, the colonies floating in the atmosphere use ships for everyday use. Because of the unbreathable and downright hostile atmosphere, living is done in large ultra resistant structures. These structures are usually domed shape and sport many different radial smiler domes. More often then not, there are collections of domes connected via large bridges and “highways” for quick and easy travel. There are living domes floating in the high to mid troposphere to combat the pressure and temperatures from the planet below . Atmospheric domes use repulsor magnets that allow the dome to stay floating in place, while air intakes convert the constant gale force winds into energy through turbines. Due to the high hydrogen content in the atmosphere using combustion based propulsion on planet is strictly forbidden, citizens get around using sails an archaic but effective method. Because of the high winds sails can be used to attain blinding speeds and transfer people and goods around neptune very quickly. In the living domes in the high troposphere personal travel is hazardous because of the increased wind speed, only a very select few human pilots can maintain control of their crafts at this speed. Most of the piloting and navigation is done by computers and is human assisted, but a large number of personal craft are still completely human piloted and seen as sport craft. A number of orbital stations serve as trading hubs for bringing supplies down to the planet and point of entry for foreigners. Navigating the hazy expanses of neptune without the proper know how or navigation charts can be deadly. All foreign ships must dock at these stations and travel down to the planet by way of the space elevator, rental sails are available for a price once in atmosphere. Entertainment: Sport is an important part of Navitas culture, sport is the only thing that Navitas citizens come to odds with. Sailing, Football ( Soccer), Basketball, Baseball……most of the earth based sports have been retained in Navitas. Betting is common and each living dome usually has its own sports team. There are also clubs and bars all over the different living domes.Technology: Blue Water Propulsion and Ballistics The company was founded on the Neptune colonies and specializes in advanced propulsion and weapon systems, because of the need for non-combustion propulsion.Magnetoplasmadynamic thrusters: is a form of electrically powered spacecraft propulsion which uses the Lorentz force, the force on a charged particle by an electromagnetic field to generate thrust. Currently in the late research and close the development phase. Magnetic Acceleration weapons: Using causeless tungsten rounds, rounds are magnetically propelled at blinding speeds, aiming more for penetration and stopping power. This method requires no combustion, rounds are electrically propelled with minimal heat gain. Repulsor Magnets: These are constantly in a state of research, due to the need for a more energy efficient method to keep living domes in the air. The repusor uses a polarity opposite to the planets magnetic field to keep the domes in the air.Military: Due to the lack of a colony wide military force, the government has allowed paramilitary groups to become both the police force and military for Navitas. The groups must adhere to stringent conditions and regulations before being recognized as a paramilitary group. These regulations are in place so that one group does not try and overthrow the government through force ( Although, what citizen of Navitas would want to do that?). Each group trains and ultimately funds itself and members, as a result each paramilitary organization has a different standard of training. A faction on a gas giant- who would've expected that?

Accepted; however this means now that repulser magnets can be used by other players on other gas giants; but they must have gravity similar to earth's in order to work right.

This is just my initial thing. The history still feels kinda bad to me, I'm probably going to re-write it at some point but the gist of it will remain the same. Not wanting to follow the same path as the Belt State they hoped to break away while the Solar War was still young and avoid serious harm. Unfortunately the conflict escalated before they had a chance. By the time the dust settled the solar system was in shambles, including the Belt State. Finally seeing their chance they people of Vesta broke away from the Belt State and formed their own nation. Having come out surprisingly intact from the war Vesta found itself in a powerful position in the Belt and quickly absorbed the other asteroids in the Vesta family into its growing sphere of influence. Less than a decade later Peacekeepers from Vesta were fighting to restore order to the chaos riddled corridors of Pallas and in doing so forged a binding alliance between the second and third largest objects in the asteroid belt. Attempts to take Ceres, and with it control of the seat of power of the Belt State, were shut down when the Belt State recovered faster than expected. The Vesta Free State decided not to risk war with resources as thin as they were at the time and simply moved to consolidate its power base at home. Being a predominantly space based power their ground forces are not very extensive and lack much in the way of indirect fire artillery or heavy armor. Even with artificial spin the gravity on Vesta and Pallas are lower than that of earth and many other worlds, to account for this most of their forces make use of powered armor to lower the strain on the soldier. The Military of the VFS Is divided between Vesta Fleet Command which oversees the spaceborne units of the military, and Vesta Fleet Strike which covers all ground based operations.

Accepted as I feel the military and culture gave good info on the technology.
When it comes to NRPs I generally use the whole faction/nation building aspect mainly as a tool to have players collaboratively world build within the story since I found that when you make a world you're spending a lot of time for something many people probably won't even read half of. Not to mention good luck getting anyone to play a alien race that isn't their own.

I swear when it comes to NRPs people see the limits of the RP as unfair restrictions. Multiple times I have gotten people who complained about how having only 1-2 non-human aliens is such a ridiculous restriction in a space RP that takes place across only 4 star systems that has only one alien world and said aliens can't be space faring on contact.

I've gotten people who left the RP over it even when me and iso tried to work with the guy to make what he wanted fit in.

I just don't get it. Why is it there is people who some how not see how absurd it is to want to have five alien species that are intelligent within four star systems independently occurring on different planets? I even had people who thought such "limitation" was contrived... Somehow. Even though many intelligent races in close proximity to earth seems far more contrived to me.

So when can this RP be expected to be up? I want to pillage some marble statues and have some kidnapped artisans put my face on them.

Among other things.

Like maybe giving the poor statue some clothing and writing verses from the quran on the arms and assuming that the aniconism typically associated with the sunni faith has fallen on the wayside. Especially with the relative societal stability and Mongolians not killing everyone I know or burning down the house of wisdom.

A torch that has that high of temperature would probably melt the device generating the heat and the user. Of course in this RP there's no reason why not. Here you could make a space wizard who can direct such heat in a nice package of death and you're set.

All in all I am just going to be happy with the race of sentient balls of flesh that have telekinetic powers. Seeing that there's all assimilating hive minds and this RP is totally fine with space magik, I figured such race is totally valid to this setting.
I'm over half way done with my app. I made the history section, but the culture and tech sections will have to wait a few days i'm afraid.

I hope that sentient balls of flesh are fine. [As for how they eat, well they have a process known as energizing i'll explain later]

What's your source on that? I looked up the hottest star in the universe which was Eta Carnae and that star was only a little under 37000 degrees Celsius.
