Amaya watched Karn explain his/her true story wondering off with the other Phoenix members. She blinked looking around for the male that wanted to know about Phoenix wing as he seemed to went off on his own. She sighed before simply shrugging not caring if she was alone or not right now. She looked towards the sky, about ready to head in some random direction for no particular reason. The only thing that stopped her as the sudden tap on her shoulder and a familiar voice before she looked over her shoulder to see it was Joshua "Sometimes, I wonder if you became my replacement mother...Always worrying...now that is not the lonely swordsman I know..."She replied with a slight joke of how over the time of hanging with Joshua, he seemed to be the only one that has noticed a change in her attitude.

She turned fully to him before she placed her hands on her hips leaning forward on her left hip "Since when did I need a bodyguard to know where I ran off to? I am not a competitor like you are. It should be me wondering where you run off just incase you were ever called? As far as I know, I have no bounty or enemies wishing to attack me beside the normal ones Phoenix Wing have gained. So from how I see it, where I go and what I do, isn't or shouldn't be of concern to anyone as it is a festival and there are tons of sights to see and people to meet...So unless you need something of great importance...don't bug me with little 'where you go?' got it." She said more or less snapping as him before she sighed rubbing her temple with one hand before saying quickly [color=skyblue]"sorry, I have alot of memories and other stuff rushing through my head that I sometimes wish I was in a Coma so I didn't have to deal with anyone or thing."[/color[She added having to try to keep her cool as unfortunately most all known dragonslayers have an loud attitude and personality for who knows what reasons.

"How about we go to get a drink for all three of us, if you both want...However, as I said Karn, I am always hear if you need a distraction from the past...your not alone. My mother told me something once that helps...The past is only as alive as you allow it to be. Those words I hold close and true and they help my battle with my phantoms every night." She said sweetly to Karn before she turned to Gamble "We would love for you to join us if you wish. Most resturants here have a lacermia that shows the games going on so we really won't be missing any of the action."She said getting up. She then noticed a few familiar scents "Seems some more of our guildmembers are coming this way."She commented

" if you are really hiding a bad past, the best way to know if Phoenix wing is the right fit talk to Damien and Rose." she spoke to the stranger as she held out her hand "I'm Amaya, the Ice Dragonslayer of Phoenix wing and this oddly dressed male is Karn. I hope you choose Phoenix wing as your future family, if not, I Will still call you friend"she said gently as she has been trying to make more friends like Joshua been trying to get her too. She turned to karn letting out a smile " if you need help settling those phantoms, you can always come to me. I been able to keep mine at bay for a long time and if you need someone to distract you from them, you know how to find me follow my scent...I know your noes is as good as mine with tracking...plus I stick out like a sore thumb" she said trying to make a little hummer as she watched them both

"Yeah, I'm part of team power keg. Floe, Nolan, and the missing Lucas are my team mates but here lately I been hanging with Joshua Tamashii. His Ice blade is helpful when I am low on my ice Dragonslayer magic cause I just consume some of it's magic and poof, all better and got some energy back. Other then them I sometimes hang with our other Dragonslayer zero and zenoram, since we grew up on the same mountain and our parents being basically siblings. Then I know amelia miss rose along with little elyse and finally Angelo the lightning mage. But I mostly hang and train with joshua" she said thinking of everyone she knew beside the obvious jamie and Jarvis. " my conflict is two parts of my past clashing with each other plus phantoms of my past won't go away"

Amaya watched him get comfortable as she could tell something was definitely off about him. " Not many members of our guild notice me; which is fine with me. I neither liked the spot light to begin with, I prefer to be a ' wallflower' as Joshua calls me. But you called me 'dragonlady' even though no one other then Zero even had a clue about me or my magic" she said before listening to his next question. She thought about it before answering." it's kinda yes I'm enjoying it and no. Part of me wants to be part of the games, the battles and part of me wants to stay hidden and unnoticed. Its an internal conflict with my origins and such"she said trying to word it the best she could.

Amaya was relaxed in her peaceful meditation like state. She had just found the source of her annoyance and she was about to nip it in the but before a voice brought her back to reality.

She took a deep breath before she opened her eyes kinda expecting to see Joshua since he was almost every where she was. Her clear ice blue eyes blinked a few quick blinks as she noticed who it was [color=skyblue] " Oh, hello Karn...do you remember me and sure its not taken"she said with a small playful smile as she moved over some to make room for him.

She watched him closely as she was a bit surprised that he didn't call her 'dragonlady' out of the blue.
