The Justice League trailer is giving me mixed emotions. On the one hand, I desperately want to get hyped. On the other, Snyder and co have burnt me too many times in the past. I'm a conflicted mess.

Seriously though, I'm glad to see that Red Arrow didn't just turn into 'Nightwing with a bow'. No posting order, but try to leave at least a couple posts in between each of your own.
Ok ladies and gents, opening post is up. Apologies for the length/shoddiness of the post etc, especially if it seems to jump from present to past tense erratically. I tried out present tense at first, decided it didn't work for me at the very last moment then had to go back and change it all to past tense. Fairly sure I fixed most of it, but if not then let me know and I'll change it. Or don't, cause I don't mind not having to edit anything about that monster again.
So you might be wondering, who's supposed to be where? The short answer is I don't know. I'm leaving it up to you all to decide. Just remember to try and split your forces evenly, or one team might get swamped while the other finds their having no challenge at all. I'm not going to be the kind of GM who takes it easy on you because everyone but the Question decided they wanted to take on Captain Comet, leaving ol' Poly to save Tokyo on his own!
I'm also leaving it up to you all to decide who was extended invites to join the replacement League through the Legacy protocol, and who took it on their own backs to save the cities of Tokyo and Metropolis on their own.
Finally as to action scenes. Both scenarios have (what I feel is) plenty to get involved with. Whether it's extracting civilians, assisting prison guards, attacking the viking alien (Starro/Cobi the Conqueror, in case you're interested), or saving Manchester Black from being fish faced, I feel like there's enough to keep even our massive Justice League occupied. If not, then don't worry. The Big Dog has more chaos on the way that'll keep you occupied. So in the mean time go have some fun punching bad guys.

Hey guys, good weekend? I spent mine touring Stirling castle and the Wallace monument, getting into (and utterly demolishing in) a sword fight with pre-teens, then watching Andy Murray win Wimbledon. Anyway, I had some reviewing to do.

@Keksalot I'm sure it's my fault for not explaining myself properly, but Redliner's ability to de-power a foe should only be instantaneous if the foe is slightly above human norm, like a venomed up Bane. If the foe is much higher, such as the level of a Green Lantern, Kryptonian, etc. then the effect is a much slower affair, with the opponent still having a chance to use their skills and powers to stop the drain. Something similar to how Parasite drains superman over time rather than touching him and sucking him dry in an instant, though in this case Redliner will weaken along with his target.
Ten's too high a number to bring down all at once, even if they are of the same power source. I thought you'd be working on your rule of three. Bring it back to three please.
Also the status effect lasts to long. The effects shouldn't last any longer than Redliner can maintain connection, and the connection depends entirely on his being able to focus on depowering his intended target.
You're bio is far too short. I'd like to know how he got two different villain names, what he did as a villain, and exactly how he found his artifact. Also, and this is more of an aside, Arkham might not be the greatest pick to have been rehabilitated in. They don't have a great track record with rehabilitaion.
