There are hermit souls that live withdrawnIn the peace of their self-content;
There are souls, like stars, that dwell apart,In a fellowless firmament;
There are pioneer souls that blaze their pathsWhere highways never ran;
But let me live by the side of the roadAnd be a friend to man.
Let me live in a house by the side of the road,Where the race of men go by–
The men who are good and the men who are bad,As good and as bad as I.
I would not sit in the scorner's seat,Or hurl the cynic's ban;
Let me live in a house by the side of the roadAnd be a friend to man.
I see from my house by the side of the road,By the side of the highway of life,
The men who press with the ardor of hope,The men who are faint with the strife.
But I turn not away from their smilesBoth parts of an infinite plan;
Let me live in my house by the side of the roadAnd be a friend to man.
Let me live in my house by the side of the roadWhere the race of men go by-
They are good, they are bad, they are weak,Wise, foolish - so am I.
Then why should I sit in the scorner's seatOr hurl the cynic's bar?-
Let me live in my house by the side of the roadAnd be a friend to man.

"He's an asshole and a Grade-A douchebag. I do not approve."Is it really a surprise that she doesn't like him? He's loud and a troublemaker and Bora isn't here for that. To add to this, he's moving in on Bora's best friend? Cinnamon bun Chris? Not on her watch! Not only is Chris too soft for a guy like Abel, but then that means Bora has to deal with him on a daily basis and Bora simply cannot handle that.
Well, her hatred of Abel really stems from an incident when she was a third year. It was almost Duri's birthday and she had heard that Abel had some authentic Korean candy - it was the perfect present. Matter of fact, Bora was already imagining the face Duri would make when he opened it up - pure joyful delight - and she had been wanting to surprise him with something great since they were drifting apart slightly. Well, somehow Abel heard about her plans. He raised the prices from three dollars to twenty! Of course, Bora was enraged at that and she confronted him - she really wanted the candy for Duri but she didn't want to pay that much of an outrageous price. He raised it to twenty-five! After an argument, that Bora lost (she still can't believe she lost an argument, her, a Warren, to
a Good), she huffed and puffed and threw twenty-five dollars at the bastard. A year later, when she caught Abel giving free chocolates to Chris is when she really hated him...and knew that he was trying to get with Chris.
Now, with his recent friendship with her brother, Bora has had it up to here with Abel. He's moving in on her cinnamon bun and sinnamon bun and Bora really,
really doesn't want to have to deal with him. And, by the end of her sixth year, she'll make sure that he'll be gone from her life for good!

"Talk about annoying. He does things specifically to piss me off! Ugh, him and his stupid face just...ugh. He's almost as bad as his brother, if not worse."There's no great way to start with how he annoys her. Aiden constantly is calling her BoBo, a name which she only allows her brother to call her, and does it specifically to get under her skin. He's constantly switching between flirting and annoying, changing so fast it confuses her, and she honestly has no idea how to react to him. There's no specific action of his that has nurtured her dislike of his, but all of it - his constant jokes at her expense, his grades in Transfiguration which are irritatingly close to hers, and the competition between the two when it comes to quidditch. Plus, her pride is a little stung from the most recent game of quidditch that she lost to him. Add all of this to the fact that he identically resembles the bane of her existence, there's not much Aiden could do to escape her ire.
However, this year, Bora has made it her mission to befriend Aiden - it originally was "seduce Aiden," but Bora completely dropped that. She talked herself up to it all summer, and has pondered on how to win him over. She even consulted Duri, since he's the most likeable one (there wasn't much help there, he just shrugged and continued playing some Muggle video game that Geun bought him and told her to "chill out"). The thought passed her mind that maybe she should buy him something, but it seemed like a waste of money since she doesn't know exactly what he likes. At the very last day of summer, Bora decided she'd forget about it - there's no way they could be friends.

"Another ginger that doesn't like me - I see a reoccurring theme here. However, I would like to point out how unnatural her hair looks, if you know what I mean. I'm all for modern - especially muggle - cosmetics, but it irks me that she won't own up to it!”Bora and Ariadne don't talk but aren't particular enemies either. They just see each other, dislike each from a distance, and shut up about each other. However, Bora is adamant that Ariadne dyes her hair red - whether Ariadne admits to it or not - and not even a picture of her mother will change that. (
"Pretty sure hair dye existed in the 1970s, Gloria.") Other than that, Bora doesn't care what Ariadne does with her life and won't comment on it. It's not like Bora is particularly hurt that Ariadne doesn't like her -
but she is not a hag...if anything, she's just a bitch.

"I don't know her much and the...tomboy style...is a bit different. However, I will say that her eyebrows are on point."Just as she says, Bora doesn't really know Blake and doesn't particularly care for. Blake has the "I don't care and you can't make me care" vibe that Bora associates with hooligans and delinquents. But it should be noted that she's not wrong. However, Bora admires her natural beauty - though she absolutely abhors her style of clothing, the one thing that particularly matters to Bora. But to each their own or whatever.

"We don't talk much - but I know him. There have been chats here and there."Bora and Carlo are strictly acquaintances; but the camaraderie between them can't be denied. There families run in the same circle, and, as such, the two - plus Duri - have gone to the same parties before. Typically speaking, they engage in awkward conversation, nod their heads, and walk away. That's the end of it. However, because of a silent bond between them, Bora knows that if worse came to worst, Carlo wouldn't hesitate to help her if she was really in trouble.

"Oh, Dor. I don't talk to that hounddog much - no surprise there - but we've butted heads a couple of times on the quidditch field."Bora doesn't talk with Dor unless it's about quidditch and even then it's an exchange of insults. Or, more likely, a short exchange of insults until Bora can't come up with something and stomps away dramatically. Despite them not having the same quidditch position, or even being both captains (
"You shouldn't even think about competing with me considering I'm a captain and you're not.") However, it should be noted that Bora is a terrible Keeper and so, if they were to switch quidditch positions, Bora would be thoroughly embarrassed. Bora tends to hold his minor skirt-chasing quirks over his head in arguments, though she might exaggerate it a little.

"Is she the ginger that I've seen my brother with once?"Gingers are against Bora's religion. I mean, not really, but Bora really
really hates jeans with flats. Now
that's against her religion. Plus, she barely notices Ophelie and has never talked to her.

"I want him to play with fire. And if I see one more goddamn cowboy hat, I'm ripping it off of his head and giving it to Ramyeon to hide."Bora is starting to suspect that she doesn't like kids. They're so
defiant. Especially Vincent. He's the type of kid that thinks he has everything planned out, according to Bora, and she absolutely hates that. Especially since she's sixteen and knows she has nothing planned out. Even so, Bora doesn't pay attention to Vincent much and doesn't even remember his name, if she's being honest, but rather sees him as the "wannabe cowboy."
