One paragraph biography: Quinn was born to a proud Irish family in Limerick, steeped catholic tradition. Quinn grew up with Anti British sentiment and was born a proud Irish republican. As a boy, Quinn regularly traveled up to Belfast to harass British loyalist and Ulster police. As he got older harassment turned into terrorism, firebombing and military equipment became the norm. His career came to head when he helped plan and took part in the Omagh bombings. After the bombings, Quinn had to leave Ireland and has lived a fugitive life ever since.

Backstory: Born into a loving family, Harold was sheltered from the worst the wasteland had to offer. The relative safety of the strip was the perfect atmosphere to raise a curious child. Harry kept to himself as a child, despite the strong lure of the Strip’s gangs. The NCR had always been a constant in his life, so no one was surprised when he walked up to the gates of Camp McCarran asking to join. Fueled by the stories of his parents caravanning past, Harry left the safety of the strip to have his own adventure in the NCR.
It didn’t take long for Harold to find out that the Mojave was no adventure, but a desolate patch of hell filled with all manner of beasts and men. His shooting skills made him stand out among the other recruits and he caught the attention of the NCR Rangers. He was quickly pulled into the fold and was trained in the field, taking part in a number of raids and long range patrols. At present, most would call Harry a competent and fully trained ranger who still had much to learn.
