Damn. Here I was all interested and the GM is awaaay. @Ace of flames01 it looks like you need a cogm. I recommend picking from your current players if possible. I would volunteer but I have a self insert god complex when it comes to gmnpcs or cogmnpcs. Joking of course. I mean about the god complex. I think.

In other news, is there a genosha type place? One that is actually just trying to exist? You know, one without Eric trying to murder all the hoomans?

Everything seemed to spiral. People pointing fingers here and there. Some accused Maverick of being a pervert and/or villain. Others placed blame on him for people laughing at someone else. The fact that someone came up and accused him of bothering someone. While some of the staff seemed to be moving to arrest Darla? He raised an eyebrow as she stoked the fire even more by playing the part. Other females even called him a pervert stating that he looked at their breasts as well.

“It seems that you just can’t laugh. Furthermore, I didn’t mean to make people laugh at him. I had assumed that they were laughing at my cracking voice and terrible acting. I mean I’m only thirteen and have about zero experience in acting.” He admitted as he looked at Alrune. He only shook his head not really knowing where to go from here. He made sure to reaffix his hololens making sure that it was secure. While ignoring the new irritant that forced his way into this conversation. All points of speech seemed to have been cut off by Darla. It didn’t matter what he said she would just twist it into something else. Even if it was untrue. He looked around the room to the females and when they noticed him looking at them they covered themselves up. His face only brightened as he smiled at everyone. Soon after he took out his phone and threw up a movie of sorts. It was sped up and showed his interactions with everyone. There was an orange dot indicating where his eyes were looking. The video split in half and showed the recording of the females shifting back and having a scared reaction. Then he showed the part with Darla on the other side.

“I don’t know about you but when someone feels threatened then they usually act like the females on the left. Furthermore, I did stare at her breasts. While it wasn’t why most people think, people will draw their own conclusions. Filthy minds live in the gutters.” Mav informed them all as he pulled back his hood.

“Staring isn’t against any laws and I am not one to touch without permission. Even though I found through research that those are just pains in the back when they get too big. I honestly wanted just to talk and have a conversation but now I’m being crucified here and I see why. A majority of you are from the same school or share the same sex with her.” He couldn’t help but feel actually hurt and trapped in this situation. He didn’t like this feeling so he opted to do what would help him best.

“I see. You were using me, so that someone who I thought got up to use the restroom could do something bad.” He informed the library staff. Their motion to capture Darla faltered after that and they started to move to check on the no no zones.

“It seems that she would throw herself into a possible dangerous situation for one person. Understandable when someone is in love. Are you?” He asked Darla as he looked around the room.

“Furthermore, what do you look for when looking for a significant other? You look for looks, money, status, upbringing. In the end you look for someone you can spend your day with that provides extra security to your already secure lives. You call me a pervert and a villain but I’m neither of those things. Only dirty minds will think of that. I believe that she has the dirtiest mind of all.” He mentioned as he looked at the quest. Technically it was complete but he felt like they would vote him a failure. He didn’t care at this point. Anything would be better than staying here and getting roasted alive. His muscles tightened in his legs as he bolted towards the exit. His movement was accelerated by the lack of gravity after he used his power. Sure enough the mission message became red with a big red square and line through it. The words “Failed” were stamped over it as well. As he made the door he started yelling.

“YOU FUCKING PIECES OF SHIT GODS!” He lamented loudly as he walked over to his vehicle. His Chief of Staff Sir Gideon Glover was waiting and knew exactly what was going on. Gideon knew that words would only take time away from the young master. After that Mav got into the vehicle and they drove off. The Video was fully uploaded to the Library’s computer as he had access after they connected his phone to upload his books. It should clear him mostly and condem Darla for all wrongdoings.

Maverick Majere Takes His Exit From The Library.

Mav quirked an eyebrow when she started unbuttoning her shirt. He had no clue why she was doing that until after she screamed. Although he wasn’t close enough to touch her at arm's length. Quickly he looked around at the people in the library. This challenge gave him clarity and his mind raced. She had just placed a bounty of sorts on him. Then again couldn’t he just claim it by leaving? No, the message from the gods was blunt. He stood there looking at others overcome by avarice. He cleared his throat and looked in the general direction of most of the people approaching.

He decided to go with a different approach and this was only after he noticed someone was missing. His eyes quickly scanned the room and noted where the young man was headed. Restricted access. This had to be a distraction. Classic. His mind filled with all kinds of other scenarios but only when another man came to her rescue did one stick. He would use this to hopefully gain favor and not just be a scapegoat.
"Y-y-you s-should leave t-the lady al-alone p-pervert. Please g-g-go away..." Alrune reached out and pointed with his right hand towards Maverick.

“AH! The hero arrives at last!” He bellowed in as deep a voice as he could. It was only made comical by the inflections of his voice.

“However, what kind of hero comes only after a reward of 2 million gold bars is pleaded with? Shouldn’t the hero be selfless?” He questioned and his voice was once again cracking showing his age. However, he didn’t let it slow him down.

“I digress. I’m here for the princess and no hero will get in my way!” He yelled as he toggled his gravity on in such a way that it would allow him to float in the air. Just like a big bad from any anime. He also made his cloak bellow with the same ability. After that he did as menacing of a laugh as he could and then landed. This would have caused extreme nausea to anyone normal. Thankfully he was more robust than normal.

“I’m telling you that I was hired as a cameraman, not some main villain! I’m too young and my voice cracks with every syllable!” He yelled so that the others would hopefully think it was a play rehearsal.

“Furthermore, the lines are crap. Who wrote these lines? I mean the hero comes in and calls him a pervert! Shouldn’t he have some kind of tie to the Villain or something?” He asked her as he moved to Alrune.

“And you! Why did you stutter? I thought we went over the lines time and time again?!” He scolded Alrune in the act while pointing at him. However, lightly as the wind in his sails abated after he noticed the security and staff around them. As he noticed he pulled away from Alrune and bowed towards the staff.

“Apologies! I hope that you got my father’s memo about the play we are creating in honor of this library. Well, we had to change a few things to spice it up. Add a little romance, some comical lines, and get a new lead villain. This was supposed to help invigorate interest in the library in order for more youth to become interested in knowledge. Well, seeking it on their own that is.” Mav lied through his teeth but when he pulled out a business card the staff only nodded and went on their way. They seemed put off by the entire thing but didn’t want to have to deal with the Majere family. He handed a card to a few people here and there. Afterward he moved towards Alrune and Darla handing each a card as well. He hoped that the others would follow along and noted that everyone was dispersing.

Mav placed his right hand over his left breast in a stiff spear handed bow to Darla first and then Alrune.

“So, did I do well enough?” He asked as he came out of the bow. He made sure to look Darla in the eyes and then pointedly look in the direction Reverio headed but not at the door. This was a precaution just in case someone was watching. He pulled out his device and placed it back on his face as he awaited a response.

Maverick was going to school after the library but was interrupted by a new message coming up in his HUD. It seemed to have been there, blinking on the side for a while. However, after he started moving away from the library, it opened itself. The message received and forced upon his eyes is as follows.

To say that Mavericks face lost a few shades of color was an understatement. Why was it that whenever he was happy and had plans his core ability had to kick in? Sir Gideon, astute as he was, noticed the change and slowly pulled over and parked nearby. He waited for a few moments, the vehicle idling. It was more accurate to say that the vehicle stopped and was shut off. Mainly because of how this vehicle worked. It was either moving or not.

“Is anything wrong, young master?” Sir Gideon asked as he looked in the rearview mirror. Maverick had a cold sweat sheen forming over his body. Pinpricks rippled throughout his body as he opened and closed his mouth a few times. He was trying to get moisture back in his now dry mouth. After a moment he cleared his throat and looked at Gideon.

“Sir Gideon, it seems that I have forgotten something at the library that I must attend. Please reroute back to the library.” Mav informed Gideon as he took a drink from a small pouch. Gideon didn’t ask questions and did as he was told. The signal flicked on, and the vehicle came back to life. They were only a few blocks away from the library and it only took a few minutes to return. Given Gideon’s expert driving that is. Sir Gideon had only seen his young master distraught like this before something bad happened.

The worst thing about having nightmares is sleep walking while having Maverick's physique. One of these said events was the reason they had to reinforce his bedroom. They classified them as terror-storms. Through the years they became so bad that he didn’t need to be sleeping for them to hit. Gideon drove up to the library and stopped outside the front doors.

“We have arrived, young master. Please let me know when you would like to be picked up.” Sir Gideon informed Maverick as he waited for him to exit the vehicle. It didn’t take long for Maverick to exit the vehicle. The holo-lens still hung from the side of his head. Unfortunately, the ones above didn’t send him a picture of Darla, so he had to talk to people. Talking to strangers, one of his strong suits. Right? Right. Mav’s hand had been on the handle of the door for a few minutes now. Sweaty, clammy. He gulped audibly and pulled the handle to open the door. Each step towards the library was worse than any weight that could be applied to him.

Maverick was in such a daze that he forgot to close the door to the vehicle he arrived in. Sir Gideon got out and closed it and let out a sigh. He had hoped that Maverick would be alright as he got back in and drove off. The small conversations within the place were hard to hear to begin with, to him they were just an audio buzz. He started off moving to the first female.

“Hello, my name is Maverick. Are you Darla?” He asked her. She looked him up and down and scoffed. She didn’t even say anything and just walked away. Things like this happened for, to him what seemed like an eternity, about 5 minutes. Only after realizing that he was asking this question did the others in the library steer clear of him. Then he noticed two people. He didn’t want to bother them because they looked intimate and in the middle of a conversation. So, he moved up and waited for a break in their conversation.

“Excuse me. Are you Darla?” This would be what he would try to say. What came out was probably something like. “Excume Aryo darla?” His eyes scanned her body but not in a sexual way. It was more in an analytical way. This was one of the things that helped him clear his mind. That didn’t stop the fact that he was indeed staring at her assets.

‘Didn’t those things cause back pain when they were so big?’ Was the thought that came to mind. He looked confused. However, people couldn’t help their anatomy unless they had a specialized gift. He looked at the man in much the same way.

‘Were there genetic similarities between them?’ He pondered as he shook his head. He hoped that one of the two would notice him because if not… with the thought of impending doom looming over head he probably looked like a lost puppy. A very well-dressed lost puppy. His parents went to great lengths to procure him the finest quality clothing. All dark colors mixed with golden feather stitching. Above the left breast sat the Majere family crest. Upon the back of his cloak a bigger crest could be seen as well. It was something that he would make a fool of himself, but to bring down his family name. That wouldn’t do. His father would probably give him more tutors for this. His punishment never seemed to work.

Mav was busy reading and copying over information within his HUD. He was so excited with the prospect of finding out how to utilize his world's technology that he didn’t even register the person talking to him. A laugh broke out timed almost perfectly with when she finished speaking to him. Other than that, he didn’t really care. If he had noticed, he would have just rolled his eyes at the female form of a bully. It was a missed opportunity that he left so quickly. Yes, he moved faster than she could probably run while skipping. If she took a look at him, she would only see his smile as he passed by. Unfortunately, he hadn’t noticed the ability of creation she so noxiously displayed.

However, his thoughts permeated around going to school. It would be his first day and he was a third year. Perhaps he could find another gear in the way technology fully worked. The information he copied over was specific to the magic mathematical equations and formulae. As he stood up, he bumped into someone and apologized quickly, as he moved out of the library. While it was early, school waited for him. He was still laughing as his ride pulled up.

“I see your time was spent well.” Chief of Staff Sir Gideon Glover observed. Mav wasn’t someone who liked needing people to help him but according to his father he was still too young. Mav opened the door and nodded as he entered the vehicle.

“Yes, I found some intriguing information within the library!” He gleefully informed Gideon and his voice cracked. Usually, he would be embarrassed when something like that happened. However, he was so happy about the information he found. This was one of the rare moments where his world age showed. These moments were uncommon but not so much that they didn’t occur more than expected. Most of the time it would happen when he was excited, surprised, or scared. He tried to overpower his body's natural fight or flight responses but that was difficult. That and given he didn’t have any experience in actual combat in this world. It was hard to not just run. However, he was different when he was sparring people.

Darkness. Everything was dark. A bristling cornucopia of sound muted all. Strange noises could be picked out of the mass as if detangling a ball of wires. An annoyance formed at the edge of view. A small gray light. Slowly it became brighter, and the sounds all faded leaving one.

“Young master it is time to wake.” Came a familiar voice trying to rouse the deep sleeper.

The young man sat up, his hair a mess as drool had dried in a trail down from his mouth to the bottom of his chin. He opened and closed his mouth a few times rubbing his tired eyes. The sun was barely up and yet he had to wake now. This was displeasing to him to say the least. Sleep was required for his mind to work correctly. That and his body requires a specific routine, or it doesn’t feel right. More sustenance, exact sleep, and a few other things.

His family purchased a massive building for him. Originally the building had 26 floors with many rooms. However, after renovations the rooms were cut down to 13. Each floor was a master suite. What would normally be the first floor was actually counted as floor 0 and the basement also extended likewise. The 0th floor was halfway down. The main hallway also extended the same distance in each direction. However, it wasn’t shaped like a giant box more like a giant cube shaped star. His room, like the others, was two floors tall and took up the entire two floors. Well, it wasn’t his entire room, but his full suite took up the entire floor.

“I’m awake. Please show yourself out Sir Gideon.” Mav informed the hired help. They nodded and bowed as they quickly exited. After that he moved toward the wall on the left side of his bed. His body started moving quicker as he shifted the gravitic pull around him allowing him to jog onto the wall. From there he continued as his speed picked up and again, he shifted the gravity so that he was now running on the ceiling. Once he was finished with his morning run, he would then shower. After that he would cook, eat, clean, and then get dressed. While he did have a Chief of staff and several servants, he didn’t want to depend on them. Getting up early in the morning was another thing.

Living and breathing a routine helped him. Getting into Sir Clausewitz' School for the Militarily Minded put a new gear into his schedule. Because of this he told Sir Gideon to wake him up early. His first stop on the agenda would be The Grand Library. He hoped that going there would allow him to glean the missing parts of the mathematical equations in this world. Mav left the building and Sir Gideon was waiting for him. Gideon escorted Mav to today's vehicle and drove him to the Grand Library.

Upon arriving, to say that the grand library was anything other than grand would be a lie. The building itself reminded him of grand cathedrals. He was amazed that such an old looking building existed within such an advanced kingdom. While the building didn’t look new, it looked as if ancient magics kept it from degrading. Saying it was huge was an understatement. Mav made his way up to the doors with his Sir Clausewitz' School for the Militarily Minded cloak brooch on. The coloration of the broach revealed that he was a third-year student.

“He can fly?” Maverick queried out loud as he noticed a man thrown from The Grand Library. He winced when he noticed that the man in fact could not. At least not that he would like to reveal. Mav made his way into the library. The great thing about this place is that it had more than one entrance. As he went inside, he noted a few people standing around. He couldn’t help but go to the receptionist.

“Where could I find anything about how technology works?” Mav asked as he pulled out a strange device. It was a two-part device. The first part was connected to his phone and the other was a strange headset with a lens that went over one eye. The lens was clear and was almost invisible.

“Any electronic versions of the books would be welcome as well.” He continued as he pulled out a black card from his wallet.

“These are the books on the subject you mentioned. There are over five-thousand books on said subject. If you would like we do have electronic versions of each book that we can lend or sell to you. Whichever is more convenient.” The receptionist informed him as he nodded and handed her the card with his phone.

“Please upload them to my phone. I will be purchasing them with that card. Thank you.” Mav informed her as he started browsing the books within The Grand Library. He noted the romance section was located at the front of the library. His fingers brushed the spines of each as he moved past them into different sections. Theoretical concepts and sci-fi was where he ended up. He pulled out the books and started scanning the pages.

Mav could hear several conversations throughout the library but decided to ignore them as he read. Friends… this was something that he didn’t have. Then again, he didn’t really need other people or so he thought. He couldn’t help but hum a tune as he read his book. It was one of his favorite songs from his original world.

Zerøspace

Maverick hoped that some of these books would hold answers for him or possibly be useful in school. It surprised him to find a book out of genera within the section he was in. A smile crossed his face as he noticed the book and took it to the returns section. It took him a while to move through the massive library. The librarian that was helping him handed him his phone and card.

“Everything should be on there. Please take this receipt.” She informed him as he took them.

“Thank you very much. Also, this book was out of place over there.” He informed her as he placed the book into her hands. She only nodded but looked confused. Could have been because most of the books were put away by magical means. Autonomous constructs could be seen moving throughout the library. He excused himself and moved to a nearby seat. His eyes started focusing on the darker coloring of the library as he started reading with his lens. His RBF probably reached maximum level at this point.

@Aqutanama Oop I messed up the tag I think.

I see you tried to spell my name. Aqua tanama = Aqu tanama. It is strange that when reading it people add the extra A there. Funny enough people would call me Aquaman on Xbox or try to say it. When they did that, they would add the extra a. Aqua-tanama. Some seemed like they tried while others were on the other end. I think someone called me Aquafina or something. At the time I was like is this an Aquaman water commercial or something? I mean I have the hair.

Of course, I don't have the hair anymore. Too many negatives. Anyways, thank you for looking into this for me.
Am I missing anything else? Honestly asking. I just added the first day into the BIO. I can take it out if it doesn't match up or what not. I was going to add that the language spoken has a touch of the magic language within it. Annunciation is usually key to spellcasting depending on the world. But I didn't because that would be worldbuilding. I mean I did add arcana symbols to math because that makes sense to me if all tech has magic in it. It would probably be the higher types of math though. I don't know if this isn't okay then I can change it.
