Standing at 5'11", Oka is just a tiny bit remorseful about not being 6'0". He was so close. Just one more inch. Two more centimeters. Well, at least he towers above most of his family members. He has a somewhat lanky build, but he does have lean muscle. It's clear that he is by no means a weight-lifter, but he's flexible and agile, and he's also a pretty quick runner whenever he needs to be. And he can run for a pretty damn long time, too, which has come in handy after running his mouth off to some of the other tribe leaders. His legs are also very long and elegant, making him run even faster. He jogs and runs regularly just to keep fit.
He has a pretty pale complexion. Which is pretty reasonable, given that he's not an outdoorsy person. He'd rather sit inside and drink tea rather than run around outside. Sweating when it's unnecessary just doesn't have a place in his lifestyle. That being said, Oka does have some pretty nasty scars from duels and battles he's gotten into during past encounters, mostly with other tribe leaders. He has a burn scar on his left hip, and a rather nasty one on his left shoulder. There's another, smaller one close to the small of his back, just barely reaching above it. Besides that, Oka has a really healthy complexion.
Oka has thin, abet elegant hands, with dexterous fingers. He's swift with his hands because of how long he's handled potions, alongside their various ingredients. His hands don't shake, and he's very precise. If he suddenly drops an ingredient while making a potion, it could very well blow up in his face. He
has had potions explode before, and he actually did once blow a hole through a building in the Water Tribe camp. much to the fury of his teacher... Oka keeps his fingernails expertly manicured. He can't stand when he breaks a nail.
Oka has a straight posture, constantly. He doesn't slouch or hunch. He keeps his head up high in a proper posture. Only worthless cretins hunch over, and whenever he spots a fellow tribe member slouching, he's quick to scold them and put them in their place. He also has a quick gait, and alwways walks very quickly, at times forcing shorter people to jog to catch up to him.
His face is very elegant. He has features that are on the softer side, with a curved nose and a slender jawline. His eyes are a deep, chocolate brown and they're framed by very long eyelashes, giving him an almost feminine appearance. He doesn't seem to mind when people call him feminine, though. He has soft lips that somewhat plump, and they often get chapped during the winter, much to his aggravation. His eyebrows are very arching and elegant. He carries chap stick around with him everywhere he goes during the colder seasons. Oka is someone who makes very haughty expressions. He doesn't try to hide or suppress his emotions. When he's displeased, he makes sure that everyone else knows that he's displeased. He's incredibly expressive.
PersonalityOka has a flighty and flamboyant demeanor. He acts very lighthearted, but his emotions and expressions tend to change incredibly quickly. But most of the time, he's a person of extremes. One moment, he's as happy as can be, the next, he switches to a distraught demeanor. He's known widely for his childish theatrics, and he can throw a fit when his plans don't work out. However, he's well-liked due to his sociable demeanor, and he's a natural at communicating with others. Unfortunately, he can tend to be on the arrogant side, and sometimes demeaning comments just slip out without him even realizing it at first.
Oka can also be a little quarrelsome when dealing with other tribe leaders. He wants to make sure that the Water Tribe is always treated fairly, and he's incredibly fierce and protective of them all. He considers the Water Tribe members to all be his "lovely children". He's honestly a bit smothering with them, but he loves them and that's what matters. He's incredibly loyal, and would never dream of selling any of the Water Tribe members out. If one of them does something wrong to another tribe member, he will discipline them, but he won't let them get into too much trouble.
Beneath his ditzy exterior, there is an incredibly cunning person. Oka's mind is actually extremely developed and he's astoundingly intellectual. Most others tend to underestimate him, and he allows that, because he enjoys surprising others with his in-depth plans and schemes. However, he's incredibly merciless and brutal. He'll hurt others who aren't members of the Water Tribe very willingly, and will do anything it takes to place his tribe at the top. However, he doesn't break camp rules. He knows that he can risk losing his position if he does, so he does his best to find loopholes whenever necessary. Most other tribe leaders are aware of his sneaky and deceitful he can actually be.
He's also someone who takes risks. He's really good at bluffing, and he has an incredible poker face. However, Oka can be incredibly self-obsessed and arrogant, believing himself to be absolutely perfect in every which way. He adores himself, and his room is full of mirrors. He has an inflated ego. But he isn't someone who tries to push his thoughts or opinions on others. He does believe himself to be superior to most others, and he definitely thinks that the Water Tribe members are above the members of every single other tribe. He has a habit of being an unhealthy perfectionist, pushing himself to live up to his own, impossible standards.

BioOka was raised in a family of sorcerers. His parents were very vain and wealthy, and they adored his older brother, who would be the heir to their company. Oka was born for one purpose--to be his brother's replacement if his brother died. Due to that, Oka was mostly left alone throughout his entire life. His parents paid absolutely no attention to him, causing him to be starved of attention. He grew to realize that it was his brother that his parents loved, and only his brother. Although Oka excelled in school, he was routinely ignored. He did better than his brother in every academic field.
In school, Oka leaned to be sociable. He learned how people ticked. He learned exactly what others wanted to hear. He grew extremely adept at handling people and getting along with others, to the point where he was able to persuade his teacher to postpone a test in order for him to study more. Over time, girls began to pay attention to Oka due to his good looks, and the rumor that he came from a rich family. Oka socialized and flirted many of these girls. However, he routinely grew incredibly bored of them after realizing how they were only interested in him for superficial reasons. Over time, his parents realized how much he was outshining his brother.
They grew frustrated with how much more intelligent Oka was then his brother, and they sent him off to Camp Solstice just so they wouldn't have to look at him. He spent a long amount of time there, being educated in the Water Tribe. Although he made many mistakes along the way, his teachers and the previous Water Tribe leader began to realize his potential. He eventually grew into an incredibly powerful sorcerer, and was made the head sorcerer of the Water Tribe after the previous one left.
