Cassie "Chassis" Andurell

Stormtrooper classification: Stormtrooper.

Designation: CT-7659

Military Rank: Private

Nickname: "Chassis"

Race/species: Human

Planetary Origin: Ruan

Gender: Female

Armor appearance: Common Stormtroopers are not allowed to alter their armor. They are supposed to be identical to make their numbers look infinite.

Appearance: Cassie has blonde hair that she gathers up inside the depths of her helmet. She is slender and willowy thanks to her time in the fields of Ruan supervising the many droids.

Personality: Cassie is very outgoing and loves the fact she's finally off-world. The best way to describe her is "bubbly". She is finally seeing the stars and exploring the galaxy. She can't wait until her tour is over so that she can spend her earnings on a ship.

History: Cassie was born on Ruan, an Agriworld where few ever amounted to anything. She grew up tending to the fields with the help of a half dozen droids but dreamed of getting offworld and becoming something more. Unfortunately, options were limited and she ended up enlisting for a four year tour.

Cassie is newly graduated, one of tens of thousands of barely trained, disposable soldiers paid a pittance of a wage. A pittance she apparently only gets if she survives four years. The Emperor knows how to cut corners.

Notes: Chassis has some limited skill with making repairs on droids and vehicles thanks to her growing up on a farm. This is what gave her her nickname.

Just got back from another continent. 30+ hours of travel to get back. I'm going to have a long nap and then look over things.
That glitch character brought a thought to my head. Are we allowed to play characters who are NPCS in their games? If so, I think I know who I'm choosing for my second.

While I have no authority to make a declaration I would surmise since you are an amnesiac player trapped in the games you probably cannot any more than you could ask a current game company to play an NPC right now today.

Edit: I suddenly feel the desire to play the "Sneak King" from Burger King. He did have a video game... technically.

That guy is way too creepy.
*grins *

I'm glad I didn't go with a giant mecha. That would have been a nightmare to work in.
My general feeling is that death be final throughout save for isolated "Arenas".

After all, in most story based games, you don't actually "respawn" so as go back to a checkpoint which is further back in time. Going back in time regularly could get quite annoying.

Respawning is usually a part of multiplayer arena styled game. I feel such areas should be obviously delineated and couldprove interesting as a tactical choice like leading a dangerous monster into a Pac-Man maze where your superior mobility would be of benefit.
Name: Mirela Djuric
Gender: Female
Age: Unknown, Early 20's
Series: Assassin's Creed

Equipment
--Dagger: Mirela prefers stabbing her enemies in the back since she isn't much of a combatant
--Smoke Bombs: Capable of producing vast clouds of smoke that make people cough. These are mostly used to escape pursuit
--Stun Bombs: A bright flash of light and a horribly loud noise that staggers enemies
--Poison: Mirela can use either a poison dart to cause enemies to grow violent and attack their own allies. She also has the ability to poison people's drinks or food.

Abilities
--Acrobatic: Mirela is skilled at parkour
--Stealthy: Mirela is a skilled assassin. She can move silently, listen intently and place opponents around corners without looking and can hide in plain sight simply by making herself part of a crowd.
--Deadly: Mirela is capable of killing instantly nearly anyone she sneaks up upon by plunging her dagger into major organs or cutting vital arteries

Weaknesses
--No Armour: Mirela doesn't wear armour and lives in a fairly mundane world where there is no magic. This makes her fragile.
--Weak Combative Ability: While lethal she is a poor combatant, preferring to run and attempt to take her enemies by surprise later

Personality
Mirela is nothing short of shallow. She is something of a trollop and is greedy, manipulative and lazy.

Backstory
In the Assassin's Creed video games there is a war between Assassins and Templars that has gone on for centuries. The Assassins serve the concept of total freedom and self responsibility and the Templars attempt to serve the greater good by controlling the thoughts and deeds of mankind through manipulation. They do so through hunting ancient relics of a long lost alien civilization that predated mankind on Earth.

Mirela is a character from the 16th century. She is a gypsy but her selfishness and greed are not in keeping with their ways and most other gypsies that know her reputation despise her.

These lofty goals mean nothing to Mirela, nor does she even know about these alien artifacts. All she is interested in is money. Mirela is a Templar agent, available via the multiplayer aspect of the game. She serves the Templars by providing the organization with her collection of criminal contacts. She also swindles many poor folks of their money with false medicines and magical trinkets that do absolutely nothing.

So many secrets lost to the divisive nature of the Sith, so many more secrets lost to the ages, buried and forgotten. Vindica lamented their loss. So many techniques, so many of the old ways lost. The Sith witch floated a foot above the cold black basaltic stone floor with her legs crossed and with an octahedron floating a few inches from her outstretched fingers. The octahedron, a Sith holocron, glowed crimson, a black miasma surrounding it, one that filled one sensitive to such matters with dread and despair. It affected Vindica not. The force was raw emotion and Vindica had long mastered her fears and her despair. Still, no matter what combination of images she cast into the icon it refused to open.

Vindica grimaced, her black stained lips twisting in frustration as the octahedron rotated in the space before her, the ancient Sith runes crawling across the surface as if alive, as if trying to escape her gaze, as if keeping it's secrets for itself. She half closed her eyes, dusk painted eyelids making her skin appear that much paler. She projected rage, she projected fear of a powerful monster, she cast loneliness upon it and still nothing.

"Curse you," she muttered, allowing a moment's frustration to take her and then cast that into the holocron as well, "Open damn you."

She struggled for several minutes more, floating in mid-air, before something flashed across her senses. Her mind caught fire. An ephemeral fist clenched at her heart and she screamed. Having lost focus she fell, her buttocks slamming against the cold stone floor and she writhed in agony. The force screamed out in pain. A billion, a trillion life forces had been snuffed out and it had cleft a massive wound in the very force itself. It wasn't as if they had died. Such a thing fed the dark side. Their essences, the force of which they were made had been torn apart, torn asunder. It was as if the very galaxy had been wounded.

None of this was immediately apparent to Vindica. That would come later. All she could feel was the endless searing agony. She writhed on the floor, bare toes digging at the floor, fingers twisted into claws that sought to rend but had nothing to claw upon. She flipped over and arched her back, drumming her bare heels on the floor and screamed until she was hoarse, until she mercifully lost consciousness and if asked... she wasn't entirely certain she had stopped screaming even then.

Name: Vindica
Class: Sith Witch

Backstory: Vindica was born on an insignificant mudball of a planet. Her people were primitive and agrarian and had the misfortune of being deeply inside territory belonging to the Sith. The Sith here were worshipped as gods and all they needed do was perform a few miracles, heal the occasional person and then they could demand half of their crops.

Vindica was the daughter of a hunter. Her father teaching her how to move through the woods silently and stalk prey. Her mother making tallow from the fat of the prey he felled. On her twelfth birthday that she was taken by the gods who senses her divine nature. They would teach her their ways and make her one of them they told her parents and as reward for their "sacrifice" they gods forced the others to provide them with a palatial home.

So it came to pass that Vindica was trained in the ways of the force, only seldom returning to dwell amongst the mortals of her homeworld. She came to delight in trodding upon the week and ruling with an iron fist inside a velvet glove. Oh certainly, so long as the people obeyed she could treat them with kindness but a single spoken word against the Gods was rewarded with smiting and a righteous wrath.

Training on Korriban was the most difficult thing Vindica had ever undergone. She wasn't strong physically, nor particularly gifted with the lightsaber but her mastery of the force, especially the ephemeral. The hardest part was when the Sith had them hunting down and killing humans released onto the surface of Korriban. They were innocents, prisoners taken in various raids into Republic space but Vindica did her duty and, to her horror found she enjoyed it. She began turning the students against one another, stealing things from one room, planting them in another, started whispering false rumours which resulted in animosity. All of which she rode to a prestigious position amongst the graduates.

Vindica was never a truly great light saber wielder. Her specialties involved force abilities, particularly in twisting the mind. As a result she teamed with a much more combative student, one Aria Saal. Together they were a near unstoppable pair and rose to the very top. All was perfect until Aria escaped, sneaking about a freighter bound for Nar Shadaa. As a result Vindica was tortured to within an inch of her life. They assumed she was somehow involved. As a result, Vindica has a vicious hatred for Aria who was the source of the only true black stain on her record.

After graduation she was assigned a Darth master and served as a special agent. She helped route out rebels on various Sith worlds. Her ability to break the mind was a powerful tool to such effect, allowing her to create sleeper agents in rebellious factions. Her ability to wipe memories and implant false backgrounds into common mortals made her the ultimate spy. What rebel would argue with a comrade who swore upon his life that he knew Vindica for years and that she was trustworthy?

Personality: Vindica is Sith to the core. She's always looking for an angle, some means to advance her position with the Sith. Thus she is always looking for information she can blackmail other Sith with. She is also always looking for scapegoats in case anything goes wrong. Vindica also likes hurting people. She enjoys inflicting nightmares and filling people with irrational fear until their minds break. She also, secretly, likes being ordered about and likes being in the throes of a more powerful Sith. She, of course, would never admit this to anyone and fights this part of her own nature.

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Current Planet residence: Korriban but as a seeker of ancient force related artifacts she could be located anywhere
