Lately been having a growing interest in a MMO Isekai roleplay. Although, don't particularly want to set stuff up alone. Feel free to poke about it, or pitch something ye may have in mind!

Okie dokie have an approved draft just need to add some color
Sidnote always love character connections too, so if anyone wants to discuss that feel free. Going to make something kinda out there lol.
Will write up a draft tomorrow if I have time. Feel free to PM or some such.

Probably going to swing by and make an artificer with an automaton/golem later just as a brief heads up.
Want to double check if it's fine to make skills up, essentially?
Would this be a 1-to-1 with SAO's mechanics? Or is it more of a loose interpretation on the matter, or possibly even convinced toward being trapped in an MMO world (similar world idea) with different mechanics?
What type of region is it in terms of climate & geography?
You probably should add some things you're interested in.
Typically some story prompts/concepts are best.
Writing what Fandom or worlds you wish to explore helps.

And if you'd like to build up ideas, genres suggestions such as fantasy adventure, sci-fi, historical fiction, etc.
Can be a starting point to build off of.

That way others know what type of roleplay you're looking for and what partners best suit you accordingly.

Kit Cochrin

"Maybe a little."
Kit was a little worried over Virginia. The worry became rather clear at the mention of the 'supplements'. There was a clear brow furrow and twist of the lips in silent disapproval. Supplements or caffeine pills among other things could help stay up a little longer. But they were no real replacement for humans sleeping. Especially ones who were overworked or over-stressed to begin with.
Not a, satisfying answer to the droid.

He crossed his arms over at the mention of pay. It was good to bring up the business and such. It was just something to get 'out of the way', more or less. He still wanted to get paid of course, but it wasn't as interesting as the drop-off itself, or as much as an exciting conversation started.

Rizzo's direct thoroughness did get to the interesting bits of what the job was over. If it had been anyone else, Kit doubted they'd get any information or interesting tales for the trade.

"So a lot more subtle turf grabs coming up, and some more gangsters coming out of the woodwork too. That might spice things up for us. Already had an interesting chase tonight as it was."
Kit grinned to himself a bit.
He was listening about the Gala, and as it was being brought up. His intuition was already getting the feeling that either him, or Rizzo would be involved looking into it further. Blending in, might be harder these days if he went in with the typical 'air'. Definitely needed some careful types with him, but it should be fun to go in either way.

"Oh, I'm always on the edge or looking for excitement. This one will just be trying not to give away too much~. I'm happy to go but uh... been a while since I've caught up in corporate lingo and who's leading who as much."
Kit grinned. "Probably going to need a bit more persons called in on this one, but I'm definitely in."

REDACTED.
RP OFFICIALLY DEAD.
Siloh only grew more cheerful at Gabriel as they got flustered by the 'ghost adventuring streams'. It had been a rather fund time a couple years back, especially with Gabriel visiting and being a co-host on said streams. Truthfully Gabriel was probably an unfortunate video star of the whole mess. As Siloh would dig up some of the spookier and ghostly aspects of wherever they ended up going. Along with all manner of possibly terrifying phenomena that could possibly happen while the two wandered through haunted halls!
Rather maintaining the big smile across the typically more reserved Siloh's face.

His attention shifted back toward Kaylan and the sudden tone shift. There had been a bunch of reasons at the time of why he didn't really want to return to Kalos, or having taken off right then and there on his own to be a bit more independent. He could mention the underlying matters of why he didn't join in the league the first time. He wanted to help family, and a fear that he wouldn't achieve anything beyond his own scopes.
But there was other answers as to why now, all of a sudden.

He'd go with along with the honest option.
As it was truly what got the ball going of all things.

"I ran into a family of undead and they advised me to leave, presumably the region. Didn't think I could... really manage to encounter or capture anything that interesting, ever. Hardly thought I could really do much, definitely didn't think I could make much of... well me. But that, was a start of a turn around."
"Kinda hard to say, no, to that. And been struggling with what to do with myself for a while. Seems like a good chance to find out. Things kind of mixed together, and with all of this together on this one. Feels like we could... actually find stuff out that way. Or at least, see how far we can challenge it all."

"Once I left for Hoeen, just kinda stuck there. Since didn't want to be too far for family reasons. Didn't really have to but- but didn't think I'd do much..."
Siloh trailed off a bit.
Pausing to think things over but increasingly feeling cornered, mostly by his own thoughts.

"Well, you're here. So even if you don't want to challenge the league, you at least want to try this adventuring thing again. Probably got enough experience to keep us from getting flattened by a stray Pangoro at the least."
Siloh would take in a deep breath. He was struggling to put up the ferocity over his typical air of fading into the background.

"I'd end up haunting you all in the afterlife if that happened."
His eyes darted around, as he was getting a bit more rash and erratic. "Could hardly hold up Andre's sign. Only one who could probably tussle a Pangoro, is maybe Beau."

"Plus! Plus! if you're brave enough to challenge it once on your own and clear multiple gyms. You're likely to wipe out their entire region with everybody with ya"
"Unless of course, you'd rather see the next league Champion be someone possessed by the Great La Heire become the next Champion without getting a shot at 'em first~."

Siloh puffed up, with a fire in his eyes. Hoping to push Kaylan to a challenge.
Although, he was clearly getting out of breath as he was huffing. He would likely end up tiring out his voice and his lungs long before they even made it to a hotel. He also referenced a deceased old war general who lasted in a near century war who haunted the battlegrounds.

Kit Cochrin

Kit was elated that they the front chaser had given up. It would have been awkward having to deal with part of the windshield obscured or outright broken with a body that had gone through it! Seemed the classic bet on the weight and momentum of the vehicle was a good one.

Although he did confuse the harpoon to be the old fashioned fine, rather than a scrambler. An underestimating bit on his part. But, can't be careful about every little detail when in a middle of a dangerous chase. Especially with one's own life on the line.

"Hmm, trying to hook deep into me to scramble my systems, or giving me a good p-"
Kit would let out a small scoff followed by a snicker. "You know you make these too easy sometimes~."

"Better to repair a couple dents in a car, than a couple of dents and holes in you. Still going to grumble and moan about it later though. Maybe when we're completely sure there's no more gunshots to be had."

Kit was glad that Rizzo had made sure to scan the area once they landed. In truth, he'd just performed the drop-off and dart the hell out of dodge without securing things first. Kit wouldn't be relaxed either, but didn't have the same level of apprehension & awareness to take the cautions. Instead maintaining an active alertness to jump, gun, or run at any given moment instead. Riding the rush, rather than preparing it as often as he should.

"Mmm, really depends on what you ended up taking, hun. Considering it was just biker detail. Can't say it feels too off yet. But you'd know about getting the h-" Kit cleared his throat.
"The jump on things, better than I."

The waiting was the unsettling moments of the job.
Waiting always felt like it could mean any number of troubles, or perhaps simple background anxieties.
It also slowly killed the 'buzz' of it all, making one feel less alert or trustworthy over time depending.

That was when, Virginia arrived. An old family member, perhaps ward or employer even at times.
The surprise did register and 'buzz' through Kit's eyes upon seeing her. Not expecting her to arrive in person at least.

"Yeah, uh... a while. Maybe a few months now."
"Some annoyed bikers. Seemed pretty standard security, but didn't really eye them beyond a few blurred masses to say."

Kit would slip the chip out of the hidden port along his hip.
Before stepping over to slip it into Virginia's hand, concealing it under his other palm all the while.

"Might be a bit stupid to ask. But, have you been managing your sleep well between your cases lately? Shouldn't be going without eight hours of sleep, ya know."
A bit more of a nostalgic, and protective attitude surfaced from Kit.
