Also, since this IS a casual-to-advanced RP, I will probably do something similar to that format... It'd save me a shit ton of time.
Boss_Dude, I'm taking Russia. Would you like to take Japan, and Wernher can puppet the EU.
It means that you would be controlling them. Sort of like how your control your own nation, but slightly less involved. Like... Deciding their actions on a global stage, and internal stage, but only when others mention them.

For instance, if China wanted to attack Japan, I would PM the NPC-controller of Japan and let them know and they'd tell me how Japan would react and we'd discuss the outcome, but the controller wouldn't directly write from Japan's perspective.
As for global things out of political control, I will be throwing those at people and the world at random. :P
Wernher... It is advanced, so I feel that everyone should be able to come to agreements like adults, and I shouldn't have to hold everyone's hands... I trust everyone to make decisions on their own. :)
I'm working on a Chinese post. I also need someone to volunteer as a Russian NPC-controller, an EU controller, and a Japan. I am willing to take one of the none-EU NPCs, but I have a hefty work load, so all three is impossible for me.

My Chinese post should be up before lunch tomorrow (my time, GMT+8).
1. I have seen the depository, and all sheets are up to snuff.

2. I'll hit out some PMs soon.

3. Wernher, you and I both know, France doesn't count as a country.
I'm here and stalking the OOC. I'm curious to what the hell happened to India, Russia, and the States. Three major states without players now. Also, we have no European states. >_<

In game months or IRL months?

In game. :p
Boss_Dude, I'm allowing each nation two posts per month. :) Just try to keep about two or three posts between each of yours (i.e. don't post back to back).
