Guild Hall: Dorms
"You didn't sneak along because that would be breaking the rules." Snow stood behind the eager little girl. She had a very serious look on her face. The kind that would let Pete know she should be glad she hadn't snuck off, but she may still be in trouble just for suggesting it. Snow folded her arms and shook her head. The Guild had been taking in a lot of new members lately. In the past, they'd spend years training and honing their skills, especially if they were still just children. Now, Merlin urged them to learn the basics and then get to work. What was he afraid of?
"So, you're bored, then? Perhaps a game." Snow did her best to be as sincere as she could. Any other member of the Guild would call her out, but these new girls had no idea the kind of woman that Snow really was. A game would be the last thing on Snow's mind. She was a born hunter. She lived and breathed for the Guild with no time for games. "I've lost a trinket somewhere in the Guild. It's a small apple pendant my mother gave me."
"It's a silly, worthless thing, really." Snow leaned against the wall and kicked at the floor. She may have not been one for games, but there was a small part of her that enjoyed manipulating people. The girls get to think they're playing a little scavenger hunt and she gets some actual work done. It was a win for all. "Find it for me and I'll give you a special prize."
"You can go where you want and ask whoever for help, but be warned: some of the other members are playing to." She wagged her finger to the last words of warning as she walked back down the hall. With so many members of the Guild on her wild goose chase, she could finally get some peace and quiet. She had work to do and the less children looking for entertainment, the more she could get done before Merlin sent her to get another recruit.
