Current I'm more like a synthetic death machine alien boy cat with minor delusional worship of sophisticated stories of young murder and violent love...Issues. Lot's of issues.

Bio

'Ello folks! The name is Azena (Ah-zae-nuh). I'm a 26 year old man in EST (GMT -5, I believe). I've been role playing for over 10 years. I took a break from the Guild when I found a tabletop group to join with. I used the chance to improve my role playing and take on new concepts. Happy to report, I learned absolutely nothing! Nah, just kidding. I opened up and took on characters of different genders, orientations, and personalities. I've missed the friends I made here and am happy to be back and make some new ones as I try to track down my old ones.

I like the cooperation and connection on 1x1 RPs. Group just tend to move too fast for my frequency on this site. I at least try anything besides a modern slice of life game. I don't need to role play real life, I get more than enough of it off the computer. Tolkien Fantasy and Space Sci-Fi are sure hits with me, but I've also enjoyed apocalyptic, westerns, and modern magic.

Hm I like Kusa. Badass without seeming too powerful. Accepted. Feel free to join the games at the Guild if you want.
"Not our problem, human. You bring curse. You no pass." The goblin spat out at her as he poked her again with his sword. Felix did the best he could to stay hidden from the Goblins as they circled the wagon. The green warriors kept their eyes on the humans. The air was growing tense and the young Kato expected a fight to break out at any moment. Felix's eyes focused on the pale hand moving across the cart. In the next instant, the goblin poking Lena had a bolt in his neck and staggered back.

Ryder let the heavy crossbow fall back onto the wagon. It bounced off the wood and sort of rolled to the edge of the wagon. It was enough effort on his part and his eyes closed shut again. At best, he could listen now and that was it. The action was the only command that Nicholas needed. The wild captain lept from his seat on the wagon and threw his body across the lead goblin's. They both fell to the floor, but the goblin quickly kicked the sailor off.

"Not my brightest idea..." Nicholas drew his sword just in time to block an attack from the goblin. They locked for a moment until Nicholas pulled away. He caught a big whiff of the goblin's foul breath and couldn't stand to stay that close. "What did you eat?"

Nicholas ran in for his own attack after realizing he really didn't want to know what a goblin may feast on. The image of it devouring a carcass was difficult to keep at bay. The two attempted to break through the others attack and the goblin was winning. Nicholas developed strong arms over his years of sailing, but it still wasn't enough to maintain a direct defense against goblin strength.
Guild Hall: Dorms

"You didn't sneak along because that would be breaking the rules." Snow stood behind the eager little girl. She had a very serious look on her face. The kind that would let Pete know she should be glad she hadn't snuck off, but she may still be in trouble just for suggesting it. Snow folded her arms and shook her head. The Guild had been taking in a lot of new members lately. In the past, they'd spend years training and honing their skills, especially if they were still just children. Now, Merlin urged them to learn the basics and then get to work. What was he afraid of?

"So, you're bored, then? Perhaps a game." Snow did her best to be as sincere as she could. Any other member of the Guild would call her out, but these new girls had no idea the kind of woman that Snow really was. A game would be the last thing on Snow's mind. She was a born hunter. She lived and breathed for the Guild with no time for games. "I've lost a trinket somewhere in the Guild. It's a small apple pendant my mother gave me."

"It's a silly, worthless thing, really." Snow leaned against the wall and kicked at the floor. She may have not been one for games, but there was a small part of her that enjoyed manipulating people. The girls get to think they're playing a little scavenger hunt and she gets some actual work done. It was a win for all. "Find it for me and I'll give you a special prize."

"You can go where you want and ask whoever for help, but be warned: some of the other members are playing to." She wagged her finger to the last words of warning as she walked back down the hall. With so many members of the Guild on her wild goose chase, she could finally get some peace and quiet. She had work to do and the less children looking for entertainment, the more she could get done before Merlin sent her to get another recruit.

I just read all of the OOC posts so far, for something to do. I also noticed that the original OOC hasn't been updated with the new characters! And I would write up a reply to you, Liriia, but I have a personal disliking of do too much back-and-forth posts in a group RP. If nobody posts anything in a bit, I'll put something up.

Ya, I have some catching up to do when I get the chance. Problem is getting that time. Like I said, I eventually want to have the OOC so thoroughly set up that really other than me running some big plot, you all will really be free to interact and hunt as you please.

Which, I have next week off of school and GMing my local games so I should be able to make some headway on the OOC details

wonderlandalli has been suggesting to me for some time that I drop by and make a character here. I have some ideas for a character related to some Japanese mythology, but it can be a bit tricky when much of said mythology is loosely based on real people. Either way, if you're still looking for more, I can have something together.

That's kind of the point of this RP. We're assuming that the myths, legends, and fables are real. We're not playing them, but rather their family (ancestors, descendants). You can PM if you want to discuss some of your ideas or just put up a CS if you're pretty sure which you want to use and I'll evaluate it then.
Ah Hagura, I wasn't sure you were still with us. I didn't hear anything after i asked you to PM me. If you're still interested, you'd be teamed up with Mischief and Liriia, unless you all start jumping around on me. My ultimate goal for this is to have everything set up so well that I can let you guys loose and not have to manage everything so much.

M, that's okay as long as he didn't break his character lol
Both Mischief and Liriia are accepted.

Hmm...that gives me 5 players :/ I suppose I can create a new member as well and play with you. Balance out the teams to three and three.

Liri, feel free to introduce her how you want. Doing some work around the guild and I can have another member interact with her? I will spoil the suprise and say that Mischief is likely having Pete stowed away on the train, so maybe she and Ash are friends and Ash got dragged along. Would give an excuse for all members to be together right now.
It would be interesting, but would derail the plot I have going for him right now lol
I figured, but was just letting you all know. In case it mattered to anyone.
Felix stuck his tongue out as Lena threatened him. He was used to humans giving him a hard time. They didn't trust the Kato. Kato and humans have a long history of unrest. He stood up and turned around to check his surroundings. He wasn't sure just how far they were, but he quickly figured out that they were close enough. Felix dropped down and tried to scurry into the corner of the cart. He reached for a small sheet of cloth and tried to hide under it.

Nicholas slowed the horses down as three goblins walked on to the road. They had a dark green tint to their skin and their eyes were a similar shade. Their armor and shields appeared to be made of a dark and dense wood. Their swords, unfortunately, were still made of finely crafted steel. All three swords were drawn and pointed at the carriage.

"Out of the way, I got an injured man here!"

"You approach the kingdom of the wise Weald. Turn away if you know what's good for you, human." The middle goblin spoke with a deep and commanding voice. Under normal circumstances, Nicholas would probably be convinced enough to turn the wagon around. He urged the horses forward some and the goblins quickly surrounded the wagon. The larger of the group placed himself between Triston and the wagon while the last goblin circled around to check the back. He poked his sword at Lena.

"You, out of cart. Stand over there."
