Current I'm more like a synthetic death machine alien boy cat with minor delusional worship of sophisticated stories of young murder and violent love...Issues. Lot's of issues.

First day back in the Guild and I'm sick -.- Keep me entertained people :p

Bio

'Ello folks! The name is Azena (Ah-zae-nuh). I'm a 26 year old man in EST (GMT -5, I believe). I've been role playing for over 10 years. I took a break from the Guild when I found a tabletop group to join with. I used the chance to improve my role playing and take on new concepts. Happy to report, I learned absolutely nothing! Nah, just kidding. I opened up and took on characters of different genders, orientations, and personalities. I've missed the friends I made here and am happy to be back and make some new ones as I try to track down my old ones.

I like the cooperation and connection on 1x1 RPs. Group just tend to move too fast for my frequency on this site. I at least try anything besides a modern slice of life game. I don't need to role play real life, I get more than enough of it off the computer. Tolkien Fantasy and Space Sci-Fi are sure hits with me, but I've also enjoyed apocalyptic, westerns, and modern magic.

Got confirmation last night that Jolly is gone. We can NPC Red until that group gets back to the Guild and then let her disappear. Or Hell, I guess I'll play as her for the time being. I'll work on a post and should have one up for her tomorrow.
Snow was relieved to see that her little ploy worked. Beast shifting was usually enough to get anyone convinced, but ocassionally there was an adamant non-believer to walk inside. She stood up and looked around. Nobody had approached her about her pendant yet and she was starting to get worried. She'd have to find it herself later, but she had things to do first.

"I like to take care of things right away. So, if you're on board, I want to see what you're capable of." Snow looked around and didn't see the faces she needed in the Tavern. She turned to Marian. "Will you go find the new girls... Ash and Pete, I believe. Bring them to the courtyard. We'll meet you there."

Snow tried to be polite as possible. Ellie was always the Guild favorite and naturally talented at befriending and teaching the new students. Snow didn't really care how much she was liked, but she did need to reach these new students while Ellie was away. Snow quietly got up and made for the courtyard.

Nothing had been provided and you kept mentioning player initiative I thought it wouldn't hurt, sorry if toes were stepped on! Wanted to move the story along. If I left out something you wanted to include you could spring it on us where-ever it fits. :)

Nope, like I said no ill-feelings. Just saved me the trouble of doing it and I wanted to highlight it so we don't get three different versions of the town..

Also, sorry my posting has slowed down so much, the beginning is always the hardest for me and I'm getting more involved with school and extra-curriculars now. That's why I'm trying to work the game into being self-suffecient so all I have to do is post available contracts and let your creativity work.
Yeah, I'm back now. Site crashed when I finally had time to post last week -.-

Also, since Wonder all ready took the liberty to discribe my village (no ill-feelings), I'm going to highlight her description here and in the Contract Details for you.

It was only lacking more people, being that the small town's train station seemed to be staffed by less than a dozen men. As the smoke and steam from the stopping of the train engine faded away the town was revealed more fully before them in the fading light. There was a mixture of wooden buildings and brick buildings, but far more wood. There was a warehouse and office for the train station to their right, and a general store towards their left. She could see other signs poking out from rows of buildings down the main road from the train: a saloon, a bank which also housed a telegram service, then on the general store side of the street there was a notary public, and a courthouse with a jail that really didn't look large enough to be either of those things. It looked like the end of the road faced an Inn, with something that looked like a row of workhouses next to it. Otherwise, the other buildings seemed to be residences or storage buildings. If there was a church, it was likely to be on another street over or so where there were more residences. Eulalie figured the same would be true for the houses of anyone well-to-do.
Just finished Young Justice and been plowing through the Justice League shows so I'm craving a good superhero game and this has a twist that I like. Unfortunately, GG took my favorite character -.- so I'll have to think of someone else to use, but I'm definitely down to join this. However, I'm not a fan of Free games, so I'd have to wait to see what section you put this in.
One final bump, I guess. Mostly I'm looking for a new 1x1 game and these are just my current cravings. I'm open to your ideas as well :)

(I found this picture and it's the perfect representation of Vapor tbh)(This wasn't very important I just felt like sharing. Sorry!)

Slightly terrifying...

@Val, yes bows are primarily a hunting tool at this point. Any intention for defense and attack are used as rifles and pistols. Flintlock is coming out of mainstream and being replaced by revolvers and lever-action rifles.
Bump
Okay short and sweet here since it's just an int. Check

I've developed a few cravings from my binge watching on Netflix. I don't play canon characters, but for simplicity sake I'd use the fandom universes. So here's a few I'm craving and am looking for partners to play with.

The Guild - Mostly in The Game, not the outside social interaction. This can also sway more to the Sword Art Online storyline.

Young Justice - Really any original superhero line. I'm toying with the idea of a zombie apocalypse, low level superhero thing.

Firefly - I found out there is a tabletop game and now I have the craving to play in this universe. This is the only one I won't mind playing with canons, but would still prefer originals.

Just a few ideas and I'm open to others. I play high casual and try to post at least once a day, but may need two. I prefer playing males, but can play any especially with multiple characters.
Woody smiled at her and disappeared under the bar before he popped up with a rather unimpressive bottle. "I don't have good stuff. You get what you see." He explained to her request. This was a secret guild and he didn't make much himself. Merlin didn't pay for the booze, he did so the good stuff that Marian wanted was non-existent around the Guild tavern.

"Don't be mean, Woody. We all know you have a private store of the best." Snow condescended while she watched around the tavern. Hunters were coming and going now that the rain had stopped. Contracts were flying off the board and she felt a bit of jealousy. She had too much work to do for Merlin to take off on a long trip. She straightened up as Beast walked past and pointed at him. "If the critter isn't enough to convince you, then maybe he can."

Beast only stopped for a moment before he realized what Snow was talking about. He didn't recognize the kid next to her, he must be new. The kid was likely having trouble understanding what he got himself in to. Beast was one of the closest things to a real monster the Guild had at its disposal, so Snow often requested him to shift for that defining evidence. Beast faced the young man and let his clothes tear away as his body doubled in size and a large gorilla stood before them.
