"Yeah, we ended up falling into a trap." Chuck said. "Though we managed to get out and save all the captured Pokémon, and most of the poachers were caught, their leader, Maribel, and the twins managed to escape with the flute. We figured they'd end up needing to come here anyways to use the flute, so we headed back to finish the trials and stop them here."

Chuck followed Liam to the others and sat in a chair. "So, how did things go for you guys?" he asked.
"I'm not sure." Chuck said. "We'll need to check in with the others."
Chuck recalled his Pokémon, healed them up so they could get some rest, and swapped his team back around, prepping for the next trial.
"Yeah, let's head for the one on Poni Island, since everyone should already be there." Chuck said.
"Yeah, sure." Chuck said, handing the egg over to Liam.
"That bastard." Chuck grumbled, riding on Kite and holding the egg, having just made it out before the explosions.
Following Azriel's directions, Chuck was able to make it to the egg. Not worrying about any traps, since the building was about to explode, he just grabbed the egg and had Azriel give him directions to the nearest exit.
Chuck assisted with the evacuation of the Pokémon, Bud carrying some of the smaller Pokémon on his back, and Megumin blasting holes in the wall where it was safe to do so to ensure a quick escape before the bombs went off. When asked about the egg, Chuck said "I'll get it and hold on to it for now." He told Bud and Megumin to go with Liam and help the others escape, and had Azriel direct him to the egg.
"Then all that's left is to go after their leader and get that flute." Chuck said. "Though, by now they've probably already headed for Poni Island."
