I like god games...

Expect some descendant of Sun Wukong to appear shortly.
Right, here's the rough outline of a character. I'm sure there'll be more by the time we actually play... it's one of those tricky parts where good background elements don't always develop until you've had a chance to try something out.

They're gods in the Greek style - Ironic punishment for the creator of said object for daring to scorn the gods.

What's that, Arachne? You think you're a better weaver than Athena?
Good luck with the pet. Hope that goes well.
Don't worry, it happens. Especially when you see new posts in your subs, but don't know how for back to scroll...
Mei pauses in the entrance to her new home. This earns her a rifle-butt to the small of the back, and she falls to the bamboo-mat floor as the heavy wood door is closed behind her, and sealed with a heavy bar on the other side.

Almost everything in the cell is made of wood, or some form of plant matter. Everything that isn't is made of plastic. A camera in a plastic bubble watches her pace the room. The bed is a mat on the floor - no room to hide anything under it.

For the first time since her capture, Mei has time to herself. In Shanghai, she was under constant supervision, right up until she was loaded into the van. Then again, there's that camera... At least she can't see whoever is watching her.

So, what does she have... An empty bookcase, empty wicker basket, presumably for clothes, bed and a big door.

Nothing to be done. Mei closes her eyes, and does her best to sleep.
Everyone should read One Punch Man.

What do you mean by a roleplay based on it though? I mean, it's not like most super settings where the question is how one overcomes the challenge - we know what's going to happen, it's right there in the title. And characters aren't really defined by their powers, but by their attitudes goals and outlooks. The underlying theme is that power doesn't matter.

I guess what I'm saying is, an OPM RPG should be about a superhero doing their weekly shop.
If you wanna share, sure. If you'd rather it stayed a mystery for now that's fine too.
Hah, I was a little worried that was suddenly going to break down a whole bunch of stats... still got no idea what the difference is other than that though.

Maybe if we hit level 10 we get a new level of spells or something...
If anyone wants to approach Roberta for a reason, feel free to improvise something suitable. She might've borrowed something... or maybe made a bit of trouble... or she's shirking chores...
