I may bring in a character from an RP that seems to have died for this.
Roberta accepts the hand up, though this mostly stretches her arm until she can regain her composure. In the aftermath of the incident, abandoned machines spin from momentum, lingering shards of glass fall from overhead, and a crushed drinking fountain begins making a puddle on the floor.

"That was a bad one... hopefully he can get that under control, because I do not want to be cleaning this place up every week..."

Luckily, it seems like no-one was too badly hurt. A few bruises and cuts from the broken machinery and altered gravity, but nothing a couple of sticking plasters won't solve.

"Alright, let's see... this place needs cleaning up, but we can probably leave most of it for an electrician or mechanic... we can't exactly use it until the floor is fixed up. Let's... let's just get everyone out of here and make sure the tennis courts are set up. People who want to exercise can do it outdoors for now. Uhhh... do you guys know how a fire drill works? Get everyone who isn't injured to gather outside, make sure we haven't lost track of an invisible guy or something. I'll go turn off the power and water to this place."

With that, Roberta picks her way over the mess to a locked door marked 'Staff'. Rather than open it, she flattens herself against the ground and slides her upper body under, flicking trip switches and turning cutoff valves inside the closet.
Cheese is as legitimate an element as sand.

Though if we are limiting ourselves to actual elements, the worst would probably be one of the transuranics.

"Yeah, I ate the Un-Un fruit... I can produce atoms of Ununseptium, but if I turn into my fully element form, I decay after a few microseconds."
Roberta gives the approaching Silas a nod, and when his motivation is explained, she begins firing data at him. It's a good way to separate the posers from those who are serious, and it's a good way to cut down on the amount of work she has to do, without being accused of not doing her job.

"Right. Physio, I can do that. Sounds like you want a balanced regimen. If you spend all your time on the bikes, you won't give your whole body a workout. It's important to warm up before any exercise, stretch your muscles, and if you start to cramp stop and take a break. Now, let's get your weight and height so we can do BMI... Unless your powers mess with that?"

Before she can get an answer, however, things start rumbling, breaking and generally going wrong. She's already leaping into action, but ends up caught in a patch of intense gravity and slammed into the floor. At least she's got the physiology to handle it.

When the disturbance stops, she picks herself up, clears her head, and spots the unconscious James. As she checks to make sure he's still breathing and not bleeding, Roberta yells to the gym (her mouth stretching larger for extra volume)

"Gym closed until we fix this mess. Help out or get out! And someone give me a hand getting this guy to a doctor."
Brenda wobbles under the weight of the cannonball, and is more than happy to let one of the others take it from her. "I thought we could build a catapult and throw it back at them. Stop them sinking more ships." she explains, pointing at Countless, and adding "He can aim."

Of course, the middle of a battle is hardly the time for deep strategy discussions. Brenda can do her part to help there as well, as she grabs some bricks from the collapsed tavern and leaps atop a downed marine. At first, it looks like she's about to beat him with it, but instead Brenda yells "Mix-Mix Combine!" and lifts the marine's uniform with one hand as she brings the brick down with the other. The unfortunate soldier finds his arms restrained by a suddenly solid stone shirt, and Brenda moves on to do the same trick on more marines.
Instead of oily like grass, you could think of him as being oiled up like a wrestler and/or porn star!

And while logia are considered to be the most powerful, I can't help but wonder if there's some really bad ones out there. Like... Cheese.
Best I can tell is you just grow a hundred different small villages and towns bigger until they overlap and become a single place. And every ten or so years someone else decides how urban planning should be done, so there's no major consistency, plus you've got to work around the shape of the land, the river, the coast, listed buildings, protected views...

London is pretty crazy with those - mostly concerning St. Paul's Cathedral. And buildings are pretty small, and very expensive in the city centre.

Hwo do you get around this? Dig down! Have a new basement or three. And once you've dug it out, you've got a new problem. How to get the digger out again... I mean, your place is too small to set up ramps... and you had to take out one wall to get it in, but to send in a crane would need the upper walls and floors taken out too... and it would mean closing the street... That's really REALLY expensive..

This is why most luxury London houses have a drained, part-stripped and tarp-wrapped JCB buried in concrete under them, like a strange mechanical Pharaoh.

So to summarise how big cities work: You make it up as you go along.
Two of those 'Earth People' approach now. The first is a dark-haired woman in civilian clothes, though not Earth-Civilian. She's wearing the Kiledan style of overlapping cloths of various lengths and colours. The second is a blonde-haired woman, in her IPT suit, but rather than walk, this one floats a few feet from the ground and drifts across the distance.

"So this is our new ship, then?" asks the first, taking in the sight. She offers her hand to the group already assembled. "Xiu-Xiu Benedict. Doctor. Pleased to meet you all."

The floating woman shakes hands with the human captain present, but for the aliens she offers them their own cultural gestures, as best her biology will allow. "Angela Greene. No title needed, but back on Earth I was in law enforcement and negotiation."

Shortly after the introductions are taken care of, the two women join the assembled others in looking over the ship. "They're just finalizing the setup on my special requirements... I'm looking forward to seeing what the inside is like. Especially the medical facilities."

"Me too... it still seems a little unreal. Like... this is actually all happening."
After getting kitted out with some essentials, it's turned to evening in the city.

Mira has snagged herself some comfortable shorts and a sports top, along with running shoes and climbing gloves, and stretches her legs for the first proper run in some time. She's also picked up a home, and swapped numbers with her new companions, plus a flashlight, Swiss Army knife, and a collection of other toys. What would be the most expensive tool, if any of them cost money, is a miniature camera drone not much bigger than her phone, to follow her about and take video.

The first of these videos is being streamed on the city's Internet, as Mira begins climbing a tall building that looks like an Ancient Greek skyscraper, complete with columns and statues of the gods. She pauses on Zeus's knee to wave at the camera and catch her breath out of habit, before realising she's not even slightly exhausted.
Looks good to me. What do you think, Drew?

And that should be our six.
