Name: Russell Sparrow
Codename: Techno
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Position/duties: It is best put in his own terms, job is to "run, upgrade, invent, store, restore, research, discover the whereabout or origins of, and otherwise handle the tech" He also often works as a central coordinator for Missions with multiple locations (and is official in-house brewmaster, try the X-Ale, it's delicious)
Race: Homo-Superior
Powers: Hyper-Sensory Perception, Technopathy (The ability to communicate with machines), Technokinesis (the ability to manipulate machines with his mind), Electrokinesis and Mechanopsychometry (psychometry, but only in relation to technology, machines, and parts thereof, and only when he touches them) suspected Genius IQ: 195. (Is also extremely good-looking, makes a mean ham sandwich)
Personality: Russell has always understood machines more than living beings, they are or they aren't and often times they can become what they aren't, humans can't though, unlike his precious tech, Mutants can't either, there is no devolving his power to avoid the scathing words of bullies, nor is there anyway to take away the sadness in his father's eyes because he knew how much of a hard life his son would lead, nor enough to put the pride back into those same father's eyes, to convince him that he wasn't obsolete.....when he isn't thinking about his semi-tragic past, Russell likes people, in the same way a child likes a stovetop, they realize the great potential for good, but after being burned one too many times they're a little cautious, they're fascinating and strange, but even if he doesn't fully understand them, he has an easygoing and likeable personality, that can sometimes influence his work ethic in not so helpful ways, but most of the time it helps with his interactions. As an inventor, scientist, and Homo Sapien (superior or otherwise) he has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a boundless curiosity, which often gets him into trouble, but his great intellect and ability to improvise often prove enough to get him out of it again. Russ is also loyal, and fiercly protective of his things, friends, machine parts, etc.
Reason for Joining: Russell was asked to join several times, and it is suspected, though not confirmed, that he finally agreed because he had run out of things to do, he mentioned as well something about being on the inside of a conspiracy is a lot more fun than being on the outside.
Preferred method of using powers: Inventing, fixing, and upgrading, often he overdoes it, sometimes to detriment of those unlucky bystanding creatures (I SAID I WAS SORRY ABOUT YOUR STUPID CAT REBECCA, JEEZ, but seriously, who doesn't like Laser watches)
History: Russell actually found out about the Order REDACTED times, all through different venues, one time he hacked into an "unknown system" and chose the mind wipe, another time he found a strange device belonging to REDACTED and chose the Mind Wipe, yet another he installed a tracker in REDACTED's motorcycle, and it lead him to the Order's headquarter's and chose the mind wipe, but it wasn't until The Order came to him that he finally joined up, he was approached and asked to stop Blackmailing REDACTED as it would put the mutant community in a bad light, not to mention fully embarress REDACTED and REDACTED. After that he chose to join up, quickly moving through the ranks. Other than that Russell doesn't talk about his past much, but with his power came consequences, mostly in the form of the appearence of strange markings covering his body that seem like just tattooes or scars normally, but these markings, as well as his eyes, glow with an unsettling red light when using his abilities, making him somewhat of an eyesore to people who aren't mutant-friendly, often leading to him being bullied in school, which often lead to him fighting in school, Russel also had the unfortunate pleasure of being raised by an ultra-conservative mutant-hating mother and has issues with his father, not to mention some of his ex-employers, though digging up every little secret your employers have will do that sometimes. So he retreated into himself, living out of his car for awhile and then, realizing he could simply take it, hotels, villas, other expensive places, life became good for a genius hacker with nothing to do, so he began exploring his world, finding The Order several times and finally joining, quickly moving up through the ranks and become a very valuable asset.
