Personality: Kimberly is often described as a very analytical and meticulous person. Kimberly isn't one to be shy about using her intelligence, and doesn't not shy away from giving her input or thoughts on situations she feels she can weigh in on. However, Kimberly can also be frustrated very easily, as she often believes that she's right and the insistence of a blatantly wrong opinion or suggestion will frustrate her. Kimberly is also a very affectionate person, giving those that she loves the utmost amount of affection that she possibly can.
History: Born to John and Caroline Rossi, Kimberly is the fifth out of ten children to the couple. Her upbringing was very similar to Athena's, only that Kimberly had aspirations headed in an entirely different direction. Growing up, Kimberly was very particular to the sport of basketball, having grown up watching the likes of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant on her TV. However, cars were also a very prominent interest of Kimberly's, following her father around whenever he started to work on his cars and enjoying herself during car rides.
As she grew up, Kimberly had turned out to be an extraordinarily talented basketball player. Playing point guard for her high school team, Kimberly had eventually earned a full-ride scholarship to the prestigious Stanford University after putting up constant dominant performances and carrying her team to three state championships. There, she declared her major as a Mechanical Engineer. From there, Kimberly was a superstar in the college basketball world, being compared to the likes of Kobe Bryant as she tore it up in college, and trailblazing the Rossi name into different sports.
However, Kimberly's career as a basketball player had come to an abrupt end, as she announced her decision to not pursue basketball at the professional level, citing that she didn't think there was much for her to do there. Instead, Kimberly had shifted her focus toward cars, an interest that she had been neglecting for far too long. Kimberly was also known for her love of cars, but it was overshadowed by her focus on basketball. It wasn't even a day after she got her license, before she got a ticket for speeding in her parents' car. Fresh out of college, Kimberly had decided to enter the racing world, by purchasing herself a Subaru Impreza WRX STi, modifying it rather significantly.
From there, Kimberly racked up a bunch of wins and money in her street racing endeavors - to the point where she figured she could afford an upgrade. Going through some hoops and pulling some strings, Kimberly eventually got her hands on a 2002 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II Nur. One day, along the way to a track day at Willow Springs, she encountered a person driving a BMW M3 GTS, who would later turn out to be her now-husband, Ross Hartley. It didn't take long for the two's relationship to blossom, and the two soon took a trip to Japan together in their street racing adventures. However, it was discovered in their hotel room there, that Kimberly was pregnant with their child. Knowing that, Kimberly and Ross had decided to get as much street racing as they could in, before Kimberly could no longer race safely anymore.
After a race in Europe, Kimberly and Ross had settled down in Scotland momentarily to have their first daughter, Mia Hartley, before returning to Los Angeles to presumably settle down. However, the home life had grown to be too stagnant for both Ross and Kimberly, prompting them to return to the lifestyle that brought them together not too much later after they had their daughter. The two took trips every now and then to race in other locations, including Abu Dhabi and London.
After a race in Los Angeles, Kimberly and Ross were requested to act as couriers to deliver something for a shady figure. The purse attached was way too big for Kimberly and Ross to turn down, and as a result, the two were in Las Vegas, ready to do their job. Unfortunately, their job had took a sour turn rather quickly, with Kimberly being involved in a rather serious crash that nearly took her life. It was there where it was discovered that Kimberly was pregnant once again, and that whatever strings had them tied up had to be dealt with once and for all.
Following those events, and the birth of her second daughter, Monica, Kimberly had decided to abandon the lifestyle that brought her and her husband together. The near death experience had feared Kimberly too much to even risk it again. After rescinding her involvement in the lifestyle, Kimberly found a job with a tuning firm as a head engineer, settling down to raise her family, which was growing larger with the arrival of their son, Alexander.
Eventually, Kimberly was approached with an offer that was much, much, much too enticing for her to turn down. Another Formula 1 team was starting up in the United States, and Kimberly had been asked to become the principal of the team because of her expertise in this field, as well as the youth she brought to the otherwise older selection of team principals. Today, Kimberly Rossi is the team principal for Castrol Valkyrie Racing, and oversees many aspects of the team to make them as competitive as they can be.
