Unfortunately, Avery had totally forgotten about the dance and skipped most of Friday. Without Wilhelm to supervise her, since he was out on a hunting trip she raided his mini fridge. The man was an alcoholic, and frankly she didn't blame him. Then, in her drunken hysteria she remembered. Clumsily she slapped on some jeans, a white shirt and one of Wilhelm's coats which were completely huge on her. She arrived at the school, bounding into the gym screaming "Shit, did I miss it?!"
