Origin Story: Son of a local doctor on an unknown island, Elliot worked as his assistant as soon as he was able to walk and when he was 22 he handle a few of patients when his father wasn't available. Life was good for Elliot, the people of the island didn't get sick enough to overwhelm both of them, the pay was good and the future was generally bright but the tranquility of his life bored Elliot to no end, every day he did the same thing he did yesterday with the monotony of his life was driving him mad.

His opportunity to escape that kind of life came when the pirate gang “Ignis” came to his island looking for loot and when they did not find enough money were prepared to raze the whole village to the ground. Elliot approached the captain and with all the courage he could muster asked the captain to take him instead of destroying the village offering his qualities as a doctor.

Elliot was accepted reluctantly by the captain which admitted that their previous doctor had died a few battles ago and that no other man in the crew knew how to mend wounds and that is the beginning of Elliot´s pirate life. Many battles were fought aboard the Ignis with Elliot barely participating in them instead he concentrated on patching up injuries and putting their wounded men on fighting condition, little by little his reputation went from dirt to a true member of the crew.

But everything has an end and Elliot learned one fateful night after being with the ignis crew for three years, that night after pillaging a nearby marine base the captain and the rest of the crew came to the ship, with many treasure chests, their incursion on the base was a success and they had enough money to upgrade the ship to something that can withstand the grand line.

All of the crew was celebrating their success when a “BOOM” was heard across the ship. In their celebration they hadn't noticed the marines sneaking upon them or that was what everyone thought a first, with the next idea on everyone's mind was that someone had snitched them to the marines. In the next moment chaos began on the Ignis ship with members of the crew fighting among themselves and more booms were heard in the distance as the marines started getting closer. Not wanting to get executed Elliot grabbed one of the stolen treasure chests and jumped unto the sea, holding the chest as a lifesaver.

He would eventually drift into a desert island where he would open the chest and see that it had a devil fruit inside that he could sell for a good amount of money and restart his pirating career. Sadly the lack of food on the island coupled with his inability to wait made him eat the fruit just three days after arriving on the island, he would be found two days later by the Dawn Seeker where after hitting himself repeatedly in the head for not waiting more, offered his services as a devil fruit user and a medic.

Skills/Abilities: Despite not being officially a medic, Elliot has been the assistant of one from his childhood and worked as one for 3 years specializing on herbology, using local herbs to cure common illnesses like water salt poisoning, infections and sea sickness and identifying poisonous and edible fruits.

Ban-Ban Fruit: It grants him the ability to turn parts of his body into bandages and control them as extra limbs. The bandages can appear from any part of his body making him capable of partially transform parts of himself to avoid attacks. Each bandage has the same strength of one of his arms, which isn't much since Elliot isn't a fighter, but with multiple bandages he can manage to fend himself in case of danger and use multiple limbs in surgeries. A thing to take in mind if the extension, which is inversely proportional to its durability, its current range is 15 m before it breaks.

On the weakness it has the most important is liquids, the bandages will get heavier and more difficult to control, which makes it difficult to fight against enemies with water related powers or in the rain. Another weakness is that it is highly susceptible to fire, it spreads quickly and the only way to stop it would be submerging the bandage in water which would make it useless or cutting it off in which depending on how what part of the body was transformed and how much of it was transformed, cutting it off could be fatal or a mere loss of mass..

Personality: William is a very serious person, not bothering to talk when he feels it's not necessary or he is not ordered to do so, even so William has a firm belief that all gifted have the duty to help the ones who don't have powers and is willing to act when he sees someone abusing their powers. William often sees things in black and white which combined which makes him a little easy to manipulate.

William can transform at will into a demonic creature with 8 shields in the shape of coffins appearing on his back. The transformation gives a boost on his strength, speed and durability; making him capable of leaping tall buildings with ease, his shields are durable enough that anything short of hunting rifles and more powerful weapons will only scratch them and his speed goes up to a limit of 100 mph but he can barely recognize his surroundings at that point which makes it difficult for him to move.

The shields he has are all connected by one chain that is bolted on his two shoulders, which William can use to control his shields with the disadvantage that the shields can be cumbersome and difficult to control at times. The shields have a range of 4 meters before the chain meets its limit.

The influx of refugees from the main cities of England to rural places had attracted powered individuals to the area, some of which left their cursed monsters to roam the land, changing the local environment drastically. With the whole world in chaos the citizens over the region realized that no army was going to save them and that they would have to fight back with their own powers.

In William's village gifted people with offensive powers would be the ones who would deal with summons and hostile gifted in their area with some non offensive gifted as backup. The ones that had more defensive or support powers were either supporting the offensive gifted or put to work in the fields with other normal people. Each gifted was drilled on his head three things: To never use his powers for personal benefit, to protect the defenseless and to obey their superiors. The end result would be a group of highly obedient powered individuals ready to serve the people. William would join them at 13 years old once his powers awakened and was placed on the offensive types where his job consisted on patrolling the village in search of hostile summons and the occasional gifted that wanted to burn it all to the ground.

After some time Britain had reached a sense of stability and the cities and villages around the country began to reconnect, each with its own method of dealing with gifted, either by treating them as weapons, masters of the human race or execute them as soon as one was discovered to be a gifted. Obviously this differences in ideologies would cause and still causes lots of problems but Britain achieved what few countries had done and maintained its government, it was weak and almost collapsing but they had avoided total anarchy.

At this time William and many others of his village had joined the army where they received formal training and military equipment. Unfortunately even with those things and many more gifted ready to defend the country they still had trouble protecting the nation, relying on the trade with Mudin to fund their expenses which proved difficult to do when their boats were constantly attacked and pillaged. In an effort to improve the British government sent some of their young gifted soldiers to Mudin where they would work in the military police for a year. William and the other soldiers arrived in Mudin just in time for the 35th anniversary of Mundin.

Specialties: -training on basic markmanship and CQC but he doesnt have much experience with it.

Gotham city, Midtown west

"While there is a possibility of a supervillian doing this, its almost impossible, based on the clues that the voice said the bomb is possibly on one of the gangs hideouts so it could be a man that had ties to the mafia or a gang, tell your men to detain men suspected of gang activity and ask them about their hideouts and bases location, if they dont comply threaten them with not letting them go till the bomb goes off, they will probably care more for their life than loyalty to their bosses. Contentrate your effort on finding the hideouts and bases, searching every building is futile" Hayato paused and grabbed the Policeman arms "If we play our cards right we can come out alive of this, show this city that the GCPD can handle cases like this without the Bat"

After saying this Hayato took off, the situation was really grim and both of them couldnt afford to waste precious time, now he had to initiate a search of his own too. Finding a gang member didnt took as long as he tought it would, running a few meters from were he met the policeman Hayato found two men fist fighting in the middle of the street. One of them had his jaw covered by a orange bandana, had an orange cap and oversized jeans and shirt, the other man instead wore his bandana on his head, which was blue in color and a pair of sunglasses on his head. Hayato ran to them and stopped their fight, using his strenght he grabbed the one with the blue bandana by the collar and kicked the other one on his knee; causing him to fall on the floor where Hayato stepped on the man´s arm, with not enough force to break bones of cause extreme pain but enough so that it would be difficult to break free from it. "Since you werent in any hurry of escaping, I decided to use the time we have left to do better things than fight amognts ourselves, so if you dont want to die here with me I need you to ask me some questions"

"The city really has gone mad without the bat, at least this gives me a chance of finding the two men who were in Lexcorp” Hayato murmured to himself. Taking into account the three areas locations with his position, the number of people in them and the chaos that will be after the announcement. Hayato decided that he one most suitable to him to act on was the Midtown West, the penitentiary had high security which raises the chances of finding the bomb and if that isn't enough the villains who are there will probably fear for their lives enough that they will try to look for the bombs themselves; and Uptown Gotham was too far away from his position for him to arrive in time to look for a bomb. In contrast Midtown West was the closest to him and while the number of people, more specifically gangsters and thieves were a problem, it was nothing Hayato couldn't handle.

The people around him were in a state of shock, some looking blankly at the television that was now on their usual programming, other with phones in their hands and others continuing their normal routine acting like they didn't saw anything. It was obvious that chaos was moments away and Hayato decided to use those precious minutes or even seconds to gain a head start before Gotham falling into Anarchy. Hayato quickly got a hold of his motorcycle, turned on the motor and began speeding to the Midtown West, ignoring traffic laws that in a few moments every concerned citizen will probably break too. Once halfway to his destination, Hayato transformed since he could afford to be attacked by a thug taking advantage to the situation or a citizen trying to escape his home. Remembering the words the voice said about Midtown West, the bomb was propably in one of the Gangs or the Mob hideouts, and once he arrived there was a fair chance that he would have to obtain that information by force.
