Call dibs on Mjölnir. Are we limited to mythological weapons or can we have mythological clothing as well?

All mythological objects are allowed, however, a character can only have ONE object. For example, if you chose the Golden Fleece, that will be your item the whole rp.

I would be interested in this as well. If possible I would like to reserve a character who is perhaps already deeply involved in fighting the darkness. Happy to have him be an exposition machine as well as explain to the characters motivation and background. Would also be requesting that my characters relic be combat gauntlets for his arms and legs.

The New Heroes

A darkness has risen, causing many strange and unusual events to occur all around the world. This has caused both panic and terror to thousands of people. Most of them are thinking that this is the armageddon, others say that it was the final effect of climate change. But not for us. We can see clearly what is happening. To some of us, it may seem paranormal, to others, it may seem like some kind of weird scientific events. But we do know that all of it is real. If only someone knew what was truly happening and explain to the world... The descendants of the great heroes of myths and legends such as the mighty warrior Perseus, the Argonaut Jason, the King Arthur, and many more, are the only hope of the world ever since the old Order of The Sentries disappeared along with all of its members. Or did it...

The Sentries - Individuals who can tap into the powers of ancient relics, and use them to protect the world from any dangers. They are also said to be descendants of the great heroes of old. Ancient Relics - Objects, but usually weapons embedded or sometimes made of magic. Examples of such are the Kusanagi, the Durandal, etc. Using Ancient Relics - A sentry is bound to have one relic only, which he will use until his last breath. Though these relics possess great power, it does not necessarily mean one is unbeatable. A veteran Sentry would be able to use the full utility of a relic, but a mere new one would have just a small piece of boost. In order to use these relics, the owners would either whisper, murmur or scream the name of what relic they have.

I will allow custom-made relics, provided that you, the creator, give me a brief description on its abilties and historical significance. This can be done by anyeans, but I prefer you to send it to me via pm. Now as for the powers of these relics, all of them seems to be very strong, right? That is fine, however, all of us will begin with no access to its strength, which then will be earned and grows the more we go deeper in the rp. I will be anouncing events on how one could gain access to more powers of one's relics. Remember, you CANNOT gain access without my consent. I would like to have a fair play with the others.

Tl;dr - The world is in danger, with many unusual events happening everywhere. Normal people assumed this was the end of the world. Only you, a group of individuals, can see the truth about this, and are capable of stopping it. Why can we see the "truth?"
