Ted was ready to catch something. The excitement could be felt and seen in the air, even Snips was sitting instead of laying on top of his head. Flora was going to demonstrate hoe to catch pokemon and Ted needed to be ready, he was ready to get one of his own.

100 after the death of the Quincy Blood War, the Gotei 13 is in disarray, with no clear leaders and everyone still trying the fix the destruction from the battle peole will have to start to step forward and become leaders. He only remaing suviors from the was are Captain Ichigo Kurosaki of the Squad 13th and Captain Shinji Hirako of the Squad 5th. Everyone else is dead or missing, and the Soul Society is in shambles and instead of squads there are just rag tag groups taking orders from the two standing divisions left. The Centeral 46 is just now getting reorganized and will start to name new captians and a captian-commander. The status of the Soul Kings palace and the Soul King himself are unknown, the only thing that is known is that the royal guard closed off all access to the palace.

The Wandenreich are no different. With Yhwach gone, and the Sternritter scattered to the wind they had to run. Jugram Haschwalth is now the Emperor but no one knows how he obtained the Letter "A". Due to the previous war the "Shadow Realm" no longer exist and now all the remaining quincys returned to Lichtreich. The Epithet have been scattered and Haschwalth has called them forth to being the "Wiedergeburt" or rebirth of Wandenreich. Despite the conditions they are in the quincys have kept their hold on Hueco Mundo and still use Arrancar to fill their ranks.

But in a mass of confusion and hard times a new threat has arisen from the depths of hell. This group known as the Hell Guard has appeared with the purpose to set the "balance" back in order. Their leader who's goes by Beelzebub has ordered a "cleansing of the old and fallen". This group has started to kill off Shinigami and Quincy alike whenever they go outside of the territorial lines. No one knows what their plan is or if they pose any real threat, but with new leaders and a possible alliance the world might seem brighter.

Although he has a nack for organization and dealing with people, he can be critical when it comes down to not having things his way. Richard is the type to set things a certain way and then notice and complain when someone has moved them. Biography: Richard Steven O'Donell was born in San Francisco during a wet season in November. His father was a accountant and his mother a math teacher. Essentially he had a white picket fence childhood; he was an only child, his parents were religious, and they lived comfortably.

His father was your traditional jock in high school, he grew up in three different environments; sports, religion, and education. He was a stern man and had the mentality that all boys should be out playing sports and getting into trouble while the girls stay at home and learn about those types of things. So he tried to get Richard into every sport out there, but he found that he was only good at two things: running and fighting. So he got Richard into cross country and track, and wrestling (among other martial arts).

Richard's mother on the other hand was not as strict and inflexible. She knew that Richard hated playing sports so to guve her son some motivation she said for every match and meet he did well in she would buy him a new game and keep him up to date on the latest consoles. Soon after he started to apply himself and found that he actually like the sports.

The death of his parents came on one night they were driving home from a cross country meet. Richard had givem up halfway through the run and his father noticed. The whole ride home the man was chewing him out, like a fresh piece of meat. Soon he got so mad that his driving started to get affected. He swerved to correct a mistake and endedup flipping the car a few times into a ditch on the side of the road. Now while his parents were trapped, Richard crawled out and tried to use his phone to call the police but before they arrived the car exploded, kill his only two loved ones inside.

While at the hospital, Richard met Mr.Forbes who offered to adopt him after hearing his story from the officer.

Name: Marc Decker

Power/mutation: Marc can create, shape and manipulate fire. He has only been able to generate fire but his control is lacking.

Medical Consideration: His powers are tied into his emotions. So when his emotions spike so do the elements. His fires get more intense with his emotions.

Personality: Marc is a pretty chill guy. He tries to guve off giid vibes and he hates conflict. Marc is the type to be friendly to eveyone. He is a lazy person, simply because he does not like work.

History: Marc was 11 when his powers began to manifest. He grew up on a farm with his grandparents, tending to the animals and taking care of the livestock. He noticed the affect of his powers one day when he woke up extra sleepy. He hated waking up so early and having to deal with the smelly animals. He went to tend to the cows that morning, in a nasty mood, and the cow had pooped while he was milking it, and he got so mad that it bust into flames. But his anger did not stop there, soon the other cows were on fire and then the whole barn. Once the fire stopped the only thing left were ashes and hamburgers. Afterwards his grandparents sent him to the institute to learn how to contol his powers.

Equipment: He has a stress ball to help control his anger. He also tries to get clothes resistant to fire. He aslo has this fire blamket in his bag at all times.
