Prophecy of the Vandross War

Once upon a time, the Tavasi Empire, and the Vandross Kingdom were at war. Thousands died in the brutal battles that took place between the two nations. So the two Rulers came together, and split the lands between the two nations, deciding that peace was the better course of action than slaughtering each other. This peace was further upheld by a enormous wall built along the border between the two nations, but as all things peace never lasts. Emperor Aldorf secretly seethed with rage of not taking over Vandross, not controlling all the land as he knew it, and his Wife Faya only stoked the fires of his wrath. This would bring about a dark age for Tavasi as Aldorf began to experiment in demonology.

The wall built to keep to keep the two nations at peace, would prove to be largest Vandrosi weakness, unable to observe their neighbors, they would never able to witness the growing forces that were building tent cities so close to the borders. When the Tavasi invasion came, the Vandrossi were completely unprepared, their borders being pushed further, and further back, the Generals of Emperor Aldorf seemingly unstoppable, their soldiers fighting as if from hell itself. The Vandrossi were eventaully able to mount a suitable defense, and slow the Tavasi push into the nation, but it was only a matter of time before they'd be overpowered, and destroyed.

King Helmund looked to his advisors for help, for any idea that might save them, and the presented him with the Prophecy that the Oracle had recited. With this new knowledge Helmund sent many warriors across the lands to find the weapons of infinity, the entire time searching for young warriors that would be tested to wield them. After a year of searching, and holding the Tavasi Forces back, he finally had all of them gathered together. Now he tests young men, and women to see who will be the warriors of Infinity.

This RP will revolve around the Heros of Infinity, and their quest to destroy the leaders of Tavasi and save Vandross from a horrible fate. There will only be 4 warriors of infinity though, and any players that do not have a place on the infinity list will have to play other elite warriors that are simply accompanying the Warriors of Infinity. Vandross is a multi-cultural, multi-racial nation, with plenty of exotic species, and combat styles, so the variety players will be able to give their characters will be expansive! The only thing I would request is no giant races, and that they should be humanoid. Well This is my first Interest check! Likely to be my first RP on RPG. So let's see what happens!
