National Religion: Chavarrían. The prophet is the king, and the gods his father and his father and his father and so on. Whenever a king dies, he ascends and becomes a deity. Thankfully, the nation is young and no king has ascended yet - meaning there is no god. Yet. 100% of the population are Chavarriáns according to official statistics.
Population: 2.2M
Geography: Long stretches of white, sandy beaches at which the major cities are located, complete with a vast array of casinos and other gambling dens and clubs. Further inland the beaches give way to lush djungle forests and fields with few lakes and mountains aside from the one, big-ass mountain smack in the middle of Lassau; el Grande Pico (the Great Peak).

Languages: Spanish (63%), Portuguese (17%), Lassi (5%), English (5%), other (10%)
Ethnicities: Hispanic (60%), Caucasian (24%), African (10%), other (6%)
Religions: Chavarrían (100%), officially. More accurate estimates put Chavarrían at about 40%, Catholics at 17%, indigenous religions at 30% and others at 13%.
