@Lmpkio Well done on Ezekiel. I have to ask in regards to his guns though, is the Charging necessary? I imagine you added it as a means to balance the variety of his arsenal, but there are other ways to go about it. He's accepted, regardless, but we may wanna have a chat in regards to that 'cause I think we can work something else out.
@hatakekuro Huangdi is accepted. I'll need to message you about Xia, because I have an idea.
Here is one of the first NPC's for the Guild! Our ships Navigator/Intelligence agent.

Personality
Mona is a particularly driven young lady. Having suffered much at the hand of the Librarium, even at her young age, she possesses a hardened resolve forged through a childhood wrought with oppression and tragedy. A rebel at heart, Mona is always eager to do her part in the fight against the Librarium. Not the easiest person to get along with, Mona tends to speak her mind and is known for her bluntness. She doesn't mean to offend, but as a perfectionist she simply cannot stand incompetence. Whether you love her or hate her, none can deny that Mona is an integral part of the crew. Her sharp wit and knack for stratagem rival even the most learned of men. It is her unique perspective that often times makes or breaks a mission.
She can be quite difficult to work with, given her tendency to try and control every facet of a task. To say nothing of the word lashing you receive if you dare question her reasoning. She can be worn down and made to concede, usually via a stern word from the captain, but the process is grueling. Mona has more respect for the captain than she does for anyone else in the world. Not known to be one for violence, even Mona would raise a blade against those who would speak poorly of the man she pledged herself to. Cloud Chasers is her home, and even though she rarely shows it, she cares deeply for those who would be considered her family.
“I love it when a plan comes together!”

Mona's tale is not dissimilar to many children like her. Ramona was born of Wildland parents wishing to migrate into the floating paradise of Pandora's Hierarchical Realms. They wanted their daughter to receive a better education and have a higher standard of living. The family settled in the 7th Hierarchical Realm of Y'Shtola. They lived in a small settlement where most of the residents had a job working for the local mill. The work was hard, and the pay little, but Mona's parents soldiered on to provide.
Unfortunately there were those in the village who held certain prejudices against Wildland folk that made life very difficult for Mona and her family. Mona doesn't like to talk about what happened two years after they settled into their new home. Due to the heinous actions of a few ignorant individuals filled with hate, Mona lost her parents. The Librarium turned a blind eye to Mona. There were countless Wildland orphans; a drain on Pandora's resources, Mona would often hear the Cleric Knights say. She heard a lot while living on the streets. When people treat you like you don't exist, they tend not to bother maintaining the charade of their everyday life. Mona came to understand the power of secrets, using them to her advantage. She traded knowledge for food; Cleric Knights, Sky Pirates, Rivalling Gangs - she had information on all of them. She thought her work from the shadows was inconspicuous. She was wrong. There was someone keeping an eye on her.
When the Captain of the infamous Cloud Chasers approached Mona and offered her a place among his crew, she was skeptical. Yet she accepted anyway. It was better to live as a rebel than die as a lonely, hungry nobody on the streets. And so, Mona joined the Chasers and began to develop her magic. She has proven to be a most useful addition to the team, coming into her own as the Airships Navigator and right hand of the Captain.

Archive: Infiltrator | Mona's magic acts as a seemingly infinite storage system for intelligence and data. Functioning not dissimilar to a computer, Mona is able to record and log data on anything she can observe. When needed, she is able to call upon that information with the click of a button. She may manifest panels to broadcast this intelligence to others, or simply 'transfer' it directly into their minds. This can similarly be used as a long ranged communication method, linking several people together over great distances. Information gathered on certain Magics also allows Mona to transfer knowledge on Spells to other Mages, granting them the ability to temporarily make use of said Magics even with no prior training. To do so is quite a lengthy and taxing process, and Mona must first have logged information on the desired Spell.
Additionally, Mona has also developed her Archive Magic with 'Infiltrator' properties. She is able to hack into other, similar, magical database systems and retrieve information directly from them. This can also be used to gain influence over certain, magical technologies employed by both the Pirates and the Librarium.
Alex is a bit of a loose cannon. Unpredictable, brash and dangerous to himself and everyone else around him. The perfect person to be the on board medic of the Cloud Chasers. Despite his self destructive tendencies, violent outbursts and otherwise poor attitude; there's no one else on board as qualified as he when it comes to pharmaceuticals. Alex is actually a lot smarter than he lets on, but much prefers his own company. He doesn't even really like his role as a medic, but he is not so naive to think he doesn't have to earn his keep like the rest of the crew.
Make no mistake, Alex only cares about Alex. He does the bare minimum around the ship, not even that some days. When push comes to shove, he does buckle down and set his head straight. He might require a few drinks beforehand to do so, but pirates don't really get to be fussy with who is patching them up. Most of the crew is reluctant to go and see him, even when they fall ill. Alex's reputation as a bit of a mad chemist has followed him all the way into the Free Skies. Not that he minds. Less patients means more time to nap.
“Ain't enough grog in the 'ole Free Skies for me to drown out this nonsense.”

Alex made his mark upon the world when he decided those pesky health regulations and policies were just too much of a hindrance for his work. Expelled from Haven's School of Alchemy for what could only be described as 'Gross negligence', Alex became a laughing stock in his field. Wherever he went, no one was willing to offer him work. He turned to a life of alcohol, drugs and violence, growing to resent the Librarium for suppressing his genius.
The choice to become a Sky Pirate was an easy one. If he was going to sit around all day drinking, may as well get back at the Librarium while he was at it. He originally joined up with a Rogue Guild named Gorgon's Eyes, but found the pillaging of defenseless Librarium citizens to be quite distasteful. So he absconded their airship in a small balloon, but not before leaving them a little present. Needless to say, Gorgon's Eye wasn't going to be a problem anymore. After a few days he managed to get in contact with the Chasers, and that was that.

Mutagen Chemist | Alex is well versed in the art of potion crafting. His magic allows him to summon all manner of vile concoctions of his own recipes. Primarily, he creates various medicines and elixirs for the Guild members. His true talents, however, lie in the realm of potent mutagens that greatly enhance the power of those who consume them. Sometimes these boons come at a cost, though. Few are brave enough to stomach one of Alex's tonics.
This is a slightly refined version of the lizardmen race that I wrote for in the old thread.
The lizardmen can be traced back thousands of years ago, having evolved from a common lizard-like ancestor. Initially they were a primitive race that were found deep within the jungles below the floating islands. They lived in war-based tribal communities, enhancing their focus on fighting techniques and styles. Each tribe had a signature style of combat and weaponry that made them unique from each other. At that point in time most didn't even wield magic, except for their local shaman who used it to heal others. Some tribes even made alliances with other tribes to take down other rival tribes or to face a common over-looming threat. They also had an annual celebration known as Vishia, where every tribe, rival or friendly, would congregate in a sacred spot and spend the entire day at peace with one another, only to go back to their own ways the next day.
After centuries being divided amongst themselves, the clans were eventually united by a single leader. They were united without bloodshed or violence... but ultimately by peace. Known simply in legends as Shalamandurah, or "The Peacemaker", this lizardman hated the violence that occurred between the rivaling tribes and sought to bring total peace and harmony through the clans. He created a peaceful movement that supported the cause of a united and peaceful civilization. Initially, they were laughed and frowned upon, being seen as an act of defile against their own tradition. Several tribes attempted to kill them off outright, yet Shalamandurah and his movement prevailed. Through examples and non-violent protests, the Peacemaker's movement gradually recruited more believers, eventually creating the first major religion to be presented in the Lizardmen tribes. These followers came from every tribe around, many being rivals to the Peacemaker's own, yet here they all had a common goal and belief. Eventually, the Peacemaker united the clans and formed the city of Kreedieth, the first unified city to be created by the lizardmen. A statue of the Peacemaker was erected in the middle of the city, where it still lies to this day.
The founding of Kreedieth started the golden age for the lizardmen race. For hundreds of years they dominated the jungles of Pandora, creating a peaceful society. They even began to advance in their technologies and began focusing on refining in magic. Magic soon became to be a major factor in their society, from powering machines, to advancement in medical practices. Yet before they could expand to the islands above... they vanished. This mysterious phenomenon virtually wiped them out of existence. Kreedieth was left abandoned, as were the other minor villages around, overtaken by nature once again. No signs of bloodshed could be seen nor were there records of any sickness. The lizardmen race would not be heard from again for another thousand years or so...
And when they were found, they were still thriving. Their technology was at the same development as the humans of Pandora and they were thriving in a city, in one of the distant islands, known as Jafara City. And what's more, several smaller towns and villages were eventually seen dotted across the other islands. How they were able to live under the radar so long is still a mystery. Not even the inhabitants could explain, or so they claimed.
Initially, the lizardmen were treated with valiant respect and were good trading partners with the Librarium. But after the War of the Faiths, with Archbishop Xavier taking the crown, most of the lizardmen were enslaved in the more corrupted towns. Their massive bulk and power, along with their dexterity and durability, provided exceptional attributes in slave labor especially in their massive construction projects. Only the most wealthy of the race, or those having lived in the less-corrupted cities, were spared from this grueling work. Some of them even joined the Librarium's army as their last resort to escape the gruesome workload, yet most found themselves under attack by heavy racism. Most of the lizards began to resent their once reliable allies...
The lizardmen are essentially tall anthropomorphic lizards. They are covered in thick scales, coming in an assortment of different colors, many sporting horns on their heads, as spines running down their back, claws both on their hands and toes, and they all sport a tail. Their underbelly is often a light tan-color, or white for some breeds. They often wear robes made of plant-like fiber, or silk for more expensive clothing. They're portrayed as slightly taller than the humans, with some lizards reportedly being 6'6" tall in some cases.
In Pandora, it is commonly believed that the first storm of the wet season is a harbinger of misfortune. During the rainy months, the skies are treacherous to both Sky Pirate and Library Hunter alike. Ferocious winds and crushing hailstorms batter down upon unprepared sailors, ripping their ships apart. To say nothing of the flying monstrosities that take full advantage of the Realms lack of aerial defense, opportunistic as they are.
The storm is a daunting reminder to Pandora’s people of the ever looming danger at their doorstep, as well as the fragility of peace.
Even the crew of the Cloud Chasers, as brave as they are, cannot help feel unnerved by the arrival of the storm. It sprang to life with little warning, on the eve of a mission of great importance. The superstitious few on board try to ignore the crippling dread that accompanies the sound of heavy rain as they prepare for Operation Sky Heist.
