Hello Rexblades, welcome to the guild!
The plasma fire being returned to him by some sort of human with magical abilities quickly deactivated Reza's shield. Upon realizing a plasma grenade laid at his feet, when Khazo called it out, Reza dropped one of his plasma rifles as he lept up. While doing so, the magical human fired a red laser of some kind at him, hitting him in the side. Reza managed to avoid the blast of the first grenade, the second grenade however, thrown by the second demon, shredded Reza's foot as it barely hung over the breach in the floor. Reza roared in pain as he noticed Khazo run off with a wounded arm. Glancing around, the Major realized the demon's grenade had also killed the minor sangheili as well.

The sangheili grabbed one of his two grenades and tossed it down the hole in an attempt to hinder his attackers. With that done, he painfully got up and leant against the wall with his free hand has he awkwardly hopped along, with his other hand still clutching his plasma rifle as well as holding his wound from the blaster weapon.

When Reza's shield had recharged, a small group of four marines appeared around the corner down the hall behind him and opened fire. The Major simply tried to hobble faster to a nearby intersection, his shield quickly being depleted. When he did manage to make it around the corner, he slumped to the floor, his back against the wall, and started to fire his plasma rifle around the corner at the humans. Reza was realizing he had lost a lot of blood as his aim was horribly off and things were starting to get blurry.

Carl was quick to start directing the fleet when Nara had given him the command of it, he wanted to make sure this event turns out well. With what info the Unfathomable Truth gave them, one bomber squadron attempted to take out the Trinity's weapons and engines with a two other squads harassing her escorts. He also ordered about four squadrons of fighters to harass or destroy hostile forces attacking the Sith boarding craft or bombers. As for the fleet itself, only two frigates were sent to support the Covenant fleet as the rest were being used to fight off the Republic fleet. That and the two frigates were also, indirectly, protecting Nara's vessel to the Covenant's flagship.

Though the General would normally insist on sending an escort of fighters or soldiers with her, such a move would draw unwanted attention to her. With all the chaos going on between the fleets, with the UNSC being in the middle of it all, he knew they would be to occupied with trying to keep off boarders and bombers than target ships traveling between enemy vessels.

While he felt confident about winning against the Republic fleet, Carl wasn't overly sure about these two new forces. He didn't know their weapons or technology, let alone their strengths or weaknesses. As a result, he felt the battle was a bit of a stalemate, with the UNSC and Republic having the upper hand in simply having to fight off against attack while both the Covenant's and his forces had to try to take the stolen items from them. However, he was certain to make the Republic run for their credits at least.
I know it's a little late to be mentioning this now, as it's passed on, but Watters didn't even flinch at the plasma fire coming her way...
The Major and his squadmate started quietly down the hall as Khazo was giving them orders. However, when he abruptly stopped talking, that caused the two to look at each other before sprinting down the hallway to Khazo's location. They eventually stopped atop of his location, the minor looking puzzled, "How is he in the floor? Isn't the next floor a further distance away than that?"

Reza nodded, "Correct. There must be a shaft of some kind here." Reza holstered his plasma rifles and pulled his plasma launcher from his back, "I'm going to blast my way through and provide cover-fire for 'Tevum, you remain here and assist him out of the breach I make. After that, keep up with him while I slow down the heretics before joining you."

With a nod of confirmation from the minor, Reza fired two explosive plasma bolts onto the floor before backing away. At the safer distance, the Major holstered his weapon and drew out his two plasma rifles again. When the plasma bolts finally blew, they made an awkwardly sized hole that Reza now dropped down into. Taking a quick glance around, Reza noticed the demon and a human wielding an odd colored beam on either side of himself, along with Khazo and the hostage just to his left. Without much thought, the Major pointed one plasma rifle at the demon and the other at the human with the oddly colored beam and started to fire. He then spoke quickly to Khazo in his native tongue, "Go."
The allergies are strong in this one...

I'm just being Flooded by allergies today.

Jason your character is accepted just make whatever edits Zar and data have made, also there is post Halo 4 canon stuff, such as some of the issues of Halo Ecalation, particularly The Next 72 Hours Arc which is 3 days after the game. Also some of the RP is based off of it sort of, but anyway sorry I didn't post last night I ended up getting sick and yeah.

Ahh sickness, what a friend...

Also:

Hey @Revans Exile, just a slight mistake in your post. You mention Shayan when I think you mean Khazo: Shayan has yet to arrive from the engine room with his units. Khazo's the one with the hostage.
Reza stopped moving as he spoke again into his comm, this time to Khazo, "Officer 'Tevum, this is Major 'Mosam. We have been informed that you require assistance. Where are we needed and how can we be of use?" According to the mission data the Unfathomable had sent him, Khazo's last location was possibly a few hallways away as well as a floor below. Curse these humans and their confusing, maze-like ships.

Technology from gods? Carl thought to himself. Though he doubted said tech was in fact by divine beings; having those that used the tech being called gods by a faction with space-faring ships meant it was probably very powerful technology. With that in mind, the General wondered if the Republic knew about this UNSC faction and the artifacts that the Covenant had in their disposal. It was somewhat odd of the Republic to be here and suddenly allying itself with this UNSC faction. He hoped the Sith Empire could gain from the retrieval of this tech, and maybe he'd rise higher as well. Carl doubted a lasting alliance could be made with a religious group like this, especially if the Sith got a hold of this technology themselves but it would be necessary to team up in order to halt the escape of this UNSC faction.

His thoughts were but a brief few seconds when he spoke back to Fleetmaster Verdin, "Well it seems our enemy, the Republic, has allied itself with your thieves. We will offer what help we can with our fighter and bomber squadrons as our fleet tackles the Republic fleet. We will also send some of our boarding craft to help apprend your thieves. Send us priority targets so we can send a squad of bombers to disable them." Carl knew he was overstepping his authority, as he had no command over the vessels of the fleet but he figured that, if everything goes well, the Sith Lord won't get too upset. Besides, a temporary truce would increase their chances of success against the Republic and their friends, instead of it being a three-way battle in the Republic scum's favour.
