Originally born on the frozen realm of Joutenheim, Loki was found abandoned because of his smaller size by the All-Father King Odin. The king rescued the child and took him into his home raising him as his son, Loki grew up learning magic from his mother and became quite skilled at it. He and brother Thor were practically inseparable as children until they grew older and Loki started to realize that Odin favoured Thor over him and that Thor would soon became, jealousy ensued and Loki started to grow angrier and the darkness inside of him started to bloom. Though his anger for Thor is strong he never denies that he loves his older brother despite everything that goes on, Loki may not look physically strong but his leaner size and gifts in magic make him a strong opponent.
