Its some sort of communication device, consisting of an incredibly bright light that shines on the clouds of the nightsky, similar to the kind used by flying mammal man, only it's calling some kind of explosive device that distributes sort of these shiny mirrory flakes that scratch your retina very easily.

I haven't seen it either, but it's not like the gist of it is hard to miss.

I hate it when public transport drivers over here speed at 60 to 70 mph inside really packed, urban areas just because they weren't making enough money. I also hate it when they jam people inside their rides and yell at the passengers because we aren't at maximum capacity yet. I hate it when the collectors refuse your student id, and expect you to pay the regular fare. Because clearly, it's my fault students are entitled to a discount, and taking advantage of that discount is immoral. The shouldn't be putting down those who are going to school just because they never did. Moreover, when it does happen, other people just treat it like a fact of life, as if this sort of abuse were absolutely inevitable. It's corruption, at the very lowest level, and it pisses me off because nobobdy cares, and they just let it happen.

And then they deal with other abuse with the exact same attitude, making absolutely everything worse.

Compared to the rest of her criminal co-conspirators, she was terribly underequipped. Advertised to cause blindness and shortness of breath for at least 48 hours, or your money back. Not quite as good as a gun, but better than nothing.

"Well, I'm as ready as I'll ever be, but gunfights aren't my strongpoint. I'll stick around back, and see what I can mess with." With that said, she figured she might as well get a rough idea of what tech they were up against. A passive scan, sniffing for any wireless transmissions would do the trick. Wasn't much, but it was a start.
