Ethan replies rather quickly to the two people that replied...or answered first to his predicament. He gets up and wraps the coat around him more tightly, not noticing to the fact that they identified him as female straight off the bat due to how exhausted he was. Going over to the first female and tucking in the ragged coat around him, he somewhat gives a nod to the third newcomer. Ethan starts trying to push the cart as well...despite being practically thinner than Ellie and weaker too.

"I~I'll...be fine...just need to work...and live. Get...food once done."

To stop a Plague

"Well...guess we're even then hehe since I wasn't the only one causing many eyes to be focused on us. While you were enjoying your meal, everyone seemed all of a sudden interested in us. Might as well make them think we're performers of such instead of people searching for the weapon. Worse case scenario is that the assassin will be right on top of us if he or she hears about new performers being in town all of a sudden..."

Pholus lets out a long sigh as he pays for the room with the little gold he has...kinda forgetting to get his own. Despite that, he does give her a thumbs up and another small smile, hoping that he's in some way comforting his partner that he knows what he's doing. While in his mind, he was still trying to think of a bunch of ideas as once...overthinking the situation way too much. The inventor soon leads her into the room rented, trying to cheer her up a bit as he hands her the crown of branches.

"Could have gone much worse...would have had to repair every table and chair and maybe apply first aid to a few people if I dropped the wrong bombs...good thing I stocked smokes and flashers in my gauntlets today."

"Perfectly understandable Madam Claudia and I'm not the only one who seems to have not changed since last time we met. I hope the two of you have a wondrous evening together and do enjoy the ball."

With another low bow, Quinton heads off once more to the snack table...then finding a chair nearby in order to enjoy a brief moment of rest as everyone around him prepared for the large dance that was coming soon. He himself was slowly getting a bit more relaxed with not having to serve anyone and was briefly closing his eyes to enjoy his moment of silence. In his head, he was planning on trying to figure out who to serve next in the ball...depending if the person was worthy enough to deserve a butler.

Taka

Taka was not one to grieve too long on a companion's death. The death of his grandfather during their travels already strengthened his resolve so he quickly put the body to the ground and grabs Eclisses's hand. He shakes his head and sticks his tongue out at the barbarians...as he runs away quickly and leading Eclisse right behind him. There was no time to waste in escaping from the area and the fact that their goal was no longer able to be accomplished...they had to escape. Hoping that the escape route he planned to be still open, he hurries off with Eclisse in hand.

"Follow me and don't look back! I'll make sure those muscle-heads are off our tail when we run but don't stop running. If you block something, do it on the fly and keep on moving. And above all else, don't lose sight of me."

This route was meant to regroup with the others...hopefully.
