Name: Jonathan "Overreach" Jackson
Age: 25
Height; Weight: 5'7" (3'9" seated); 173lbs
Rank: Repeat
Superpower: Jonathan's superhuman ability is quite simple: he can teleport his arms. Whenever he wills it, his arm simply vanishes off his shoulder and reappears somewhere else. But he can only do this with his arms -- no other part of his body -- and they can only rematerialize within his line of sight.
Falling Point: Jonathan has applied to the Hero System multiple times, but each time his application was rejected. He doesn't know exactly why, but he suspects that they're not accepting him due to his paralysis (see below). It has occurred to him before that his powers may not be powerful enough to join the System, but he refuses to believe that that's why he's being rejected.
Physical Description: I don't actually have a picture for Jonathan -- art isn't exactly one of my talents. That being said, Jonathan is of Caucasian descent. He possesses a rough, squared jawline, a permanent five o'clock shadow, and shaggy blonde hair. He has very muscular arms, and frequently wears sleeveless shirts to accentuate this, but his legs are withered and atrophied. This is, naturally, due to the fact that he's confined to an electric wheelchair. He has painstakingly painted it red and adorned it with his chosen pseudonym. The text is stylized to resemble flame, because Jonathan thinks it looks cool.
Bio: Jonathan was exposed to a freak chemical accident at the age of 12 while touring a cutting-edge chemistry lab owned by independent research company Obelisk Enterprises. The immediate result of this was that he became paralyzed from the waist down. The corporation in question settled out-of-court with his family, and the Jacksons lived comfortably for several years as a result. At right about the time Jonathan was supposed to go to college, his powers began to manifest and he outright refused. He has spent the six years since then trying and failing to become a licensed Hero, believing it to be his one true calling.
Interests: [list]
Fitness: Jonathan greatly enjoys physical fitness, a love that was born of his constant desire to get into the Hero System.
Heroic History: Jonathan is fascinated by the Hero System, and is very interested in the exploits of heroes past.
Easy Money: Jonathan is eager to prove to his family that he can survive without the financial aid that Obelisk has been sending them, and as such, he's always looking for easy ways to strike it rich. This pursuit has led him into the crosshairs of more than a few con artists in the past.
