'Well, this is a bit heart-breaking.'For how 'caged' he was after he finished reading the guideline for the cultural exchange program.
Basically, he was restricted of his freedom to move around without the observation of the host family. It would be a problem for such a freelancer and hermit-like lifestyle like him. A shame indeed, for how he had imagined of his own adventurous experience of new cultures. It had been so long since he last seen a city like this.
Perhaps for ninety years already. It would have been great if he could freely roam around and refill the memories what had become of the creations that he and the Gods had participated in creating and governing millions of years ago without bothering the host family.
Still, it would still be a better experience from now on, rather than climbing mountains, staying in caves and sitting in one spot for thousands of hours. Lucky that he was a seraph, a mere immortal being that could not die of hunger or thirst. Otherwise he would have been a dead man by now.
Azael placed away the guideline into his light jacket, as he glanced to his assumed housemate. A young girl with light-colored hair and...a pair of wolf's ears, staring outside of the window. She also casted a glance in his direction as well, but didn't seem to actively engage in conversations with him, and instead continued to stare outside. He would be willing to ask her questions, but that should be left when they actually arrived at the host family house, which did not take any longer after he thought of that.
The car carrying the two demi-humans suddenly stopped in front of a house. It was going to be the house that he would spend probably the next few years in. And judging by the looks of it, it appeared to be a comfortable one. At least...more than a cave that is. Though he appeared to be calm, his inside was ricocheting as he waited for the human that was going to be his host family to appear.
A few moments later, she appeared. Azael waited for the wolf-eared girl to get out before exiting the car himself. A young woman, probably in her twenties, according to human's growing stages. Her hair was plated, her eyes were purple, beautiful she was. Although Azael had to question why she was wearing such a short skirt. A fashion trend, maybe? Or perhaps that's a personal preference. For indoor clothings?
He had a lot of things to be updated.
Being asked to introduced themselves, the girl did so without any hesitation, introducing herself as Ragna, a wolf girl. For Azael however...
"My name is Azael. Pleased to meet you. And..."The first part was the easy one. Now for the second one, describing himself. Or particularly, his demi-human species.
'Now how do I...'Explain that he is an angel.
In a good way. A first impression is a good thing, as he heard. But he didn't have the time for hesitation. If he delayed it any further, the conversation would turn awkward. He wouldn't want that for a good impression.
"I'm the Angel of the Gods."Not a very good way to say it though.
