Ria has to be neutral, she can't just instantly defend you. She may have shown a small amount of 'bias' which is according to Kokai and the rest but at the end of the day we'll get by, frrrucckkk why do I get the feeling Ria and Eki hates each other, damn this gonna be good, Ria vs Eki!I can agree to a certain extent, law is law tbh.

This makes having them both teach Kota different releases worse...WHO IS THE BETTER SENSEI, DUN DUN DUNNNN.

In a fit of nervousness, Kota raised his hand, which was shaking, and mumbled out "C-Can I please leave and go train with Kokai or Ria Sensei....this is a little too much for me..." He had a squeak in his voice, which was rare. As said before, he has a brave heart, but this was a little too frightening for him. He would much rather have been practicing his Fire or Wind Release instead of getting in a conflict...specifically because the Hokage was there...and the Hokage scared him greatly.
